I just finished watching CASTLE. What a shame they didn't get along. They were so cute together.
Of course, I would have been cuter with Mr. Fillion....
George, have you ever considered auditioning for the role of Clarence in IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE?
What fun for Keith and me it would be to see you in a show together.
It would be great if we could do a show together.
Triple digit temperatures in Portland, Oregon.
I just switched the A/C on for an hour. When it switches off, I will be fine for the night.
Speaking of oversleeping, I think I may miss church in the morning.
I didn't realize how late it had gotten.

Today is the big, long rehearsal for TAO's next show that opens on Friday, "The Bible: The Complete Word of God (abridged)."

It would be fun to BE in a show with TCB. :D

Maybe I should expand my horizons.

Well, I must go to sleep now. Good night, Tom!
Last night I forgot to take a Tylenol PM, so I was wide awake until some time past 3:00AM. I finally passed out and slept very poorly. This bodes for a bad day.
DR ChasSmith, did you find anything remotely of interest at your Convent sale?
...some John Thompson courses for piano or a torn copy of the G. Schirmer "Messiah"....

Sunday afternoon greetings! Since we did our Sunday thing on Saturday, we're enjoying a leisurely day at home. Sometime between 1 and 3 we'll walk over to see the house on the southwest corner of the intersection we can see from our living room. Not interested in moving, just being nosy neighbors...

LOL, this sort-of reminds me of this Time Warner "What are the neighbors doing at our open house?" commercial

Dr Ginny, I suspect you'll find that you're not the only neighbors checking things out.
Fred, I'm sorry about the loss of your friend. Vibes of comfort to you.
I'm enjoying Acorn TV. I read some years ago about a satellite dish that could pick up the Canadian stations from many US locations. Canadians have GREAT TV. A friend in Ottawa can pick up both TVOntario, a PBS-like station, as well as a NY PBS station. So many fine offerings! But as there are only so many hours in the day, I expect to do nicely with Acorn. They don't just have British shows; they also have the New Zealand BROKENWOOD MYSTERIES, which I like to watch for the settings as much as the plots.

The realtor, who we know, sent out postcards to the neighborhood and told us that sometimes she has a by-invitation open house for the neighbors. This wasn't that, but she asked that we talk it up. It's a nice house that the current owners have updated quite a bit:

The Cy Coleman book sounds great, ChasSmith. Well worth the trip and the $1.
Listening to a project I thought was dead but isn't - and it's pretty great.
As Larry tip-toes past a very round 38000 unnoticed...
Congrats on your millstone!

Are those available on disc? I'll have to check the library for those.

They are, and I'm now on a list behind 30 other people for the first season.

I hate it when that happens.
92 in Tacoma and 95 down in George's land.

It was pretty hot in downtownOlympia, but right now, it's even hotter up here in my bedroom. :P
The alarm woke me up this morning. Of course I am finally sleeping on the one morning I have to be up. We aren't big fans of tours but booked a 5 hour city tour for today to see what we have missed on our walks.
The temperature in my bedroom has gone down a couple of degrees.
