Well, you've read the notes, the notes were notes with a capital N, and now it is time for you to post until the cows with a capital C come home.
-
And the word of the day is: RECTO!
-
Morning all.
That is all.
-
Petula vibes for BK
-
I should be sleeping
-
I just read the story TCB was talking about last night, how dreadful besides George's friend a39 year old woman lost her life and another man is in hospital in critical condition. Prayers and vibes to all who love them
-
Good morning, all.
And greetings from the Danbury-Grand Central train.
-
Vibes to DR George and friends.
-
And strong vibes for a successful outcome to The Petula Negotiations.
-
(A thriller by Robert Ludlum, believed lost for decades.)
-
Good morning.

Good morning, all! I had a couple of weird dreams: Rob Berman and I were at my Aunt Lois' home outside Columbus, OH, working on a recording of some show - I forget it - and there was a huge tornado/tempest, and my brother Randy and cousn Eddie were about 5 years old. It was all quite strange.
So, today I am off to the band reading of ZORBA, which I look forward to, and I hope it goes well for everyone nvolved, particularly Rob and Joshie.
DR George, sad news about your friend. I send condolences to you and his family.
-
Petula vibes for MR BK & Co.
Pain free vibes for DR MIKE.
Continued new HOME vibes for DR JANE.

In a few minutes, I will be on my way to the student performance of ANTIGONE.
Students from all four county high schools, and few DePauw classes will be in the audience. The play has been cut down to 90 minutes so that it takes up only ONE class period.
Theatre is NOT a morning activity, but I guess we are having ANTIGONE for breakfast.
-
SO I will be gone all day - I don't want to drive to the theatre for the show, and then drive home and then drive BACK to the theatre for tonight's rehearsal......
So see you MUCH later!
-
Good morning to all
-
I was also having strange dreams last with people I have never met or even seen a picture of. Where does my brain think up these people?
-
The strangest dream was that I dreaming about DR Elmoore have strange dreams or a least posting about them.

Good Morning!
-
BK,
You should like NIGHT TRAIN TO MUNICH. It's quite good, and a partial sequel to THE LADY VANISHES, in that the two Rugby fans from the Hitchcock film are in it.
-
And strong vibes for a successful outcome to The Petula Negotiations.
Ditto!

Never owned a game console.
Keith purchased our first Atari for Bryan's 5th birthday. I am glad he now prefers his game playing on the computer as it reduces the number of things attached to our tv.

Tuesday morning greetings! I am now a lame-duck president of AAUW Middletown - we cast a unanimous ballot last night for our slate of officers for 2015-16. The new officers will be installed next month and the transition will be complete on July 1.
-
DR George, I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
-
Congratulations DR Ginny.
-
We had snow last night!
To my relief, not enough to stick to the driveway.

Another tragic story from the Pacific Northwest.

