Love her, too. I remember seeing her in a number of shows, most often at the Cohoes Music Hall, back in the day when I lived in upstate New York. One her best was as the female lead in "Romance/Romance." She does a knock-out version of Ragtime Romeo on the first Unsung CD.
I love Liz Larsen. I haven't seen her since BK recorded "Little By Little."
And the word of the day is: CHOUSE!
Thursday morning greetings! Some knee vibes for Richard would be appreciated - he can barely walk and has an appointment with our doctor at 11:15. Rob is going with us to help.

I'm up, I'm up - I set the alarm for eleven just in case and it's a good thing I did. I have to leave in about ninety minutes to do the radio show, which is fine. I got ten hours of sleep, which I really needed.

Cohoes, a dying factory town, is one of the most haunted towns i have ever been in! The Music Hall is haunted, my apartment for six weeks was haunted, and walking down those empty streets around midnight was terrifying.

One of the therapists has vanished: hasn't been in to work for six days, hasn't returned phone calls. We hope he's been partying too much, but folk are miffed.
I just watched "Winter's Tale" on HBO. I re-read the book earlier this year. I read it in high school and didn't remember much of anything about it. The movie really doesn't have much to do with the book...just basic moments and characters' names.
KNEE VIBES to DH Richard!
And some more to DR Mike while I'm at it!
Dropped a couple of "friends" from FaceBook over the past two days.
One was filled with "ECSTASY" because the Lord answered her prayers and saved the country from "EVIL" on Tuesday.
It's nice to have a strong sense of faith. And she is now free to express it without any sass coming from me.

Has anyone called the police to check his house to see if he's still alive?? :-\
Here's a good bit of news for the top of the new page: I got a job today!
I moved to the Midwest this year because my husband got a job here, and while I love it here, I had to leave a job back East that I really enjoyed. I have been looking for work in arts administration, but the pickings have been slim.
I got a job offer today for a Monday start. I will be working at a firm that assists the underprivileged and immigrant communities in applying for insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment starts November 15 and runs through February 15. I don't know if there will be funding for my job after that date, but I will be performing a meaningful service for people who desperately need it, and for that I am very thankful. It is 32 hours per week, so 4 days out of 5. I couldn't be happier!

Was the book much better than the movie?

And then passed it! It's not the 4-zeros, but it's at least palindromic. :D
Good advice from the doctor DR GINNY.
Did you tell the doctor that he would have to deal with MR BK if you had to cancel your reservations to the NYC Kritzerland Show?

Thanks for the laughs. I needed them. I have another family member in need of some major health vibes.
Health vibes for DR Jane's family member!
The Cheesecake Factory is the most caloric restaurant in LA. Even the simplest things are over 1000 calories - it must be the portions they serve. The dishes I enjoy are amongst the most outrageous in terms of calories - the farfalle with roasted garlic and chicken is almost 2300 calories - the lunch size is better at 1800 or something stupid. My chicken with cashews on white rice is around 1800, too. I just actually don't understand it. If you have the simplest salmon then you get away with 700 calories, but that same simple salmon elsewhere would be 300 calories. Of course, the calorie count is unofficial - the restaurant itself has never provided such information.

Is it possible that they use a lot of stuff in their sauces?

Health vibes for DH Richard!
I am very sleepy.
Happy house sitting Ron!
Surprises you, it does?
~ ~ ~ TRIP NON-CANCELLATION VIBES ~ ~ ~ for DR Ginny and DH Richard!!!!!
Major health vibes to DR Jane's family member!
I washed my hair this morning and made it look pretty. I put on make-up and then went and renewed my drivers license. All that for nothing, my photo looks horrible. The last time I renewed my license they printed out my new one right then. This time they wrapped my old license in a temporary black & white paper one.
Martin Short to replace Nathan Lane in "It's Only a Play." Now, if they could just find someone to replace Matthew Broderick...
;D Somehow, DR TCB, I don't think that's in the cards.
