Well, you've read the notes, the notes had blurbage, and now it is time for you to post until the blurbed cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: GLADSOME!
-
TCB - designing the interior means Grant takes my Word manuscript and finds a font, formats it into book size, designs the chapter headings (and in this book, sub-headings) and anything to do with the interior. He's done all my books except the Kritzer books.
-
I'm still waffling about adding the cover to the notes I just posted - what do you think?
-
It will be up for pre-order in about a week-and-a-half anyway.
-

If you're not sure, you could post it here and not in your notes.
-
Why not wait until the tenth.
-
Great blurb by Mr. Sherman. It makes you want to read it.

Thank you. Something else I never realized was required.
-
Yes, I guess I'll wait till Friday to reveal the cover and title. Blurbing this one is tricky because I really don't want to give away too much. Writing the flap copy will be equally difficult, I think, in regards to giving too much away. Part of the fun of this is coming to it without much knowledge.

I shall wait quite patiently for the official release!

I can hardly wait.

I never realized how much is required besides just writing the damn book.

I guess I will try to rest, although I doubt I will sleep.
-
Good night.
-
Good night, Tom.
-
Nice Sherman blurb! I am anxiously awaiting the cover on Friday!
-
Hats off to DR GEORGE's new toilet seat. I was just looking at mine and thinking I need a new one as well......it's an epidemic!
-
It rained very hard three separate times tonight and woke me up each time, so here I am on page one.
-
Good news from DR JEANNE.
Tooth and dentist vibes for DR TCB.
-
good morning to all

BK
I hope you will consider the Rupert Holmes song "Echo Valley 2-6809" that I first heard when it was on The Partridge Fmily
-
Good morning, all.

I haven't enjoyed a Bruce Willis performance in a few years, not since RED or Grindhouse.
Before that, however, I used to enjoy him quite a bit.

I dreamed I was making baked Alaska.
-
DR George, I had to buy a new toilet seat two weeks ago! Did I start something?
-
We watched INFERNO with Tom Hanks last night.
It's an okay chase movie; great scenery. However, the plot is very confusing and the accents of some of the actors does not make it any easier to understand.
Thankfully, my wife had read the book, so every now and then we paused the movie and she explained to me what was going on.

Here's the trailer for my new play, AVA & HER GUYS. It's available in both paperback and Kindle editions via Amazon.

This morning, I will work at home on Guys & Dolls before i head down to City Center. i have two orchestrations to hand over to Joshie, and I will stay to watch the afternoon dress rehearsal of Big River. I've never seen the show, so I look forward to it.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Coffee!
Oh, here it is.
-
Today, an at-home day. I'll finish programming La Cage aux Folles, play through it, fix anything that needs to be fixed, then put it away for a week and a half.
-
DR Elmore, I don't know Big River and I just had to pass on getting to that one this time around. I bet you'll enjoy it greatly. Have a wonderful day!
-
Page two? Really?
-
I enjoyed Big River years ago when it opened. The show has been revived since, which makes me wonder why Encores is doing it.
-
I think Goodspeed did it several years ago.
-
Eye vibes for TCB!

Well, I know the answer to that but i'm not saying.
-
I am suddenly feeling rather poorly. I don't have to leave for another 45 minutes, so I'll see how I'm feeling then.

the name's wrong and no, that's not the reason.

Tuesday morning greetings! I can't even count how many guys are here to work on the bathroom today. One's in the garage cutting wood with a power saw, one just came up from the basement, and some others are going back and forth from their truck to the bathroom.
-
Are you getting a new toilet seat, too, Ginny?
-
Professor Irwin Corey, star of the fabled flop Flahooley, has died at age 102.
-
Are you getting a new toilet seat, too, Ginny?
Probably, DR John G, because the current one is beige-toned and the new decor will be grey-toned. We'll also have to replace the brass-toned towel bars, TP holder, switchplates, and cupboard door pulls. I'm thinking brushed nickel...
-
And the guy giving orders bears an eerie resemblance to Speaker Paul Ryan. Rob told me not to hold that against him.
-
Wise Rob.
-
Are you getting a new toilet seat, too, Ginny?
I am so happy i've started a trend.
-
And i am staying home per Joshie request. I'll see the show on Saturday.
-
Feel better, DR Elmore!

Biopsy done. And now I wait. It might be next week before I hear anything.

Page 3 Fruit Shop Dance
-
Tuesday is a good day to be home DR ELMORE.
-
Speaking of a Fruit Shop Dance - I finished my run of Cabaret on Sunday. It was a lot of fun, I was sorry to see it go
-
There are a LOT of things happening now, lots of shows, plus the day/weekend job. Everything is well. Dogs are well etc.
-
But...no new toilet seat?
-
Another beautiful day today!
-
I'm up, I'm up - about seven hours of sleep.
-
Yes, we're doing Echo Valley
-
Hats off to DR GEORGE's new toilet seat. I was just looking at mine and thinking I need a new one as well......it's an epidemic!
Thanks, Jrand! Everyone can always use a new toilet seat...EVERYONE!

