Well, you've read the notes, the notes were royal, and now it is time for you to post until the newly-crowned cows come home.

And the word of the day is: DEKE!

Welcome eight GUESTS.

My position on this Polanski nonsense is well-known - he did something that was against the law, he'd struck a deal, done his time, and that idiotic insane publicity seeking judge tried to renege. Enough is enough and the LA police should be ashamed of themselves as should the Swiss policiers who arrested him. James Barbour did the same thing, struck a deal, served his time and he's done - no judge tried to renege on his deal (which I don't believe could happen today), and there were so many people with so many agendas back then, that even if he were brought back to stand trial it would, in all probability, be thrown out of court, based on the way the case was both mishandled and manhandled.
There must be something very wrong with his position.
I totally agree.

Belated birthday wishes to George's sister
-
Monday morning greetings! It's very windy here in SW Ohio today - and chilly!
-
The "Messiah" showed up at our Yom Kippur service last night. The cops arrested him for "criminal trespass". I thought that kind of thing just happened in Los Angeles.

Good morning, all! In this morning's email I got three cues for FINIAN'S RAINBOW that I have to do. Work work work! I still have to pay this quarter's health insurance premium so I'm grateful for it.
DR vixmom, sounds like a great weekend! I'm happy you had a great time.
DR George, I missed your sister's birthday and I apologize for my preoccupations that caused it. I hope she had a wonderful day.
Last night I read the new Adrianna Hoffstetter mystery. Once I began it, I couldn't stop. It took me about 2 and a half hours to get through it, and I enjoyed it immensely; I was bummed a thoroughly repellent character didn't get a deserved comeuppance and that one of the book's nicest characters became the victim, but that's life. I loved the characters and spent some time wondering on whom, besides Miles Kreuger, they might be based. Surely that one character is based on Miles? I can't wait for the next. I saw the Christmas gift coming a mile away, but it was still a lovely ending to a pleasant read
First thing today, laundry. Then to my FR chores.

off to a fun morning.....

Good morning!
It's going to be a very pleasant day all around. Temps were in the high 50s this morning for my work (deliriously wonderful) and won't get out of the 70s today. Hooray!
-
I'm gearing up for the chores of the day---UGH~~~ But I'll put a smile on my face and a song in my heart as I face the day!

Last night, bk wrote:
"Finished episode four, and for me they pretty much got everything right with this one. And, interestingly, the best thing in the episode was Bryan Batt's absolutely brilliant performance of how the opening of the Bye Bye Birdie commercial for diet soda is going to be done, which he performs for his wife. Her reaction to it should have won her an Emmy - for that alone, and Mr. Batt should also have won one for that alone. But the whole episode was excellent, and I'm so happy the dad is gone. "
It could very well win either the actress or Bryan Batt an Emmy. The episodes you're watching now are for the season that will be submitted for NEXT YEAR's Emmys. She could probably be submitted as a guest star, but Bryan, unfortunately, has to compete against the heavy roster of supporting actors from his own show AND the staggering number of supporting players in other series in the supporting actor category.
The show just won the Emmy for Best Drama Series for Season Two.

I have nothing here at the present moment to review for work. However, I'm expecting in the mail, TV box sets of MEDIUM - Season 5 and FLASHPOINT - Season 1 as well as SNOW WHITE on Blu-ray and likely later in the week THE UNIT on Blu-ray. HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER will also be arriving, but someone else has first dibs on that and has claimed it.
-
I am rather furious about the local NBC affiliate who has gotten rights to simulcast the NFL football game tonight between Carolina and Dallas on their channel (it's also on ESPN) and bump NBC's primetime lineup to early morning timeslots. I'm sure that's not making NBC happy with them relegating the premiere of TRAUMA to early morning hours.
I'm mad because it bumps HEROES into the early morning. Sure, the DVR can record it, but it won't be in high def. When they time shift shows, they only end up recording the SD version of the show. Ugh!
-
So, looks like I won't be watching any prime time TV tonight. I'll record CASTLE and watch it tomorrow (I've been going to bed an hour earlier than I used to before I had my health problems.)
That means that whatever TV box sets come in the mail today (or SNOW WHITE if it arrives), I'll have all evening to work on it.
-
Shocking developments on TV shows.
I was horrified and infuriated when Steven's lover Luke was killed in the Muldavian massacre on DYNASTY. They had just gotten together and thus ended the writers having to compose plots for a gay couple. I dropped the show right on the spot. (Curious that the show, which had been number one in the ratings the previous season, took a precipitous nosedive in the ratings during this season and never recovered.)
-
When I stopped for coffee this morning Russ Wooley told me his daughter Cassie is in the finals of The Next Broadway Sensation! What fun. Russ and his wife have a professional theater/school here - Lamb Theater (with a name like Wooley what else can it be). I guess the finals are next week. GO CASSIE!!!!

