Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of the boudoir, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently on their way to the MOOdoir.
-
And the word of the day is: REFLUENT!
-
And a very happy haineshisway.com birthday to former dear reader Ann, who really ought to get her ASS back here, along with her errant and truant husband Jed.
-
Morning all.
That is all.
-
I used to be Facebook friends with DR Ann, but she dumped me.
Happy Birthday, former DR Ann!
-
I seem to be constitutionally unable to sleep more than 6 hours at a time. ???

Likewise from these quarters as well. Hoping they'll drop in at least.

i don't have a favorite film but there are several dances numbers who names I cannot tell you or the films they come from.
-
Good morning, all.
I could have used another hour of sleep, but hey.
Coffee!
-
I get a preview of my next little gig this afternoon. The high school that hires me and sometimes one or two others to augment the pit for their spring musicals is doing ANNIE. I'm sitting in on today's rehearsal with the aim of figuring out what needs and doesn't need to be covered, keyboard-wise.
-
It seems very early.
-
Good morning, all!
I finished reading a book abut the 1980 National Theatre of Great Britain production of Brecht's GALILEO around midnight, so I wasn't in bed before 12:30 last night, and I slept late. It will be a long day at Chelsea Music to finish proofing this Duck Dynasty finale.
I really do not know when i go in today. I will call at noon and see f any material is ready for me.

Color me pissed. One of my asshole neighbors complained to building management that I had set seven cartons for Fed Ex outside my apartment on Sunday. The pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow, and i left a terse note n the cartons for the unhappy jerk.
-
I've had a phone call about my canceled life insurance - which is still in the air - and i go in to proofread around 2:30. I also spoke to Joshie, who has some work on ZOBRA before the April 14 band reading, and we talked about his summer vacation to London, Prague and Budapest, which sounds like fun.
-
Tuesday afternoon greetings! I had an early doctor's appointment that included fasting blood work, so afterwards Richard and I went out for breakfast. Got home from that just in time to get back in my car to go to a noon book discussion at the library where I began my career. Now I'm home for the afternoon before Richard and I go back out for the mayor's State of the City address at 6pm. The washer repairman will be here anytime.

On a TCM promo for The Sound of Music, Peter Fonda declared that he was a stepgrandson of Oscar Hammerstein II......which I couldn't figure out....
Turns out that Henry Fonda's third wife Susan Blanchard's mother Dorothy's second husband was indeed Oscar Hammerstein II....so Susan was his step daughter....and for a few years...she was also Peter's stepmother.
-
I'm up, I'm up - barely. I could not fall asleep so I took some Ny-Quil and imagine I finally dozed off at three or maybe later. So maybe six hours tops because I was up several times. I'm also groggy and my voice feels quite trashed so keep the excellent vibes and xylophones coming for no sickness.

I am rather anxious about the inspection today.

Had a nice visit with Nick, we went and had lunch, I picked up a couple of packages, and I just did a first pass order for the ALS benefit that looks pretty good to me, actually. It will be easy to add one or two more performers should we get them, but right now each act is under an hour, which is good.

Happy Birthday to former DR Ann!

Wow - was finally just able to get back in here after an hour of trying.
-
We were down, thanks to some ASS overseas who attacked the servers - they caught it right away and got rid of it. Note to ASSES overseas - death would be too suitable a punishment for you, so I simply wish you the worst karma ever.

I wondered what happened.
-
I am now at the theater and am in costume just waiting for our show to start.
-
I have no idea how many people will be here but the rumor is that it will be quite full.
-
That will be nice. :)
-
Good evening. I got a new router today. MAN is my internet faster. I was having lots of problems and decided to see if this would help. It does
-
Although now I have to make sure I Reset all the devices that are attached
-
I went in to Chelsea Music at 3:00 and we finished all the band parts of the Finale at 9:00. I cp;d ;eave but my copyidt friends have to make the ocrrections and see the parts are faxed tp Budapest/ I took a taxi home, and I am exhausted.

