Well, you've read the notes, the notes were the real notes, and now it is time for you to post until the real cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: OBAMBULATE!
-
No, that is not a political post.
-
The first real post after BK!
-
BK, what part is Mr. Yacko playing in THE BRAIN.
-
I wish I could be in L.A. FOR THE BRAIN IN CONCERT.
-
Last day of the heat wave (well, low 80's anyway) in New York!
-
BK - can't the person who got the fake post which purported to be you look in his recently deleted folder before the post disappears? or does his system not have one of those?
-
BK, what part is Mr. Yacko playing in THE BRAIN.

Good morning to all
-
Good morning, all!
-
I dreamed I was held by a small gang that was robbing small stores and killing store workers on the Upper West Side. I escaped and ending up hiding in the second floor of a Grant's dept. store while i was texting the police to come and rescue me.
-
This morning I am going down to City Center to see Joshie. He's printing some score paper for me, and I like the excuse to get out of the apartment when I can.
-
I regret to say that this hip injection has done very little for my leg. It's back to the drawing board.
-
I need more coffee.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Oy! The dreams!
This seems to happen most when I wake up abominably early, finally get back to sleep, and sleep in - even just a little beyond when I'd normally get up.
Incredible things, and references to things, a treasure trove of things thrown together in ways that boggle the brain.
-
I so wanted to get out there for the BRAIN and enjoy a couple of days in L.A. I tried to juggle some things and I'm afraid it just ain't happening.
-
It's one of those, "It's only Wednesday" Wednesdays.
-
Wednesday morning greetings! Fr. Richard's clergy study group is meeting here over the lunch hour. Usually I leave before they get here, but I really need some time at home today. We'll see how that works out...
-
8th poster after BK!
-
Bruce, you may have a stalker.
I'm sure you've considered this. It may be time to consider a little 3-dimensional, if diffuse, investigation into this.
If you catch my drift.
-
It's one of those, "It's only Wednesday" Wednesdays.
DR Kerry: You just said an ever-loving mouthful!
-
Today is Wednesday, October 19th. I must keep reminding myself of this.
It feels like Friday.
-
I have had 67 October 19ths in my life.....since I was born in August, I had one in my zero year.
-
I bought The Crucible cd after reading about it here on HHW. I like it very much. I liked listening to it especially after I did it in 2012 at DePauw.
-
Audition vibes for MR BK that he finds all of the good people.
-
I read the thread concerning your post on BookFace......MR BK, I think that poster wrongly connected your name either to something on his feed or some random post on his page that your name was near.
-
If something had been shared with your name, all of your friends on FaceBook would have gotten the post, and I certainly didn't get anything of the short.
-
I regret to say that this hip injection has done very little for my leg. It's back to the drawing board.
NOOOOOOOOOO!!
~~~Continued Hip-Feel-Better Vibes for Larry!!~~~
BK, what part is Mr. Yacko playing in THE BRAIN.
Yacko is playing The Narrator/Professor Leder.
-
BK, what part is Mr. Yacko playing in THE BRAIN.
Fred Bunson
Nope, he's playing The Narrator/Professor Leder. Marc Ginsburg is playing Fred.
-
I would have thought others would have gotten some weird thing from me, too - but I don't know how anything I posted would end up on that guy's wall - I don't know him from Adam.
-
Oh, and I'm up - maybe close to eight hours of sleep.
-
I am home from City Center and ready for a nap.
-
'Tis the season for announcements, so I'll throw one into the pot.
Y'all can start praying for Rosemary's Baby right now, because in Sep.-Oct. 2017 I'll be music-directing and piano-conducting a small (105-seat, five-weekend) production of Merrily We Roll Along.
Is that asking for some serious hell (and probably some damnation), or what?
It's up here where I live: http://theatreworks.us/
They don't have their season announcement up yet. Last thing I did there was Avenue Q a couple of years ago.
Fantastic! That's a small space. Will you have any sort of a band?
-
That is exciting news DR CHAS SMITH!