Professor Irwin Corey, star of the fabled flop Flahooley, has died at age 102.
Oh, my! He was one of those "I thought he was already dead" guys. :-\
But wow...102 years old! Hopefully, he had a good, as well as a long, life.

I've never seen the show either, but I love the original Broadway cast recording. I don't know why. I'm not particularly a fan of country music, but I just really enjoy listening to the CD.

TOILET SEATS FOR ALL MY FRIENDS!
I can't help but second that.
-
Today at work, we were supposed to have a demo/training session with one of our book vendors at noon (pushed back from 11:30 because our building was closed until noon due to the weather), but his flight was delayed and he now won't be here until about 1:15 pm. A couple of people will have to leave before that, but it should be okay. As I always say, "It'll be what it'll be."
-
TOILET SEATS FOR ALL MY FRIENDS!
LOL!

I know this only lasts for an hour or so, but at the moment, AVA & HER GUYS is the #1 seller on Amazon's Play & Scriptwriting section.

Back from a fun lunch and picking up a package.
-
I've already entered some of the fixes - the ones that were easy. But now I have to run the others by Muse Margaret and am awaiting her call.
-
Had a surprising e-mail from Warners' George Feltenstein saying that Robert Harris had suggested he send me a Boy Friend Blu-ray - and it apparently is on its way.
-
Page four? Really?

The Call of the Muse!

Hello!

Looking forward to seeing the cover and title of BK's new book!
-
Actor Richard Hatch has died at the age of 71.

Congratulations to Brent B on his nomination for a Helen Hayes Award for La Cage aux Folles:

:o No!!

The Boy Friend is trippy fun. I may have to dig that one out and watch it again. Of course it won't be Blu and Ray.

Well, I just got my hairs cut! I took a picture of myself a couple of days ago and I'll take another and post them when I get home tonight. :)

We treated ourselves and our neighbor to dinner out tonight. Dinner and the company were very enjoyable.

I finally read the notes now that I have been sitting for more than a few minutes at the computer. Nice blurb from Richard!

Is there an echo in here?

Bing is singing to a recording of himself in something called Here Is My Heart. Kitty Carlisle, William Frawley, Roland Young and Reginald Owen in the supporting cast.

Hello, 1 guest!

What's your favorite Bing Crosby movie?

Gratuitous post No. 114.

Too many of the pictures of me look like I was dancing at 7:40 a.m. and suffering from allergies and a lack of sleep.
-
If you hadn't told us we wouldn't have known.
-
I'm watching CLOSE TO THE ENEMY. Acorn TV added it a couple months ago, but I've been watching lighter things and passed it up. Acorn never mentioned that it's by Stephen Poliakoff! I don't love all of Poliakoff's work, but I do find it all interesting. So far this is most interesting.
-
Let's move on.
-
Wouldn't have known that it was 7:40 am and your allergies were bothering you, that is.
-
Five!
-
Wouldn't have known that it was 7:40 am and your allergies were bothering you, that is.
Thank you.
-
Do you have any other photos from your dancing?
-
And biopsy vibes to you, John, as well.
-
Where is TCB? I guess it's a little early for him.
-
Here's Joy in another of her costumes. And you can see I've changed ties.

Good night, all.
-
Too many of the pictures of me look like I was dancing at 7:40 a.m. and suffering from allergies and a lack of sleep.
;D You still look dashing.
-
Finished with my viewing - got a little no-cal salad for my snack.
-
Good evening!
-
Another day, another nickel.
-
The eye appointment was the highlight of my day.
-
It went downhill from there.
-
I called to find out what day my dentist was still working.
-
He isn't. He got remarried, gave up his practice, and he is traveling the world.
-
I explained my problem and the new dentist' office told me to come right in.
-
I showed up, gave them my insurance card; only to be told they don't take my insurance.
-
I got out to the parking lot and decided I would just pay for the appointment.
-
I filled out the forms, and I am told that they can give me an exam and an X-Ray, but since I haven't had my pre-meds, they can't drain the abcess.
-

Oh, my goodness!
-
I filled out the forms, and I am told that they can give me an exam and an X-Ray, but since I haven't had my pre-meds, they can't drain the abcess.
That's terrible!
-
The X-Ray shows that I have a crown that has decayed underneath it, so the entire thing will have to be removed.
-
I now need an oral surgeon, but one that will take my insurance.
-
So, now I am back to square one.
-
But she did prescribe some antibiotics.
-
Which I am now taking.
-
And that was my day.
-
I still hurt.
-
One more post.