DR MattH, thanks for last night's SNOW WHITE advice! I think I'll keep what I have until I hear more about what's on the new DVD.
-
I believe the new Blu-ray comes with a DVD copy of the film as a bonus disc (the official DVD release isn't for 10 weeks), and if I have time, I'll do an A/B comparison of the DVDs since I still have my Platinum Edition here.
-
No UPS deliveries yet but that doesn't mean anything since sometimes UPS doesn't arrive until closer to noon or even the mid-afternoon.
I know MEDIUM and FLASHPOINT are coming via USPS, and that doesn't usually arrive until 1 p.m. or so.
-
Yeah, I have to get used to the fact that I'm watching the current season of Mad Men.
-
Guess I'll head down now and get cleaned up for lunch out with best friend John. By the time we get back, I'll see what material I have for today's work project.

Did anyone else watch the season premiere of TAR last night?
I'm glad it always starts at 8pm here so I don't have to wonder.
I'll wait to comment until i see if those who watch it have watched it already.
But just generally i thought it was a good premiere. By the end i was happy with the cast and how the show went. But something happened at the very beginning that i did not like. I'll be curious how others felt (so it made me not love the beginning).
-
RE: last night's DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (no spoilers just general).
DR MattH had said some critics raved about the premiere.
It was on here at 7pm so i got to watch it before TAR. I won't say i loved it. But it was quite interesting especially the ending. And the new family seems interesting.
-
Hope anyone fasting has an easy fast.
Since i can't drink i won't be doing any biking today. Although pehaps after dinner i can maybe do some indoor stuff.
For some reason i woke up feeling sort of fatigued. Of course that would on the one day when i can't have orange juice or anything to wake me!
-
Good Morning!
I'm up, I'm up... Are you?

Dentist vibes for MR BK and playwright DR MICHAEL S - nice logo for your play!

I thought last night's season premiere of "TAR" was great. A true nail-biter throughout. -As for the twist in the beginning, well... Other shows have had similar twists, so...
Otherwise, it's a good mix of teams, and personal dynamics. Should be another good season.

Jrand - Many thanks for your comment on YouTube!!!

And so true....I guess I AM the Man in the Chair.

DR Jennifer - You can drink water today, can't you?

This is the first time in a few seasons when the SNL premiere hasn't been the subject of many comments......maybe it will go away soon......

Thanks to DR VIXMOM for the Hamlet Report.

TOD:
Last week's MAD MEN of course.
But also:
THE UNLOCKED WINDOW, of course, an Adriana Hefstetter reference.
The final moments of The ZUNI DOLL sequence of Karen Black's TRILOGY OF TERROR
And I shall await others from other DR's......
-
I will watch MAD MEN last night's episode later today on DEMAND.
-
My friend Zachary Spicer is getting good reviews for his performance in AMERICAN BUFFALO in Hartford, if any DR ever heads over there. I haven't read the NYT review which was up maybe Saturday.....
-
Thank you for the birthday wishes DR Vixmom. I enjoyed reading about your Sunday.

As for last night's "Mad Men"... Hmmm... I think The NY Times' "Mad Men" Watch (http://artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/09/28/mad-men-watch-mystery-not-mystique/?src=twt&twt=artsbeat) is spot on today.
*There are SPOILERS in that article, so click at your own risk. ;)

This is the first time in a few seasons when the SNL premiere hasn't been the subject of many comments......maybe it will go away soon......
It wasn't a good season opener, it wasn't a bad season opener. However, it went by fast - for me - and there were no real dud skits, but none of the skits really stuck in my head. The big "mistake" was having Megan Fox as the host. She's a true non-star, and a non-talent. She either played herself in skits, or she played a slut. Quite the range. ;)

TOD:
In no particular order:
Radar announcing Col. Henry Blake's death on MASH.
Nurse Shirley Daniels shooting rapist Peter White on ST ELSEWHERE
Gary's death on THIRTHYSOMETHING
Just about every death on LOST.
Hmmm...seems to be a pattern here...

For those DRs who happened to miss Barbra Streisand's intimate set at the Village Vanguard this past Saturday ;), they've just posted some Video Clips (http://www.barbrastreisand.com/us/news/5-video-performances-vanguard) from the special evening.

