And thanks to everyone for the vibes for my DH - and for me! :-*
Another amazing batch of dreams, starting off with a beaut about riding this bicycle into some ritzy neighborhood and both tires going flat.
the one movie I will NOT WATCH this weekend is
As to the house, there are three people within a two block radius who've registered their houses because this is how they seemingly meet their mortgages.
Since I am going to Busch Gardens in Tampa to ride roller coasters this weekend.
the one movie I will NOT WATCH this weekend is
Still feeling quite tender and bloated, DR elmore3003, but thanks for asking! :)
Thanks for the vibes. I'm home . It went well they removed a couple small polyps, but that was all . They gave me propofol so I'm actually very awake and not groggy . I'm still going to take a nap but i don't have that hang over feeling.
No report from DR Singdaw. I hope all is well with your DH!

Excellent!!! I was watching for news. Vibes the polyps were small enough you don't have to repeat this too soon.
And the word of the day is: TARANTISM!
Back! Thanks, everyone, for your continued vibes and concern. The DH's experience was almost identical to DR Cillaliz's - one minor polyp removed; no big deal - and no grogginess.
The doctor even recommended a nearby Indian lunch buffet for our post-procedure celebration! :)
And yes, DR Jane - I am watching what I eat!
Topic of the Day (addendum): just arrived here at work from Amazon.com: the first complete recording of One Touch of Venus (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J2T18MY/). Finally!

When I first read this (quickly and not too carefully), I thought that there was a movie called, "THE AFFAIR WITH NATALIE WOOD."
;)
Would you accept an offer of half a day, DR Ron Pulliam?

DR Jane, I was told the polyps are were very small, so I don't anticipate having to go back soon.

Excellent on both counts.
I am probably unusual that I need a nap after this stuff. Keith is ready to work in the yard but I won't let him.

I just talked to Paul. He said I really looked loaded when he picked me up from the hospital. So even though I felt like I was awake and fine, maybe I wasn't. I did take a 3 hour nap

I also have last night's "Tonight Show" to watch. One of my friends from college is on Broadway, and their cast performed a number on television last night.

Terrible casting on this recording. I hear the producer liked working with Ms Clark as much as I did. God knows what she thinks she's doing since her performance of the comedy role is not very funny.
Tomorrow I'm going to my friend's mother-in-law's 90th birthday party. The invitation says "no gifts," but you know how that goes!

At 90, Unless they are gag gifts I would say no gifts or give something to her favorite charity.

One word: Consumables!
DC Weather report: we started the morning with torrential rain and flood warnings. This afternoon, it was sunny, but comfortably cool. I'm glad we're only expecting temps in the 70's for the next few days.

Well, I have to disagree, at least in part! I will say that I preferred Judy Blazer singing the title song and "Very, Very, Very" at the concert last October at Symphony Space over Ms. Clark. But Melissa Errico is great, I think. Not to mention Mr. B.
Hello, everyone, from a still very hot LA.
I agree with Jane: I like DR Kevin's weather reports.

How far away from DC were you?

Alexandria, VA, which is just across the river from DC. (Naval Research Lab, to be exact.)
My acupuncturist suggested I try some K-laser treatments for my back. After looking into it, I decided to give it a try and had my first one today. We'll see how this goes. It was a painless treatment and didn't take long at all. And that, of course, is on top of all the referrals. Sigh.

Some people will go to great lengths for a good Indian meal.

Last night - since DR TCB didn't show up to do his solo - we worked on "Sue Me" which is a very funny song. My actors did a terrific job with it.

VIBES IT WORKS!!!!

I often say that, too.
JUST KIDDING!
;D
One of them is the dreaded "C" procedure that Cilla and Jayson just had. That's at the bottom of the list.
I also have last night's "Tonight Show" to watch. One of my friends from college is on Broadway, and their cast performed a number on television last night.
I'm thinking about checking out garage sales in the morning.
Best of all, we're printing proper sheet music for Two Roads, the song Richard Sherman and I wrote together. We'll have them in time to sell at LACC and then we'll put them up here on the site - regular and autographed copies.