Good morning, all.
Continued ALS show vibes and now Petula vibes for BK.
-
Went out to dinner last night, which was really two dinners because two chefs prepared a dish or two for each of the four courses served. Then I went out for dinner with a couple of friends afterwards.
I'm not used to that anymore.
-
Love Night Train to Munich, even if the special effects are not special in the least.
-
My sympathies, George.
-
I'm up, I'm up - once again didn't get to sleep until four for stupid reasons - so six hours of sleep.
-
Petula vibes for BK
~~~Ditto!!~~~
-
Nothing but e-mails. As it turns out, no ALS rehearsal today, so I should be able to get some writing in before Sami comes at four.
-
Vibes to DR George and friends.
Thanks, ChasSmith. And Thanks also to Larry, Mike, Jennifer, Ginny and John G.
Is that because of your toe?
I am home from the reading. Our DR ChasSmith came in with his ZORBA score, and it was nice to see him. The orchestra played really well, but I suspect Joshie may have some more work for me in the next couple of weeks.
Hopefully, he does! Good luck with that, Larry! ;D
I suppose I knew this week would be an all e-mail week, which is what it's turning out to be. :) Consumed with e-mails. Had some chicken tenders for lunch and picked up a couple of packages and an important envelope and then did some banking.
-
Greetings from the train!
-
Excuse please..... We're where? Halfway through Page TWO?
Gratuitous Post #50!
-
I am sleepwalking through the day. I was so tired I turned down a drink offer from DR ChasSmith after the reading. It will be an early t bed night. Tomorrow, I am staying home, dong laundry and other errands. On Thursday, I will pack up the remainder of cartons at Toyland, and ship them out on Friday.
-
I have to get back to the Moross Gentlemen, Be Seated! score tomorrow. My co-editor is back from his Goodspeed work and wanting to finish the first edit of Act Two,
-
I cannot get ready for bed until Amazon makes its delivery of my order today. The jerks get later and later. I thought it would be here when I got home,
-
Hello, everyone.
Shocking news in today's Notes:
Last night, I intended to watch a motion picture on the Flix of Net entitled Night Train to Munich, a motion picture starring Rex Harrison, directed by Carol Reed. I’ve never even heard of it let alone seen it.
WHAT?? A film BK has never seen? And by one of my favorite directors, Carol Reed. I'm very fond of NIGHT TRAIN TO MUNICH. Not a masterpiece, but a very nice film, IMHO.
-
DR George, I'm sorry to hear about your friend. My condolences.
DR Kevin, do you ever go to the PBS website? You can watch MR SELFRIDGE and other PBS shows free for usually a couple weeks. I doubt that season 1 is still available from them, but season 2 is.
-
What a miserable day, weatherwise. It rained on and off all day.
Oh, I'll have to check that out! Thanks, DR Jeanne!
-
The sky cleared up and the views, with the snow capped mountains, were perfect this morning when I hosted my book group. It was bittersweet knowing it was my last time having them here. One of the members suggested I ask the buyer if she would like to join the group.
If all goes as planned I will be going to one more meeting so it wasn't goodbye and I enjoyed having them here. I showed them our Casablanca/guest room to remind them we will have a place for company though it will never look this cool again.
-
Vibes for DR Mike!
-
This afternoon we had our teeth cleaned. I put off having x-rays done until my next appointment, wherever that might be.
-
More Petula vibes for BK and the ALS benefit!
-
We'd love to have your rain. Conversations here often mention taking shorter showers and other ways to conserve water.
TTFN.
DR George, I'm sorry to hear about your friend. My condolences.
Thanks, Jeanne.
Remember when I talked about our HR manager who was let go? Well, today we're having the open staff forum for the top two candidates! They were each given a quick tour through the building and I got to meet them (briefly)...a woman and a man.
-
They both seemed very nice and have appropriate qualifications. Hopefully, one of them will work out very nicely. :)
-
My Amazon delivery has arrived, and I am going to bed.
-
I just got home and am just about ready to call it a day, myself.
And vibes and prayers and xylophones and bouzoukis.
The end of taxes is in sight. But it's not done yet. Be back later -- I hope.
-
DR George vibes you have an excellent new HR manager.
-
We went for a walk on the irrigation ditch and then down a semi steep area to walk back on the road to get off the mud. I still need to use Keith as support (just him in front of me with my hand on his back) because I can't use my right foot for traction.
I want so very much to join my hiking group tomorrow but I don't think I should. I only have 5 Wednesdays left.
Looks like Petula is a no-go unless we can find a hotel to donate the two rooms for her and her musical director. I just don't get why corporate for ANY hotel wouldn't donate for a cause like ALS. It's shocking, actually and if this ends up not happening I think I'll go to some local news stations about it because my guess is all those corporate people and the hotel employees were all over Facebook last year with the ice bucket challenge - that didn't cost them anything and they got to look like they cared, when, in fact, they didn't even probably know what ALS was.
-
DR George vibes you have an excellent new HR manager.
Thanks! There definitely was one better than the other, although the other would be pretty good.
-
PAGE FOUR DANCE!
-
And now, I'm off. I have a Theater Artists Olympia board meeting to go to and I haven't prepared yet what I need to prepare...but I will now.
Be back later.
-
Sami music rehearsal was VERY productive - Alby, our musical director, will not let her get away with any note issues. I get too cranky about it while he is calm and methodical. And having him there allows me to watch and then direct. I already began giving direction on some of the songs. I will say that the show order felt good.
-
Continued vibes for everything to fall into place!
-
What DR Chas said.
Taxes done. Just finished watching the new Annie.
I'm shocked that I enjoyed it as much as I did.
-
Not perfect by any means, but fun.
I love that one of the characters is named Harold Gray, which was the name of the man who created Little Orphan Annie.
-
And I wish I could take this to page five ...
-
But it's past my bedtime ...
-
So, good night, all.
-
Good evening!
-
Any news Jane?
-
Are you serious, BK? No hotel wants to donate a room, hell a suite, for Miss Petula Clark!
Good night, my friend!
-
What shall I talk about tonight?
-
Don't worry, folks, I don't have to fill pages tonight.
-
But I have managed to clear the room.
-
I was just watching the news coverage of the church service that was held tonight for the two youth ministers and their infant son that were killed by the chunk of concrete that crushed their car yesterday.
-
The entire church was filled, two overflow rooms, all the standing room in the chapel and all down the hallways.
-
These young people were truly loved by all that knew them.
-
TCB, I'm really having trouble processing it, frankly. And many hotels are fully booked up - someone said it's "that time of year" - I have no idea what that means. I wasn't aware that mid-April was a big tourist or convention month. Go know.
-
Finished with my viewing.
-
Not perfect by any means, but fun.
I love that one of the characters is named Harold Gray, which was the name of the man who created Little Orphan Annie.
Naming a charactor Gray was nice.
-
Any news Jane?
We are now in contract for a condo in Vacouver. More later after the inspection on Thursday and the closing here on Monday. Keep those fingers crossed.
-
Pain free vibes for all of us
Ditto and sleep well, you need it.
-
I am going to try and hike tomorrow. I really want to see these people.
I can't believe they are using the no room in the inn excuse. It really is mind-boggling.
One of the things discussed at tonight's board meeting for Theater Artists Olympia (TAO) was a proposal brought by a couple of men who want to start up again a bi-weeky live improvised soap opera.
-
They plan to audition a core group of actors. They would get together on a Sunday and outline that week's episode and rehearse.
-
They would perform the show on the next Tuesday, and have two performances. One at six pm and then one at eight pm.
-
They had done this before, years ago when The Midnight Sun (it's now our performing space) was newly made into a performing space. Everyone was very encouraged and encouraging about the whole project. :)
-
And now that we're so close...
-
IT'S PAGE SIX!!
