Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland at Sterling's 60, and now it is time for you to post until the 60 cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: ENTELECHY!
-
BK, Congrats again on the success of the latest Kritzerland show!
-
Morning all.
That is all.
-
Congrats on the show going so well, BK!
And terrific reading about the crowd that was there.
-
Yikes, it's barely 5 a.m. (EST) and even with that, I'm not first after BK.
-
Good morning, all! I slept quite well until 5:15, when i could not go back to sleep. I tossed and dozed until 6:45. i guess it's payback for sleeping so much yesterday.
-
Good to hear the show went well.
-
DR JohnG, last night I watched some of the 1985 BBC series of MAPP & LUCIA, and the last episode I watched was Mapp's attempts to prove Lucia could not speak Italian when the Italian Contessa came to visit.
-
This morning I have my eye appointment at 9:45 on East 21st Street. I will head out around 8:30.
-
Bruce, congrats on the show!
-
Maybe if I read a little bit I will fall bak to sleep.
-
Congratulations on the show, bk. So fun to read about it and the reactions of those in attendance.
-
Perhaps someday Kritzerland should release a Previn song album.
-
Good morning, all.
Sounds like it was a wonderful show. Yes, a Previn album would be great!
-
Busy day here, so I will be scarce till this evening.
Monday VIBES to all!
-
Congratulations on the show!
-
I just received the most wonderful surprise from DR elmore3003.
Thank you, sir! :-*

TOD:
THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS

ZODIAC

Great news that the show was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Congrats to MR BK & Co on their success!
-
I am working on my lines today......so I may be scarce......

TOD:
I can't think of any serial killer movies I've seen except Silence of the Lambs and a made-for-tv movie that precluded "Monster". It was called "Overkill: The Aileen Wuornos Story" and it starred Jean Smart and she was terrific in it. When "Monster" came out I told Mark that I could swear there was already a movie made about this woman who was a prostitute and went around killing her johns in revenge for the way she'd been treated all her life, but he didn't believe me until he looked it up. Why would I make that up?
-
Last night's Kritzerland show was terrific! Naturally, I didn't recognize a single song, not even the one that was supposedly a hit, but all the songs were fabulous and I enjoyed them very much. And Bruce was in very fine voice on his song.
-
Good morning, all.
Loads o' vibes for those in want or need.
-
Bad night last night. Allergy pill did not work, so I did not sleep because I couldn't breathe through my nose. Now, I'm kinda like a faucet. Not attractive.
-
TOD:
Summer of Sam
Monster
No Country for Old Men
Sweeney Todd
And special mention must be made of "Silence! The Musical."
-
Good morning.
-
There are some Jack the Ripper movies that I like.....but they all blur together if I try to think of just one.....
-
Psycho is SORT of a serial killer movie.....
-
And i am home. My eyes are okay.
-
Page 2 Dance!!

Monday afternoon greetings! This day is gettin' away from me and it's not because I don't have things to do. Just not motivated...
-
Did they serve cake and ICE CREAM at the birthday party DR SINGDAW?
-
I just spoke to my new Gentlemen, Be Seated! copyist Scott, who worked on The Golden Apple with me, so we are off and running. I think I will spend part of the afternoon getting my last edit of the Act One sccore ready for him.
Tomorrow i am back to the Columbia Library.

This morning's bus trip was hell because of midtown traffic. I just missed the 104 bus to 72nd Street, so I had a 10-miinute wait. The No 5 bus arrived as soon as I got to 72nd Street, but midtown traffic extenIed the ride from around 25 minutes to 45 minutes, and i got to my 9:45 appointment at 9:40. i had planned to be there by 9:15, so I was angry at myself for dawdling and not leaving when I originally had intended.
Ah, well . . .
-
And to work.
-
Picked seven more figs this morning. But the end is in sight. The temperatures are just too hot, so the leaves are withering and can't protect the fruit any more.
That said, should I make fig ice cream or fig and balsamic ice cream? Or fig swirl?
-
I'm up, I'm up - I think I actually got nine hours of blessed sleep - weird dreams.

Were you turned away, or did they see you? My guess is they saw you, or there'd be bits of cloth and flesh and chair stuffing and bus seats all over the place.

Not sure if this is just for today, but there is a $1.99 kindle sale for the first 7 Outlander books. As in it is a bundle and the total price for all 7 books is $1.99, which is crazy.

Back from a really good breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, cheese, and onions, and a little guacamole on top.

That is a fantastic price. I read, and enjoyed, the first one but didn't feel like continuing the series.
-
My new desk chair does not roll easily. The store told me to call customer care to get someone out to fix it. I have been on hold since then, close to 2 hours ago.

That is a fantastic price. I haven't read them, but I got this seven-book download from my library's OverDrive collection. :)

On hold for TWO HOURS?? :o That's ridiculous!
You should send them an e-mail IN ALL CAPS and tell them how angry you are that you were on hold for that long.
-
In the meantime I had Keith bring up my far less attractive Office Depot chair.
-
Finally, they answered. I have an email contact now.
-
Finally, they answered. I have an email contact now.
Good news, Jane! But still it shouldn't have taken that long.
-
Still on Page 2?
WTF?
-
Well, you've taken all our breaths away, and we can barely function.
-
Cilla Black has died.
What's that all about, Alfie?
She was 72.
-
I'm out of sequence today!
Hey!