Back from Dr. Chew with my new crown. I feel like Miss America (cue Bert Parks).
-
It went very quickly - in and out in thirty minutes.
-
And just in case you want some more Babs, there was a nice interview in yesterday's New York Times with their classical music critic, Anthony Tomassini.
Streisand’s Fine Instrument and Classic Instinct (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/27/arts/music/27tomm.html)
It's very reminiscent of Glenn Gould's appreciation of Barbra Streisand - and Tomassini even references that article.
-
bk - Welcome back from the dentist.
-
I've completely given up on SNL. The people who are now writing the show seem to believe that all you need for a skit is to have someone stand there and look funny or say one catch-phrase over and over. It's inane.
-
DR Jose thanks for the links, I'll watch & read later.
-
DD Sherlock seems to be better today. We will wait another day before confirming it with the vet (meaning taking a stool sample to be checked).

In the coincidence department - just read a review of Stephen Schwartz's new opera of Seance On A Wet Afternoon by the talkinbroadway LA reviewer, who is, I'm afraid, a bit of a ninny (she loved it, though, because it sounded like musical theater). In the novel and film of Seance, the kidnapped child is named Amanda. In Mr. Schwartz's libretto, which he wrote, he has changed the name. Given that he has all my novels, what do you think he changed the name to? Coincidence? I think - not.

Oh I forgot about Gary dying in THIRTYSOMETHING....

I awoke this morning with the same name I was given at birth.
My lot in life hasn't changed at all.
But...for some reason...I'm happy.

I attained the near-closure of a several-weeks-long project at home involving my CD collection. Years ago, I dispensed with jewelboxes and transferred all artwork into polyvinyl sleeves. The CDs went into protective sleeves and into aluminum cases. Well, the cases are great, but I simply will NOT buy another and my DVD collection also is in cases and growth room has vanished.
SO....I opted for putting all my CDs into paper sleeves and inserting them, too, into the polyvinyl sleeves. I rapidly exhausted my supply of sleeves (I had a hundred on hand for DVD-Rs and CD-rs). I ordered 1,000 a few weeks ago. In one weekend, they were all used and I ordered 2,000 more. They arrived last week and this weekend I exhausted that supply as well. Happily, I'm very near the end of the project, but I've ordered another 1,000 sleeves just to be sure I have plenty on hand for the next few years of CD buying. Hopefully, outside of a few elite CDs from the likes of Kritzerland, Intrada, FSM, Prometheus, and other specialty labels, my CD buying should be at an end. I have more music on CD than I shall ever be able to listen to for the rest of my life.
Since I don't know what I'll be in the mood to listen to, though, I must maintain the collection and its variety.
All of that notwithstanding, I have encountered a few unforseen glitches:
I have CDs for which I can find no artwork. And I have artwork for CDs which I cannot find. It's all VERY vexing, indeed!
I know this will work itself out eventually...but I hate having the odd sock lying around, if you don't mind an analogy.

Thanks to DR VIXMOM for the Hamlet Report.
Isn't there a comic strip dog named Hamlet? Is it "Hagar the Horrible"?
-
DR RLP, I am in a similar fix regarding my CDs. I have gotten most of them into binders...however, I know I will be buying more CDs...as long as there is a Bollywood.

I can think of nothing for the TOD, just yet.

Good Afternoon!
And since we're supposed to get some scattered thunderstorms this afternoon... And since our apartment - well, at least the first floor - is supposed to painted tomorrow... And since I never left the apartment yesterday... Well... I guess what I'm trying to say.... Well... I dunno... ::)
-
The new season of TAR looks great, and I was so happy to see them race through Tokyo right off the bat...I know a lot of HHWers do not like so called "reality shows" in general, but this one is so much fun, and educational too if you have an interest in other cultures, plus it really tends to be a feel good show, and that can't be bad.
Least favorite teams: The lawyer guy and his gal and the poker players.
Favorite teams: Pretty much the same as JRands picks plus the dad and son team.

TOD:
How about some fun shockers:
Rhoda winning the beauty contest on THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW
Graham Jarvis's ex-wife peeling off her fake scar on MARY HARTMAN, MARY HARTMAN
Bob waking up with wife Emily in the last episode of NEWHART
Diana Muldaur walking into the open elevator shaft on L.A. LAW (well, that was fun for me, anyway...)

Interesting set up for the season.

