A Very Happy Birthday to (former) DR Cason! :)
I wonder if he'll pop in today.
Good morning, all! I've not heard from Joshie so I will not be going to City Center this morning. I shall return from physical therapy, do the laundry, and clean the apartment, both very necessary.
I did bring home more scores for Paint Your Wagon so I do have work and I'm happy to have it.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good mid-week vibes to all! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Are you able to post a song/dance list from Paint Your Wagon? Since I will not be able travel to NYC at this time to see the show I would be curious to see what numbers are going to be used.

No, because that's not been determined yet. Rumor is that they will be doing the original Broadway book.
There was a documentary on TCM last night about Edgar G. Ulmer. I thought it was the same one that is on the EGU Box Set, but when I turned on the last few minutes of it, I discovered it was NOT....I am hoping this is on TCM On Demand so that I can see it.
ASK BK
Have you ever thought of getting a "FRONT" to get back your favorite masters from the previous label? It seems that they do that. As an example: Perhaps Mr. Sherman (THE FRONT) purchase "Believe: The Songs Of The Sherman Brothers" and then it can be released the way it was meant to be. i.e. properly mixed

I've actually talked to Richard about it, but it hasn't happened yet and I'd have to know they have everything that I would need, i.e. all the hard drives, for a remix.
DR George - I'm not sure which show I was auditioning for, but I just noticed my Red Gold fridge magnet in the background of that photo!
I've had an ear worm for the past few days.
It's the Bette Midler version of Istanbul (Not Constantinople) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVU8dMIHglM).
You will all be pleased to know that my Aunt Doris is doing much better now that she is home and resting.
Nice display, DR George! :)
Constantinople! That's all I'm saying.
Got a silly question:
Does everyone do the login-logout thing every time? I don't. I close the tab when I'm done, but if I recall correctly, I had checked the "keep me logged in" box which keeps me from having to do anything but click on my HHW bookmark, and I'm always in right away.
I just wondered, in a moment of idle wondering, if that keeps my name up there on the page in perpetuity...which would certainly be misleading.

And the word of the day is: TUROPHILE!
That's interesting. I go back and forth and never have to log in.
My Canadian facebook friends are very sad today. My condolences to DR Jennifer & Mike.
I wondered why you bought those high powered binoculors
She is very happy to be back home.
DR ELMORE here is a better photo of THE CAKE from the wedding 10 days ago....this is the room set up for the reception....the Cole Porter Room is where the bar was set up.

Joshie called. I have some work tomorrow afternoon. I will head for City Center after my doctor's appointment.
That's interesting. I go back and forth and never have to log in.
Is your PC browser the same as your phone browser?
Re: logging in or out or closing browsers. If I access HHW.com on my cell phone, I have to log in again when I go back to my PC. I only stay logged in on one device.

She is very happy to be back home.
MAJOR HEALTH VIBES FOR AUNT DORIS!

What a coinkydink...that reminds me that I have some of BK's magnets and a couple of the key chains, here at work:

I didn't know you had an area to put up some of your collection. I'm glad they aren't all at home in a box. Do you occasionally switch them out or do you always have the same ones at work?

I pretty much leave them up and don't switch them around. I'm just lazy. ;)

I've always liked this song. However, I'd never heard the original version by The Four Lads (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SP3CF6YBU_8) before.
What a gorgeous cake (and couple), DR Jrand64!
DR TCB I hope that you have decided to take the part in Glengary Glen Ross......and remember what Doris Day said to all the people who were mad at her for smoking and drinking in LOVE ME OR LEAVE ME:
"That wasn't me - that was the Ruth Etting....."

I think that when you leave, you are "offline" and time does not accrue. But, you are still logged in for purposes of not having to sign in each time.
Where the heck is everyone? No one in the room but me.

Then you must not watch the PBS nostalgia programs.
I wish I had been at our local Rite Aid when the bear cub wondered in.

I got to see some very nice photos in the Cole Porter Room, but I wasn't smart enough to take any pictures in there.

Nope. ::)
DR TCB - I posted some photos of my wedding back when it happened (over July 4th/5th, 2008), but that account has long ago been deleted, so the photos probably aren't in the posts anymore.
