I'm thinking that for those who bought Welcome to My World at Kritzerland, I may provide a link to Dropbox so you can see the show. I have to figure out how to do that as I don't want people to drag it from the folder so it's not there anymore. And I'm not sure I want it to be downloaded or cloned to a computer, although if someone were to do that then they could make me a DVD. What do you think?
Is there anyone else for whom the HHW calendar isn't showing up?

Yep. "An error has occurred. Invalid year value."

Really?? >:( What did CABIN IN THE SKY ever do to you?
So glad you're taking care of your Medicare and pension stuff, BK!
I did have a doozy of a dream: I was cleaning the bathroom of my family's home on Goldman Aveniue and I noticed the tiles around the window were coming loose, so I started taking them off the wall to redo them. The tiles were various colors, some blue, some had patterns, some were nearly white with green leaves ad other designs. My dad came in to see what I was doing, told me what I needed to purchase at the hardware store to remount the tiles, and then he noticed that the wakk behind the toilet was off-kilter, so he pushed on it and the wall collapsed. I ran into what was once my bedroom and tried to push the wall back up while I yelled for my mother. she came in and removed a to of clothes off hangers and helped me push the wall back up. Then I went to the hardware store, but i have no idea who drove me there. It was a stout, older lady.

Same here, still. :-\
We received an email from the gentleman who manages our condo complex. Apparently we should stay inside as it is icy outside :D
Calendar is back - I went into the admin setting and saw it was only set to 2015, so it didn't change over.
The black, yellow, and irridesant blue birds stealing the peanuts off of our table are beautiful.
Next to the movie theater is a pizza restaurant, so we might go there afterward. I don't want to have a big meal before the movie to lessen the possibility of needing to "go down the hall," as my sister says, during the movie.
;)
Now I can head out to dinner in a bit with some friends and chill out over a glass of wine and some food.
Thanks for the vibes. So far I'm getting off easy with this cold. I'm a bit feverish off and on, but few other symptoms besides fatigue. It's more of a part-time thing, rather than a full-time thing. And for that I am most grateful, as I'm still working on my 2015 to-do list.
Feel better vibes for DRs Jeanne, vixmom and Ginny!

DR Jeanne, I'm sorry you've joined DR Vixmom and me in the cold club...
ChasSmith, can you be more specific about "the days are screwed up" - I want to get a list of problems to our host.
The needle has been found.

Yes, thanks. I think tomorrow I'll finally get out to visit Mom.
DR Matthew - Whew!
In November, I bought a ticket to see Glenn Close reprise her role in a semi-staged production of Sunset Blvd. with the English National Opera this spring in London.
Well, the ticket arrived in the mail before I moved last month, and since the move I couldn't find it. Today, I went through all the un-packed boxes and things like that to be sure I hadn't missed it in the un-packing. Well, when I thought all was lost, I looked in a small box that I had overlooked twice now in my search, and there it was.
I think I'm done for the day!
Today I went to see Kiss Me Kate at the Shakespeare Theatre in DC. Douglas Sills and Christine Sherrill starred and were terrific. Robyn Hurder and Clyde Alves (who was one of the sailors in the recent revival of On the Town) were also great. I'm so glad I saw it before it leaves town.
I'm annoyed with PBS. They changed their website again and I can no longer stream from it. That means no DOWNTON ABBEY, no SHERLOCK, no CALL THE MIDWIFE. The latter two will likely be available on Netflix at some point, but not DA. DA has an exclusive contract with Amazon. So I'll have to buy it or borrow it. I am not pleased.
I am so happy. Downton Abbey is on tonight!
Good news from DR MATTHEW.
DR TCB will be headed for rehearsal this week......I am jealous that I do not have a show in the works for a few months.....Ham that I Am.

As good as Brent's production?

Well....
Have you seen the movie in 2D, George? If so, let us know the differences you experience between the two formats.

Which is of course different from the "hall pass" that Kathy Griffin kept referring to with Anderson Cooper on New Years Eve.
New episodes of both Galavant and Downton Abbey are both on tonight!

We had our first snow today. We had no snow last winter. We had a very light dusting, but it did stick for a while.
In the meantime, it's time to hunt for the proverbial needle in the proverbial haystack - again.
More about that later

Yup, even down here in Tumwater.
THE BOOK OF MORMON is back in Seattle. I wish I could see it.
I recently started a novel by Sarah Hill, THE HAUNTS OF MEN. This is the first book of hers I've read. She's quite a competent writer and her writing feels quite self-assured. Has anyone here read any of her work? DR Ginny? Jane? John G? Jennifer?

I've never seen it. Friends of mine saw it last week and didn't ask me to go.
Has anyone watched the new 6-hour TV version of "Childhood's End?"
And now, to bed. 8)
Good night to anyone who's left.