The DP has regulated me to the couch today so I can recover from a cold I've had all weekend. It was a three show weekend, also, so there was not much rest. The audiences seems appreciative of The Full Monty which is nice, although, I think we have had some walk outs. The show is really good. People should see it. The message is stronger now than it was in 2001.
We leave for Walt Disney World after we close the show next Sunday. The DP has never been. I basically booked the trip and told him he was going. I'm thinking that's why he won't let me leave the couch today as he wants a healthy partner for the trip.

More of the same old thing for the Walker family. Too bad for Kitty. Too bad for Kevin. Too bad for Justin.

It sucks the life right out of me.

Back from the library, Starbucks, and the grocery store. The manager at the branch library is a friend of mine and when I asked her how she is, she said, "Ask me November 4!" They're hoping the levy passes.
The best news is that the gas station at our local Kroger is now open - with a loyalty card you get 10 cents off per gallon, which can really make a difference.
Oh, and at Starbucks, I got a free tall nonfat pumpkin spice latte because I used my card to buy a pound of coffee.

TOD: That time on COPS when they thought the nice elderly gentleman killed his wife and they dragged him in for questioning and told him they knew he did it because of the blood stain on his shoe so he should just cooperate, and then the lab technician told them the "blood" on his shoes was really strawberry jam and they decided it was an intruder who killed her.

Any thoughts on last night's season premiere of "Brothers & Sisters"?
Interesting set up for the season.
I thought so, too. I watched this before I headed out to lunch and enjoyed the drama. Yes, the Nora/Holly squabbles were as predictable as five day old sour milk, but I'll follow the Kevin/Scotty story and the Kitty/Robert story with great interest. Now to see what else the writers have in store for the other siblings.
-
DR Matthew feel better fast vibes! You have a wise DP ;)
-
Right before I left for lunch, I received the SNOW WHITE Blu-ray/DVD set.
A word of caution for Blu-ray buyers: the regular DVD of the movie is actually the FIRST disc in the case. (Usually the DVD is relegated to the side or rear of the case with the Blu-rays front and center. Not so here as you have to flip the leaf of the disc holder to get to the two Blu-rays. Also, there's no Blu-ray strip across the top of the case. You have to READ to see that it's a combinations DVD/Blu-ray package.
-
The picture quality was not perfect (quite a few out of focus frames or frames where focus on the edges is softer than in the center). Still, 90% of it looked magical and quite glorious. I had it my head that SNOW WHITE was more pastel than later Disney efforts, but that really isn't true. Some of the backgrounds do appear to be softer watercolors, but the Technicolor is definitely primary for many of the characters and their clothes. Lots of deep reds and blues.
The soundtrack is DTS-HD MA 7.1. They don't have many opportunities to use all seven sound channels due to the antique recording techniques, and often you can tell it's a mono signal being fed to the speakers, but there is occasional spread to the surrounds in the main title and in other music passages.
-
I guess things DO happen for a reason. I still have the entirety of the second Blu-ray disc to get through before I can file my review, so it's good I won't have HEROES tonight to distract me. If I do have some time left over, I have last night's MAD MEN and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES I can watch.
-
I hope you feel better soon, Matthew, and that Eric doesn't get sick!

When cousins are two of a kind.

re: last night's THE AMAZING RACE
I enjoyed TAR last night. I liked it that my two least favorite couples were in danger within 10 minutes, and I am happy with the first team that was sent packing.....not so much the second team.
I don't like the lawyer and his partner or the old people (why are the OLD people on TAR so damned annoying?) - and I don't like the lying poker players.
So it is shaping up to be an interesting season already. No clear favorite yet for me, although I like the brothers and the Christian couple - and to a point Miss America and her husband.
I did like that they had to do a challenge at the starting line. But i did not like that the last couple got eliminated. It left me with a very bad taste throughout the first half. It's not that the couple eliminated looked that interesting. But i just felt so bad for them.
It does look like it will be a very interesting season. I also do not like the old people (annoying) or the lawyer who yells all the time (very annoying).
I like the team of friends (one guy with aspergers), the team of blondes (that finished the first leg first) where the girl was very athletic, the gay brothers, and i love the poker players. They are so funny!
So far i do not care for the christian couple (not good competitors) or Miss america (she is okay but i was getting sick of her hubby yelling at her).
The duck herding challenge was fun. I did like the idea of them going on a japanese game show. But thought the actual roulette challenge was stupid.