I love all the theatre activity on HHW!!!
-
Back from a two-and-a-half mile jog.
-
I'm finding it rather incredible that not one dear reader has gotten Unsung Sherman Brothers.
-
I'm finding it rather incredible that not one dear reader has gotten Unsung Sherman Brothers.
Sorry, BK, I forgot to mention we got our copy. Haven't had a chance to listen yet, though.
-
A day filled with meetings.
-
An evening political event I dread.
-
I'm going to grill myself a steak tonight, just because...
-
Hump Day, get thee behind me!
-
Participation seems a bit sluggish, today.
-
I don't know how much more I have left to write about.
-
I got my box of Marx Brothers blu ray discs in today's mail.
-
Hopefully, my copy of "Unsung Sherman Brothers" will be in today's mail when I get home.
As Barbara Cook once sang, "It's Better With A Band".
-
Where is DR Jane today?
-
Where is DR JohnG today?
-
Where have the people gone?
-
Seems like there's no one hanging on.
-
Is everybody out of town?
-
Seems like, just a few of us are hanging 'round.
-
3hree!!
-
I borrowed your page number format, George! :)
-
Well done frenzy, Ron!
-
Thanks, Fred.
There was an explosion today in my favorite area of Portland.
http://www.wweek.com/news/2016/10/19/portland-bagelworks-vanishes-in-northwest-23rd-avenue-gas-leak-explosion/
-
I used to go for egg bagels when it was Noah's Bagels.
-
The before & after photo.
-
From DR TCB:
Jane, the stew was better with vegetables.
I'm sure, and healthier too.
-
I hope Nicky's trip to the vet went well.
-
:(
I didn't either. I only saw your posts regarding it.
-
Where is DR Jane today?
I got my broken hearing aid fixed and then went with Keith to his gym. I walked and shopped at Safeway while he worked out. Shortly after we returned home we went for proper long walk before it rained. Then I had to cook dinner. Exciting right.
Actually, I was pleasantly surprised my broken hearing aid was fixed so easily. It needed a new part.
-
Well, I have to usher tonight for an event, so it's time for me to leave.
Be back later.
Oh, no! :o At least no one died.
I know. It was surprised two firefighters broke a leg.
-
I read in another story that a firefighter used his body to cover an injured firefighter.
-
Congratulations Chas perhaps we can arrange a little HHW field trip
-
I have not yet received my Sherman Brothers CD
Yes, indeed.
Good evening, all.
I had problems getting the site on my phone. I think it was a problem with my phone.
That's wonderful. Which version of the show?
-
A day filled with meetings.
Tell me.
-
I'm finding it rather incredible that not one dear reader has gotten Unsung Sherman Brothers.
Nope. It's not here yet. Waiting patiently.
-
Looking even more forward to Unsung Sherman Brothers than ever. I'm watching Trumbo tonight. Forgot that he wrote Roman Holiday.
-
Jane, that's scary news about the explosion.
-
Can we get off this page?
-
Please? Please!
-
Four!
-
Page four? Really?
-
I didn't a chance to do laundry this morning, so I'm having to do it tonight.
-
I would rather be doing something else.
-
Like learning mah jongg (or however you spell it).
-
Or Japanese flower arrangement.
-
But not tonight.
-
Tonight I learned four new foxtrot steps, all twinkle steps.
-
Insert twinkle joke here.
-
I'm enjoying the movie, but the guy who plays Edward G. Robinson is nothing like the man.
-
Gratuitous post No. 100.
-
11 days until I leave for Crete.
-
Clothes are now in the dryer.
-
Wasn't that a fascinating post?
-
I need to take a break.
-
Question: I got the Blu and Ray of Oklahoma! from the library. Both versions of the film are available. Which is the one that they used to show on TV? The Cinemascope version?
I heard the other version is actually much better, more energetic and lively.
-
Back from a meal and auditions - some very talented kids and I pretty much know who will use - several boys didn't bother to show up - bad form but I have enough for our evening.
