Continued vibes for DR JANE.
I'm up, I'm up - could not fall asleep and didn't until about four-thirty - so maybe six and a half hours of sleep.

Yes. I posted that.
The pollen count appears to be very high today' my eyes are scratchy and I am very sleepy.
The news on the Amtrak crash is that the curve where the derailment occurred should be taken at a speed of 50 mph; the train was running at 102 mph, 22 mph faster than the speed limit before the curve. I wonder if the driver fell asleep.

I believe I heard that he's already lawyered up. Amtrak hasn't spoken to him yet. Tomorrow, I think.
Well, it's time for me to go to bed. I'm bringing in my car to get serviced at 10:15 a.m., and they might need to keep it overnight. That means that I might have to walk home after work, and then walk to work tomorrow. Fortunately, that's not a problem. I live close enough to walk, but there's always chance of rain!
Former DR JoseSPiano posted this over on BookFace. An amazing 11-year old jazz pianist:

Mostly Vinegar is the evil step-sister of Truly Scrumptious.
I am trying to imagine what pre show music should be for 7 Brides for 7 Brothers....I don't want to use music from the show, but I can't find anything I like. I tried American Folk Music, but that wasn't quite right.
I guess I shall peruse my CD collection and see what is there.