DR Laura i will vote for donny osmond for you tonight!
-
Oh and for DR Laura and other Donny Osmond fans:
His number on Dancing With the Stars is (it's the same every week):
1-800-868-3405.
Here the show is on from 8-10pm. So you can vote anytime between 8-10:30pm eastern.
I thought maybe DR Laura would want to vote even if she isn't watching. :)
-
Thank you, Jennifer. :)
-
Back from the comping vocals session - took a little longer than I expected, and we've still got one more to go, but Brent sounds fantastic and now the engineer will get his mixes done and I'll come in and finesse them and do my thing.
-
I picked up one package and some mail and then went to Jerry's as I had a craving for a couple of scoops of chicken salad, which was quite yummilicious. Now I'm home - not taking calls.
-
Well, no one can say we didn't get to page five.
-
Page five?
-
I don't think vixmom, in all her posts, mentioned getting the new Hofstetter book - I hope it didn't go astray.
-
Hoo and Ray - I just woke up from a nap, during which I dreamed we'd just moved into a house with 2 kitchens. Where we actually will be moving - well, for 5 days next month, at least - is the apartment 5 floors above David Letterman's marquee!!!
HHW vibes work, once again. Thanks, everybody!
Congrats! :) Two kitchens?
-
Topic of the Day: finding out that George was the John Doe on "Grey's Anatomy"
TOD: Finding out that the book presented to humans in the episode "To Serve Man" on "The Twilight Zone" was a cookbook.
That was chilling.
-
Good Evening!
Well... I had planned to leave my apartment earlier, but...
And now the rain started back up a little while ago, so...
Oh... And they - well, he, the handyman - will be painting the first floor of the apartment tomorrow. He's supposed to get here at 8:00am, which means we'll have to move things to the center of the room(s) tonight. Fun, fun, fun... NOT! :-\

DR Ginny - YEAH!!!

Identical cousins? How can that be?
It transcends explanation...and yet....
Still, they're cousins,
Identical cousins and you'll find,
They laugh alike, they walk alike,
At times they even talk alike —
You can lose your mind,
When cousins are two of a kind.
One of my all-time favorite auditions is when an actor walked on stage to start his monologue...
"I have a problem. A serious problem. See, I started dating these two girls. First I met Cathy..."
He then proceeded to recite the theme song to the Patty Duke Show. Truly one of the funniest and most-entertaining monologues I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. His set up, segue and delivery were so smooth that it took everyone in the room a couple of lines to figure out what he was doing.
-
Did he get the job, Jose?
-
Did he get the job, Jose?
This took place at SETC's. I'm not how many job offers he eventually ended up getting, but I know he got a slew of callbacks.

I meant to call the vet office today & leave a message Sherlock was better. I feel bad I didn't & very pleased the vet's office called to check on him. There was a message for us when we returned from having our teeth cleaned, x-rayed, and examined today. It is convenient this dentist has 2 hygienist working at the same time.
-
Well, it's earlier than usual, but I'm heading home. It's been a slow day and I've had enough. Fortunately, my supervisor isn't the stereotypical taskmaster, so my hours are flexible...so I'm flexing. ;) I am VERY accurate on my time sheet, though.
Until later!
-
Glad to hear Sherlock is feeling better. Boo says Meow.
-
Get well vibes to Michael S~~~~~~ Callie says Meow.
-
Just watched the new episode of Mad Men - it was okay - but Peggy's subplot was yucky.
-
DR Cilla, Sherlock say thank you & sends Boo a gentle kiss.

Did anyone besides Matt H watch COMMUNITY? We missed the pilot. I have the 2nd episode to watch, maybe tonight.
-
I'm taping the National Park episode while I watch DWS. It's going to be a long night of tv, lol
-
I should have recorded it, like you I have so much to watch right now. This should have aired before the new season of shows began ;)
-
I have nothing to say.
Happy Tuesday.
Lots of :) vibes for all.
-
Good Evening!
And now I'm watching "Leonard Bernstein: Reflections" (http://www.ovationtv.com/programs/348) on Ovation. It's the first* time this has been rebroadcast since the 1970s (due to music clearance issues). Ah, Lenny...
*It premiered last week on Ovation.