-
Hello, everyone.
-
LEG-BEHAVE VIBES to DR Elmore!
-
Asthma-begone vibes to DR Ron.
Did the clinic help at all?
-
Vibes to all who need them.
-
I've had a busy week full of appointments. I don't like to be so heavily scheduled, but that's just how it goes. Another one tomorrow.
-
Hi, Jeanne!
-
On Monday I received a tax refund. On Tuesday I went to the dentist and the bill ate up every bit of the refund. :(
Don't you just hate that?
-
George, are you taping Rocky Horror tomorrow night?
-
Hi, John! I thought you'd left. Nice to see you.
-
Good night, all.
-
Hi, John! I thought you'd left. Nice to see you.
I must leave now. It's way too late here.
-
Will you be doing anything special in Crete, other than sightseeing, relaxing, and eating?
-
Maybe he'll tell me tomorrow.
-
Looking even more forward to Unsung Sherman Brothers than ever. I'm watching Trumbo tonight. Forgot that he wrote Roman Holiday.
I really enjoyed TRUMBO.
-
Congrats to DR Chas on his upcoming gig.
-
Jane, regarding your foot. I'm a big fan of Arnica. The Arnica Rub is my favorite of the Arnica topicals, since it has lots of other remedies in it as well. About a week ago I started a little trial of Topricin, a homeopathic cream for arthritis. I'm using it on my two arthritic fingers. It's helping. If you don't get results with Arnica, you may want to try Topricin. I've seen in on Amazon. It's very easy to use--no smell, absorbs easily, etc.
-
Life Extension has a wonderful supplement for arthritis, the Fast-Acting Joint Formula. It contains a high dose of hyaluronic acid and it really is fast-acting. A bit pricey, but very effective.
-
It's time for me to leave now, too.
Good night.
-
George, are you taping Rocky Horror tomorrow night?
Yes, John, I was. I assume that you would like a copy?
-
Good evening!
-
Busy day today.
-
I had a nice lunch with the old actor's lunch
-
Then it was time for Nicky's doctor's appointment.
-
'Tis the season for announcements, so I'll throw one into the pot.
-
He hasn't gained any weight back, in fact, he lost another pound.
-
They took blood from him to run tests regarding his thyroid and other tests.
-
He looks good and he eats a lot.
-
Jane, that's scary news about the explosion.
Yes. The firefighters were very brave running into the buildings to evacuate them.
-
He is going to start taking Miralax everyday for a while.
-
I'm enjoying the movie, but the guy who plays Edward G. Robinson is nothing like the man.
Keith and I felt the same way.
-
11 days until I leave for Crete.
I look forward to your photos. It was one of the islands I was sorry to miss.
-
Congratulations to DR Chas.
-
LEG-BEHAVE VIBES to DR Elmore!
DITTO!
-
Continued hip vibes to DR elmore.
-
No UNSUNG SHERMAN BROTHERS in Tacoma.
-
Asthma-begone vibes to DR Ron.
Did the clinic help at all?
DITTO!
I too am curious about the answer to the question.
-
On Monday I received a tax refund. On Tuesday I went to the dentist and the bill ate up every bit of the refund. :(
Don't you just hate that?
Yup.
-
I was wondering if the signed copies went out last.
-
I tried watching the Debate tonight, but I could only watch for about 45 minutes.
-
Wednesday is almost over for another week.
-
Positive vibes to everyone for a good Thursday.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-
He is going to start taking Miralax everyday for a while.
VIBES IT HELPS!
-
DR Jeanne, thanks for the suggestions. Is the Arnica Rub by Natrabio? The only arnica I found to buy was Arnicare cream from Boiron.
-
Cranberries!
-
'night
-
Good night, Jane!
-
No UNSUNG SHERMAN BROTHERS in Tacoma.
Nor in Tumwater.
-
I tried watching the Debate tonight, but I could only watch for about 45 minutes.
I recorded it. We'll see how far I can get through it.