Oh, no! One of our actresses woke up on Sunday with a broken foot! :o
-
She's hobbling in a boot to keep her foot stabilized.
-
Have a good day.
You too, Jane! Good luck!
Thanks. After we were sent into exile we went to Jacksonville for lunch and to buy a few things. We then went to Medford as I had a $5.00 coupon for See's candy. We then returned to Ashland for a long walk, followed by a drive around town looking at house. Finally, after 5 1/2 we were back home.
-
The oven was on. I had thought Keith turned it on and he thought I did. When he said lets go for a short walk I realized he had not turned it on, it was the house inspector who left it on. I have never had that happen.
-
Fortunately, most of her scenes don't require any running or dancing.
-
Inspection vibes for DR JANE.
Thank you. While it was chilly today, and we had a bit of rain on our walk earlier today, it seems to have stayed clear here. The mountains are extra lovely with snow on them. :)
-
How does one break their foot in their sleep?
Vibes to the actress with the broken foot!
-
However, she will probably have to not be in the DRACUL scene. These is a lot of movement for her, but she can easily not be in it...there are enough other people that she won't be missed.
-

She doesn't even know. She didn't hurt her foot. She was told that there are some bone chips. It could be age-related, but she just doesn't know what happened.
-
Well, I must be off until intermission...maybe earlier...but I'll be back.
-
I went to Savers tonight where I found the cast recording of the 1962 revival of "pins and needles". I assume Kevin already has this in his collection
-
Glad your new router worked out well for you Cilla. Are you feeling better?
-
Goodness George how ever did she break her foot in her sleep?
-
Toe healing vibes for Jane
-
Jane any word about the inspection results?
-
Goodness George how ever did she break her foot in her sleep?
She has no idea, but her doctor said that it's just something that can happen. :-\

That's a fun recording.
-
Had problems accessing the site on my phone earlier today. Now I know why.
-
I also had my share of Internet problems today.
Finished my story tonight and it disappeared when I tried to save it.
So I started again and the same thing happened.
-
Thankfully the site manager fixed the problem while I writing it up in a Word document.
-
Frustrating.
-
Weird day.
-
Lot of work.
-
A visit to get my haircut instead of lunch. Then a visit to the dentist to have a chipped tooth fixed.
-
Then three hours of dancing, which were both good and yet my legs were too tired to do what they were supposed to do.
-
Tonight's feature was China Seas with Clark Gable and Jean Harlow. Great cast, great dialogue. Fun, fun flick.

Listening to "The Offbeat of Avenues" from Manhattan Transfer.
The whole album or just the song? I LOVE The Manhattan Transfer...but you probably already knew that! :D

George, I don't believe you have ever mentioned Manhattan Transfer before.

I am home in Tacoma, but still very sick.
-
Yesterday's flights were the worst I have ever experienced.
-
Usually, I love to fly.
-
I am home in Tacoma, but still very sick.
Welcome home, Tom!!
-
Both flights were SRO.
-
First up was a two and a half flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Chicago.
-
~~~Feel Better Soon Vibes for TCB!!~~~
-
That was followed by a
four hour four and a half hour flight from Chicago to Seattle.
-
I was so sick that I was in agony.
-
My legs were cramping and my head was throbbing.
-
Nicky is staying a few extra days down in Lacey with my friend, Diane.
-
Today I called the doctor, but I was so sick they didn't want me to come in to the office.
-
Tonight I have antibiotics and codeine cough syrup.
-
These are the super-powered antibiotics.
-
Six pills total, two today and then one a day for four days.
-
I took the pills around seven, and I actually am feeling a little better.
-
That's terrible, Tom. What a vacation. :(
-
I need to get myself back onto Pacific time.
-
I am trying to stay awake until at least eleven, so I don't wake up again at five in the morning.
-
I just hope I can get thru the night without coughing.
-
I will be happy to be able to keep breathing.
-
Finished with my viewing, polished the new song, recorded it and sent it to Sami and her mom, and I'm just trying not to get sick.
-
This is the worst I have felt in years.
I gotta tell you.
I've watched tonight's episode of "Undateable" and am now watching the series finale of "Cougar Town."