I watched "Community". I liked it. Some of the jokes may be a bit too "in" - lots of sly references to other TV shows and TV "devices". -But there really does some to be a lot of good TV this fall, so, I'm not sure I'll be watching it regularly.
-
Thanks DR Jose. Do you think we will have trouble having missed the pilot?
-
Hi, everyone. I am pooped. That is all.
:)
-
The DH's biopsy was benign.
Thanks again to all of you for all your good wishes.
-
FANTASTIC NEWS!!! :D :D :D
-
Great news. Benign can be such a wonderful word sometimes.
-
Good news, DR DAW! (About your DH's biopsy, not about your being pooped )
-
Thanks DR Jose. Do you think we will have trouble having missed the pilot?
Nah, not really.
-
...
Congrats! :) Two kitchens?
Yeah, one was in the "family quarters" part of the house and had our kitchen table & chairs, the other was in the formal part of the house near our dining room furniture. It was weird and I keep thinking that, in reality, what you need would always be in the other kitchen.
-
Richard and I just watched the pilot of Trauma - just the thing for a mother whose son has just begun EMT training :-\
-
Thanks DR Jose. Do you think we will have trouble having missed the pilot?
Nah, not really.
Thanks. Off to watch that or CASTLE.
'night
-
DR Ginny, both of your last 2 posts made me laugh. I think we shall pass on TRAUMA, not that I was going to watch it ;)
-

Well, the San Francisco scenery was nice...
-
Great news, DAW!
-
Wonderful to hear that report, DAW!
-
Jose - Thanks for your help this afternoon. I was able to get in touch with the person i was looking for.
-
You're most welcome, Fred.
-
DR DAW - Thanks for sharing the "benign" news! :)

I spent a good solid two hours on the bonus materials for SNOW WHITE. The second Blu-ray disc has an interactive section called Hyperion Studios which walks the user through the various departments at the studio where there are several featurettes to watch in every room related to the making of SNOW WHITE. Sometimes, they also offer some of the famous Disney cartoons like "The Old Mill" and "The Skeleton Dance" all in 1080p as a means of explaining the multiplane camera, for instance, or the importance of music in animation. These cartoons look super in high definition.
-
When I finished with SNOW WHITE, I flipped on the DVR and caught up with Sunday's episode of MAD MEN. Some very interesting developments. I knew that couple was up to no good, and Don paid the price which I didn't feel bad about. I liked the Peggy subplot; I now have no idea what's going to happen with her, and I like that feeling.
-
I also finally got around to watching last week's episode of THE OFFICE, and it had me rolling on the floor. So many great lines and situations.
-
Just found out that MEDIUM wasn't put into the mail until this morning, so I won't be getting that until Wednesday or Thursday. Unless THE UNIT or FLASHPOINT comes tomorrow, I'll have a day off tomorrow. There is nothing else here to review.
-
Good news from DR DAW.
Good news from DR GINNY.
I am going to steal that monolog idea, thank you very much, DR JOSE.

Ditto and Ditto!!

Story about my cousin Taulbee in the Indy paper today. He is one smart guy - and in fact was an Indianapolis ad man for many years. Then we had several serious discussions, did some card consultations, and set his course with Karma....and now he is owner of his own growing and successful business.....but he doesn't mention me in the paper....LOL....I shall have to chide him about that. We chose the name of his enterprise by automatic writing and spirit consultation.

So... Have you seen this yet:
Jackman & Craig -- Can You Hear Us Now? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HopA_Oh46M)
*Of course, the irony - if "irony" is the right term here - is that the whole incident was video-taped, which is technically illegal.

I put it on my FaceTer and heard about it on TwitBook, I thought it must already be here!

Great News DR DAW!!!
-
Nice about your cousin DR JRand
-
Congrats on the apartment DR Ginny....how did you find it?
-
Heading down now to go to bed. Way past my bedtime these past few months.
Good night!
-
That's great about your cousin, JRand!
-
Thanks DR CILLA LIZ and DR GEORGE. He and his wife have three kids, very nice man. It's always nice when NICE people succeed.
-
I started watching The Black Shield of Falworth on Blu and Ray but got bored and went and did a two-plus mile very brisk jog.
-
Well... Most of the stuff has been moved to the center of the room, and I think I'll just take care of the rest of it in the morning. I'm just trying to decide if I should stay here while he's doing the painting tomorrow or spend the day out and about. Hmm...

Darn. :-\

I think we need some more amazon reviews.
-
And I think I need sleep... Or at least an Aleve... And some sleep...
Goodnight.
-
Sleep? We don't need no stinking sleep.
-
I kept dozing off during Falworth, so I'll finish it tomorrow night. I'm mellow now, listening to Paul Desmond blow the sweetest sounds I've ever heard.
-
And here it is (a little late), but HHW's first 50,000th post! Congrats, BK!! ;D

My goodness, I wasn't even paying attention. I have achieved a new plateau and it's a doozy, if I doozy say so myself.
-
Congratulations on 50,000!