They are short handed and training people. It is crazy. We had to go to the store when I wanted to change the delivery date so we could meet friends in Portland for a birthday lunch.

Well, the next time it happens, here's what you do:

Apropos of nothing being discussed, here is a photo of my first pet: An Eskimo Spitz named Dinky-Boo. He was originally called "Dinky" but the little tyke I was thought it was fun to try to scare him...so I'd go up to him and say "Dinky BOO".
(The neighborhood was all new construction. All yards were bare of grass and looked like new construction areas. That sidewalk and those steps may look ancient but were less than one year old when that picture was taken).
-
And thus it was. Dinky-Boo wasn't friendly to anyone other than me and my folks. We had lots of kids in the neighborhood and they were all scared/forbidden to come to our house. Dinky-Boo was soon given to someone in the country. For Christmas, I got a Cocker Spaniel we named "Toby".
-
And all that useless information has taken us to the end of page two.
-
Mercifully, we have lit upon Page 3.
-
Just relaxing and trying to have an actual day off.
-
Top of page three. And I have been of no help whatsoever.
-
Thank you for the "useless" info DR Ron. Dinky Boo was cute.

It's on my list of shows to see!!

Watching "The Andy Griffith Show" on "ME" TV. I have a feeling DR Kate is too.

Yes, I saw it last week. He is really giving a stellar performance!
-
Congrats on another successful show, BK! It's times like these I wish I lived in LA.
-
Does "Serial Mom" count for the TOD?
-
Did Larry just hit a big millstone? Congrats!
Oh! I captured the moment, but got distracted at work and forgot to post it:

And now, it's time for me to leave work and go to rehearsal. Hopefully, the scene change music will be available to add to the music program.
Until later.

Thank you. I shall have to tell my friends.

For the second night in a row we have a lovely summer evening walk.
-
Tonight when we took the trash to the trash chute we commented how nice it to only have to walk 50 feet vs 1/4 mile. The same goes for collecting the mail.
-
We truly like it here.
-
Good news DR JANE....
-
Congrats to DR ELMORE on his millstone.
-
Good news DR JANE....
Thank you. It would have been horrible if we weren't. I hope we never change our feelings about condo living.

That's the only line you'd be hearing from me at a run through if I were in your place. :P
-
That is good to hear, DR Jane. :)
-
DR Jrand64 - they served cake, but not ice cream. I exerted extreme self-control and did not partake.
-
Congratulations on your new millstone, DR elmore3003!

Page 4? And everybody leaves?

Lucky we aren't on page one.
-
I was supposed to go to lunch with my friend Sharry today.
-
But one of her dogs has taken ill.
-
It doesn't look good.
-
I am praying for the dog.
-
Not really a dog, but actually a child.
-
Those who have animals will understand that.
-
Her dog, Katie, is ten years old.
-
My Nicky is very happy that it was cooler today.
-
I'm not sure which he dislikes more.
-
The temperatures when they are in the 90's.
-
Or the sound of the air conditioner.
-
I wish that the A/C was quieter.
-
But it works great.
-
Which is all I care about.
-
One more post.
-
Page Five!
-
Here we go.
-
It was about 85 degrees today.
-
Most summers we would be complaining about the heat.
-
But this year it is one of our cooler days.
-
I don't know much about global warming
-
But the weather is certainly changing in the Northwest.
-
Don't tell anyone that it doesn't rain here as much as it did twenty years ago.
-
Or even ten years ago.
-
Tomorrow I am going to lunch with my sister and her husband.
-
And now, it's time for me to leave work and go to rehearsal. Hopefully, the scene change music will be available to add to the music program.
Until later.
The title cards have been added and some music that already existed has been adjusted to the correct places, but it turns out that there won't be scene change music. ::)

We are going to the Red Wind Casino for their buffet.
-
I'm not the director, nor the stage manager, so it's not my call.
-
We haven't been down there together since they finished the remodel.
-
We are going to the Red Wind Casino for their buffet.
I think my parents and my aunt are going there tomorrow, too.
-
They opened a large non-smoking area.
-
As opposed to the non-smoking closet that they used to have.
-
And the buffet has added a new pasta bar and a street taco area.
-
I wonder if they import the taco meat from Mexico?
-
No. Not nice.
-
I want to enjoy the tacos, so I won't think that way.
-
They used to have the best tuna casserole I had ever tasted on their Friday buffet.
-
Not really a dog, but actually a child.
Good vibes for Katie!
-
We are going to the Red Wind Casino for their buffet.
I think my parents and my aunt are going there tomorrow, too.
I will say Hi, if I see them.
-
George and Jane snuck in here.
-
I thought I was still alone.
-
I hope everyone going to the Red Wing Casino tomorrow has a good time.
-
At least the entire page won't be me.

My aunt doesn't wear a stereotypical nun's habit, so don't look for that.

Darn, I wasn't fast enough with my question.

The Bernise.

Finished with my viewing.

I was supposed to go to lunch with my friend Sharry today.
