And the word of the day is: ENTELECHY!
I received a email with a code for discounted Follies tickets but apparently the code only applies to the far sides of the orchestra and way back of the mezzanine
I really wanted to take the Vixter to see the show but cannot spring for $135 + tickets especially with college books to buy...
Do any of our New York experts know whether the sides and rear mezzanine still provide a decent view at the Marquis?
Even the cheap seats will run me 180 a pair and I hate to spend that kind of money if I can't see the stage
Vibes for MR BK, Guy Haines, and the cast and staff!
I've always loved the name Farciot Edouart. So many of those old credits have unbelievable names. We should post some of them today.
My question for ASK BK day.....what does the screen credit Process Photography mean?
I always see it on old Paramount films Process Photography by Farciot Edouart.
I know what it is....BUT does that credit mean the person photographed what is projected on the process screen....or that person photographed the actors doing the scene in front of the process screen?
Broken legs for tonight's show!
Broken legs for tonight's show!Ditto!

Every one is going places today!
DR DRUXY your new book arrived last week, but I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet!
ASK BK QUESTIONS
1) Which program do you used to write your books?
2) Which program does Grant Gesiman used to create the book set up?
Two and a half hour meeting yesterday!
Dentist yesterday.
Dentist today.
Michigan Friday to Sunday.
Oatmeal with a small banana and raisins, cinnamon and coffee with rice milk instead of real milk.
It's supposed to be hot again. Ugh!!!
Well, damnation! The Scottish Opera will not let Mr Gavan Ring, who's playing one of the leading roles in their touring production of Orphee aux enfers, off for the two weeks to do the recording. We've lost a fantastic baritone and we're back to the proverbial drawing board.
Sorry, DR TCB!
I'm feeling like being peeved is just what I do since the ex-employers re-opened the unemployment thing last week.
I don't know why Division of Labor for Unemployment doesn't just say after a year (almost 16 months at this point), it's time for them to stop.
Cilla, congratulations on your legal victory yesterday.
Fifteen minutes is NOT enough time for cake.
Wow she worked until her mid-seventies as a hair stylist supervisor.....I know I saw her name every week on BONANZA.
Our DS Rob came home from Michigan yesterday with the fabulous news that he passed the written part of the paramedic national registry exam! Now all he has to do is find a job...
Cilla, congratulations on your legal victory yesterday. Thanks TCB
Cilla, congratulations on your legal victory yesterday.
I second that. Imagine being sent away to a country you hardly even know. That would be horrible.
I don't know the circumstances of her situation, but I tend to like to look at stuff from the humanitarian side of things, whenever possible.
Break a leg to BK and the cast.
And speaking of Grant Geisman
Does he have any inside information of the season premiere of Two and a Half Men?
I have to organize about 300-500 pages of exhibits tonight for my hearing tomorrow morning...oh joy
Sorry to hear that Julian Ovenden has withdrawn from Death Takes a Holiday due to throat problems. I had planned on seeing the show next time I went to NY. I was so impressed with his voice from some youtube clips of the BBC Proms:

DR Jose, where is the orchestra pit...or where does the orchestra sit for the theater in the round?
And at the 5-minute call...

OKLAHOMA! was the 2nd stage play I ever saw.
The first was HARVEY with Joe E. Brown. I was 5-years-old. The year was 1946.
The road company of OKLAHOMA! came to the (long gone) Metropolitan Theater in Seattle in either the late 1940s or very early 1950s. Don't remember which. Unfortunately, I don't recall who was in that production.
I have to organize about 300-500 pages of exhibits tonight for my hearing tomorrow morning...oh joyGood grief!
DR Jose, where is the orchestra pit...or where does the orchestra sit for the theater in the round?
Normally(?), we are under the stage, dead center. For this show, we are on a platform that has been placed on part of the seating area. I'll try to post a pic later.
I saw Joshie today. He was yowling.
I am happy I have a job
I saw Joshie today. He was yowling.
Was it from the meds or does he need more meds?

ASK BK DAY.
Do you have, even a rough idea, when the NUDIE Blu-Ray will be available for sale?
