I'm sure I have a Peter Pan somewhere.
I hope George's preview went well tonight.
Hello, George.
Thanks, Tom!!BREAK A LEG VIBES FOR GEORGE'S OPENING NIGHT!!
I hope George's preview went well tonight.
It did! We only had two people in the audience, well, two who paid the $5 for the preview, plus the house manager for the evening (who is the father of the youngest actor at age 18), and the four directors. Everyone did really well, there were no major screw-ups and no bad technical issues. Just one cue set off a tiny bit early...which was, and will be, no problem. :D

Actually, we both screwed up that one bit. ::)
;)
Well, I really need to go to bed now because I have to get up early for an appointment at the eye doctor. It's earlier than when I usually go to work. I hate it when that happens. :P
It's going to be a very long, hard day at work today, but at least it's Friday!

We will only have temperatures in the low 60's today - which is fine with me.
Vibes for our Northwest denizens for the coming storm.
My attempt to kid those ultra-low-budget Bette Midler in "Hello Dolly!" TV ads that look like they could have been created by a teenage intern

Eye doctor and opening night vibes for DR GEORGE.
Travel and fun vibes for DR VIXMOM and VIXDAD.
Feeling better vibes for DR ELMORE.

LOL DR FJL - I forgot to post when I listened.
DR Ginny, I just read the first chapter of DIMESTORE. Thank you for suggesting it.
this weekend Vixdad and I are going away to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary

Good night, Tom and Jane.
I don't know yet how well yesterday's injection will work, but last night was one of my worst. I suspect two things: the body's reaction to the injection and my decision to do stretching exercises yesterday. This morning, things seem to be better. We'll see.
The injection yesteday has helped but I do not think the effect is as good as the first one. we'll see how the week goes.

Glad you're enjoying it, DR Jane. It's a quick read.
DR George, I'm glad you missed the accident and that all is well with your eyes. It seems strange we don't have rain. I suppose it will make its way to us.

I'd imagine he wanted to give him the "stink eye", but he had an appointment with the eye doctor this morning.

Thanks, Jrand! The eye doctor went well, so now it's just the opening night!

Is that the "eye" opening night? Or...?
Break-a-leg vibes to George!

Thanks, Jane! I don't doubt that you'll get rain eventually.
DR JANE that's mostly funny because it's mostly TRUE! LOL
Am leaving work at 3:30 p.m. and will head for the Kaiser pharmacy.
For whatever reason, all my refillable meds are no longer refillable online.
I will ask about this with a withering eye!

That was really funny, Jane! :))
I seriously need to go through all my BDs and DVDs and CDs.
I'm more than certain I can put together several "baskets of deplorables" from among them.
And now, I'm off to the theater. Tonight is the official opening night of Theater Artists Olympia's (https://olytheater.com/) An Improbable Peck of Plays 5! I don't know if we'll have a big crowd, but those who come will enjoy it. It's a good bunch of plays.
Be back later!
Who's your favorite Tarzan?
MR BK shipping charges at Kritzerland have been the same for many years, perhaps it's time for an increase.

I thought you went to bed, John.
Nicky got up and left the room. I few minutes later I went and checked and yep, sure enough, he had gone potty.
We actually raised shipping charges earlier this year when the USPS did their last BS raise.
