I will be happy to pay you.
George, do you think you could transfer that tape for me?
"The Sound of Music" (on NBC) was also only released on DVD and I would assume that "Peter Pan" will be, too. Larry (my sister's boyfriend) has already made a Blu-ray of "TSoM" for me.
And what extras did Larry put on the Blu-ray?
Please send me your work address and either your cell phone or you office phone number
Back from Beautiful, which I suspected I would not like and which I ended up pretty much loving.
Happy Birthday to Richard! Sounds like a great dinner!
Greetings from Easton!
Thank you, DR Elmore. I'm waiting for them to look at the car as we speak, and should be hearing the verdict soon.
I'm up, I'm up. Send some excellent vibes and xylophones for health - I"m not used to the cold and the room temp I'm still figuring out. I slept okay but am really stuffed up this morning.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a verdict:
It was the alternator that decided to lay down and die after 165,000 miles. A replacement is on its way to the shop and I'll be out of here in a couple of hours.

Brent gave another terrific performance last night and mentioned BK and DR elmore when talking about the Kander and Ebb Album. Also he talked about doing the workshop for "And the World Goes Round" and mentioned that he just did the new CD with BK.
Pride & Prejudice fans, here's a wonderful compilation of covers of that beloved book through the years. Love the last one:

Wow! a lot of bad ones out there! I liked the penultimate silhouettes.
Joshie is so glad I am home today that he is lying on my hands, which makes it pretty hard to type. And cook.
I recently bought a new tv for the bedroom and been exploring a lot with online apps watching movies and tv shows. I then bought an inexpensive blu-ray player and the images that come forth from them are remarkable.
Then I put on a some episodes of Babylon 5 and was shocked at how bad the quality of the transfer was. What looked on an older tv set and player looked terrible. It was grainy, out of focused, colors were terrible I couldn't believe the poor quality I was watching especially that this was the first tv series to use CGI for its special visual effects,

We spent a very productive couple of hours right here in our neighborhood. We walked 3 blocks down Columbus to the subway where we each bought a MetroCard, then across to Century 21, where I bought new gloves for Richard and a new purple watch for myself. Apple no longer carries the earbuds Richard wants, but we checked out the iPhone 6 and 6+. We need to go to BestBuy for the earbuds. Another Duane Reede stop for shampoo and some chips and sparkling water and now we're home finishing our Artie's leftovers. We'll probably chill here until it's time to catch an M7 bus down to City Center.
I <heart> New York!
Dark before six o'clock is my guess judging by our sunset DR GINNY.
See you and Richard in a couple of hours, DR Ginny! I guess we could send a PM or Facebook message if we don't see each other ?
I hope DR CHAS SMITH got his new alternator.

He did, indeed, and he's HOME now! HOME!!!
"The Nance," however, had an eight-or-so-minute interview with the Jack O'Brien (the director), Douglas Carter Beane (the author), and Nathan Lane (the star). PBS's website had the full-length 48-minute interview. I was able to capture the 48-minute version and Larry said that he should be able to add that to the Blu-ray. :)

You could make a killing onthis Blu-ray.

I can't copy Blu-rays, so Larry could...not me. ;)
I should warn you, George, i don't think anyone has played that tape in ten years.
It is 11 degrees here right now, with snow predicted for tomorrow. Welcome to winter!

Cool, DR KevinH! If we'd gone to the stage door I would have been looking for the French horn player. I went to elementary and junior high school with him in Detroit.

Listening on the radio to Prokofiev's Fifth Symphony, live from Orchestra Hall.
What glorious music!
I was supposed to be there, but the tickets were purchased before the benefit was scheduled.
I was putting all my props away just now, and realized belatedly that I performed the entire Music Man sequence in a straw hat that still had the bar code showing.
