Vibes to DR Elmore's friend, and to TCB's friend Sandy.
First after the best,
Followed by the rest.
Rehearsal vibes for MR BK & Co.
Vibes for Sandy, the friend of DR TCB. Hope you enjoy your lunch!
Vibes also for the friend of DR ELMORE.
Glad DR JANE found some new frames for her glasses.
DR elmore do you take any pain meds before PT? I have found it helpful.
Patty Duke has died.

Tuesday morning greetings! After a very stern lecture from my doctor yesterday and not liking what I saw on his scale, I decided this morning to return to my basement walking routine. The goal is 30 minutes, but I'll have to work up to that. Today I did my stretching and walked for 10 minutes and that was enough.

Good because if you are not walking at least 30 minutes a day that is not healthy.
And please, keep those healthy vibes coming for my friend!

That sounds very 18th-century...
Patty Duke has died.
Can't believe it - books arrived and they're still not right. I talked to the really nice gal and sent her photos and she feels it's definitely a printer issue and since they use several different branches she's sending it to a new branch - she says the Pennsylvania branch is problematic and wished they hadn't been sent there. Interestingly, the two copies I got from the new files we sent are perfect - and they came from the Tennessee branch of the printer. It's maddening. They're going to reprint them all and I should have them again next Monday, at least that's the hope. So, please be patient just a bit longer because I really don't want to send these out, even though they're not terrible.
We shall wait.......
And Shannon Bolin has died. She was a lovely lady. I went to college weith one of her nephews.

I have already filed my Paypal claim. This is the one book I've been looking forward to since it was announced.
Sorry to hear about Patty Duke - I had a major crush on her when I saw The Miracle Worker - and I finally got to meet her oh so fleetingly at one of the Ray Courts shows.

But after getting out of the habit and having diminished lung capacity, you can't jump right in doing a 30-minute power walk. Today I did 10, tomorrow I'll try for 12, etc.
And now we get word that James Noble (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/james-noble-dead-benson-actor-878815) has died. He was Robert Guillaume's co-star on "Benson" (he played the governor).

Yes. What can cause a "ruptured intestine"?
DR Jane, do you ever ask the people who work at the glasses store to help you select your frames? They usually have a good idea what looks good.

Craig's dog Yogi is very sick with an intestinal problem. Poor Craig hasn't slept in a couple of weeks and you can imagine it has been horrible for Yogi left at home while Craig worked.
It is spring break and I hope an answer is find before Craig's "vacation" is over.

Yep. And later, for me, Valley of the Dolls.

I'm going to follow your lead, Elmore. Paypal, watch out!

I loved Bridge of Spies. Very old-fashioned storytelling. Great cast.

Well, I am in real trouble, because I don't walk at all.
Lunch with Sandy was very nice.
And 70 degrees on Thursday.
Get well vibes for DD Yogi!
