The BEST thing about it is that it is only 91 minutes long.....it doesn't overstay its welcome. I just kept wondering why they would send someone's grandfather into space.....

I am going through the most asinine round with my healthcare at the moment. I usually contact my doctor by email on their site NextMD.com, which has been redone without notifying its members and I cannot log on. I also spent 15 minutes on the phone with my doctor's office waiting for the goddam referrals desk to pick up. And no one did. Damn.

And I LOVE the new BBC Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch. I wasn't sure if I'd like the translation to modern times at first, but one episode and I was hooked. New season begins this month on the 31st. Yaay!

Shawn Spencer is a self-proclaimed (shh!! dont tell anyone...fake) psychic detective and he and his PSYCH DETECTIVE AGENCY partner Burton 'Gus' Guster work with the Santa Barbra police...on the show, not in real life, of course. ;)

DR Jane, I love this photo! My dad used to fish for trout in the Deschutes River. I have his wicker creel and Rob uses his canvas bait bag as a satchel.

If you come visit me we can go to the river. I think it is cool how Rob is using the canvas bad. Bryan likes to carry a satchel though he has yet to replace the one that was stolen the night he was mugged.

How irritating. We have delivery confirmation that it was absolutely delivered to the office in question and now I have to print out six contracts again (three copies each), stop payment on the original check, and send the whole damn thing again. I asked that they send me hard copies to sign so I don't have to print out - we'll see.

I got a notice from Amazon that mine shipped. I thought that's what Earl was bringing, but it was my wonderful gift instead.

Funny. That reminds me of the t-shirt Keith bought me after I came home with two cats which made four cats in the house. The shirt had cats all over the sofa, etc and said "You can never have too many cats". I loved that shirt. :)

Amazon has not shipped mine yet. I'm not a prime member, but the note I just read said I should have it by 10/15 by the earliest.

I wish we were doing that! Actually, Pug, our artistic director would LOVE to do Evil Dead: The Musical, but it would cost too much. Maybe if The Rocky Horror Show does well (financially), we can reconsider it.

The doctor checked it and wasn't concerned about it and said to give it 6-8 weeks to heal. Of course since she examined it I have more pain than I've had in a week. Guess I will rest it tomorrow.

Very interesting. Olympia is much too small to have two productions of the same show at the same time. I think the shortest time in between two different productions of the same show has been about five years. But then, we pretty much only have community theater in our town.

I was referring to the 1971 San Fernando aka Sylmar earthquake.

Well, is it my fault that California has too many earthquakes to remember?

Tonight's Kritzerland show went beautifully, with our full house being a fantastic audience to play to - we really do have the best audiences in town. But none of these shows would succeed without the amazing casts and musical directors, in this case Heather Barr, Will Collyer, Heather Lee, Amy Fox Linton, John Sloman and Shannon Warne, along with the incredible Terri White and our faboo musical director John Boswell, all of whom did perfect work. I'd certainly put last night's show in my top five of our 38 shows.
