Well, you've read the notes, the notes were stress free, and now it is time for you to post until the stress free cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: ISOMORPHIC!
-
BK, today's video is great! Jenna Lea Rosen has a wonderful voice!

DITTO! :)

Yes, the "lateness" of Thanksgiving this year has thrown me off, too. Glad you have the extra prep week, bk.
-
Yes, HHW appears to be back to being snappy.
-
Snappy is what we like.
-
What we like is snappy.
-
Snappy is as snappy does.
-
If it's snappy, we iz happy.

Congrats to Illinois! Ill. set to be 15th state to allow gay marriage (http://xfinity.comcast.net/articles/news-general/20131106/US--Gay.Marriage-Illinois/)!! :D

And now, to bed. 8)

I need to be here.
-
Good morning, all.
Wonderful video. Dying for an Astroburger. And now I must go E&T because suddenly I have a house full of electricians. Jernt's crawling with them.
VIBES to all!

Good morning, all! After all of the mess yesterday, I'm taking things very slowly and easy today. I suspect there will been enough angst in doing laundry, now that the lift is running again.
At this point, I feel as though I'm waiting for another round of fresh hell I'd like to avoid; I doubt I'm going to receive any good news concerning possible employment before Jan 2014.
-
Last night I had a dream where I was premiering a few songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber's new musical "Stephen Ward - The Musical". It was taking place in a church that looked like a theatre with a brand new digital organ that somehow broke during the performance. Lloyd Webber and his "people" were the only ones in the church/theatre in the upper balcony. All I could remember was running around from the pit to the organ (which was no where near the pit) to make my cues on time and wondering if we had ever rehearsed these songs. The last thing I remember was running to the organ, and it wasn't there. A techie priest had taken the console and was replacing the digital boards inside the console. He said he'd be done in a week.

Congratulations, BK, on a good video shoot.

What has happened with your Christmas piece?
-
Two!
-
Anyway - here we are. That's all I got
-
Great video in the notes.
Congrats to DR JANE.
DR MATTHEW the Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that you always try to please people with your music, but sometimes the very people you are working for cause you problems - you also at times seek an unrealistic perfection in your work.

Wednesday morning greetings! Last night I graduated from the nonprofit board leadership program with a certificate, a Miami University coffee mug, and a United Way "Live United" T-shirt.
-
Good news from Great-Aunt Jane!

Everything is moving far too slowly.

The recording of DEAREST ENEMY did get a lovely writeup on the Castrecl this morning. That was nice to see.

Great. Listened to "Hermits" this morning on my iPhone. Hate hearing songs like that out of context and in a mix with the likes of my exercise music, etc., but this one is fun no matter in or out of context.

I've been on the phone for a while. Mom's Monday test showed an esophageal stricture for which her doctor wants her to see a gastroenterologist. I've talked to her, the gastro's office, her primary doc's office, and her again. We're all set for Monday, Nov. 18.
I've also talked to a nice young lady at Artie's, who made a reservation in the name of Palmer for 6pm next Wednesday, November 13. I told her 8 people because that's the only way I could get her to note that we'd like the big table in the back.
-
Congrats to Graduate DR GINNY!
-
Thanks, DR JRand!
-
The laundry is in the dryers. Carrying the whole load of 3 weeks' laundry down the block damn near killed me, so I will carry it back in 2 or3 parcels.
I hate being poor.
-
DR Elmore - do you have a rolling cart of some kind that you could use to transport your laundry?
-
TOD: BK, did you ever watch the Antonioni movie, L'Eclisse? Or was it La Notte? If so, I must have missed the notes on that. What did you think?
-
Afternoon, all.
That is all.
-
Ginny, thanks for the info about the reservation.
One week from today!
-
I hate being poor.
I hear you.
-
A "Shining" musical parody. You got there first, BK:

Ginny, thanks for the info about the reservation.
One week from today!
:D Looking forward to seeing you, DR Ben!

Look out, New York!!

