I've been through 3.5 hours of hell, Reminder to self: never be on the streets looking for a cab in rush hour the night before Thanksgiving, Traffic is absolutely scarier than the film, and because of the traffic trying to get the hell out of Dodge at 4:309, a taxi ride to Charlotte's from the theatre usually costs with tip $7-8.00.
the taxi ride cost me $22.00. Color me not amused.

I am always unsure what to do about the tip in these situations. It has to be pretty bad for me not to leave 20%, but sometimes I really do want to leave a clear message that the experience was not OK.
On the other hand, kitchen screw-ups aren't always the server's fault.