DR Jrand63 - in reply to your question yesterday I can't say I found much of interest in the shed apart from an old deckchair hidden at the back which I'd forgotten about and which was providing a good home for spiders.
-
DR Matthew, I'm afraid I have some very bad news.
That was no dream.

Congratulations, Graduate DR Ginny! :)
-
Thanks, DR Singdaw!
-
A spider filled deck chair is certainly worthy of mention.
-
The first parcel is back and put away. I'll go back in 15 minutes or so.
-
My internet is back after being down for 3 hours. I felt utterly bereft. Whatever did I do BI (Before Internet)?
-
I'm up, I'm up. Have been so for an hour, just trying to catch up on the week I'm behind.
-
Halloween decorations packed away and replaced with Thanksgiving!
-
Is it Wednesday already? And yet, it's only Wednesday.
It's FINALLY Wednesday. I was thinking that yesterday was Wednesday...all day. I hate it when that happens. :P

Hopefully, it won't be one of those situations where all of your party must be there before they seat you. I've never experienced that, but it's been a plot point on a couple of sitcoms recently.
-
Thanks, DR George, on both counts!
-
Wednesday morning greetings! Last night I graduated from the nonprofit board leadership program with a certificate, a Miami University coffee mug, and a United Way "Live United" T-shirt.
I can't believe I missed this. Congrats, Ginny!
-
Thank you DR's Mike & Vixmom.

I was just notified that OLIVER! (http://www1.screenarchives.com/title_detail.cfm/ID/26212/OLIVER!-1968/) has been shipped! :D

Keith said after the build up it was a build anti-climatic which of course is a good thing.

I believe I sat in that big booth. :)

DR Jrand63 - in reply to your question yesterday I can't say I found much of interest in the shed apart from an old deckchair hidden at the back which I'd forgotten about and which was providing a good home for spiders.
Did you get photos of the spiders?

Laura, Kevin H. will be very happy to read your quote!

Mae-Ling has loved Brent Barrett since she saw him as Capt. Hook last January. Wae-Ling just loves Peter Pan in general.

Well I actually was out of work on time today - came home changed clothes, took out the garbage, tarted the dishwasher, have one load of laundry in the dryer and one in the washer, and caught up here and now I am off to church for a Bible study !

I was kind of hoping to have an hour to myself but alas, not happening. Rehearsal was fun, ate, picked up packages and have to leave in ten minutes. Friday, phone unanswered, one morning rehearsal, and that's IT.
-
So far, for next Wednesday, I have myself, birthday-boy Richard, Elmore, Ben, ChasSmith, Vixmom. I've invited Jose, too, but I'm not sure about him. Who else?
-
So sorry, DR Ginny - would really love to see you, but I am going to be in full-crisis pack mode at that point. :-\

Congratuations, DR Ginny.

Back to writing ...
about the three-pound smoked turkey leg I got today.
-
Yes, the "lateness" of Thanksgiving this year has thrown me off, too. Glad you have the extra prep week, bk.
Well, it's late this year, but it's always the fourth Thursday of the month...it just can't get any later than it is this year

Yeah, I saw that. I wish I could have gone, but between my schedule and the cost, I just couldn't do it
-
Congrats to Ginny!
-
I honestly considered a quick trip to NYC to catch ATTK before it closes, but there' just no way I can do it
-
BK, your show sounds so exciting. I wish I could see it. How long is the run?

And I am so more phic than you ever thought to be.

-
Sorry, but I have to go back to learning these damn lines. This Potter fella is a loquacious bastard.
G'night!
-
Page five? Really? Perhaps someone can splain it to me because I do not understand it.
-
Our show runs three months or so I'm told.
-
Had a nice rehearsal and an actor made a very good suggestion so we'll incorporate it and it now requires shuffling a couple of things around in act two. But I'm still playing with a one act version, too, and that's a bit easier to shuffle.

I do have the CD and I like it. I've only listened to it a couple of times, but I enjoyed it. However, I'm not surprised that it's closing as soon as it is. I does seem like a small-theater show, not a big Broadway house-type show. :-\
