Fred should be getting up soon.
I got to sleep late last night. I was (seriously) working on a particularly interesting tax return.
Elmore, I wish I could be there for THE NEW YORKERS.
Vibes for TCB and company!
Chas, what show were you playing for on Wednesday?
Chas, what show were you playing for on Wednesday?
On Wednesday I was watching the Met Opera's Rusalka.
I'm playing La Cage aux Folles again this weekend and next.
Today is the birthday of my adopted son, Joshie. I am having the best time working on The New Yorkers with him.
I also realized this morning that I screwed up one of my decisions on yesterday's work, and I need to correct that before I show it to hm in the office today..

Good, can I send you mine?
Break a leg vibes for TCB and cast
Wish I could see Second Samuel

And speaking of the new CD, I was just on Amazon and looked up the title just to see what's there and THIS (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VY4SKMH/) 2-fer import CD is available for preorders. It's "Two for the Road / Me Natalie: Mancini in the 60s," and will be released April 28, 2017. Interesting coincidence.
And I am home. Joshie and i had a very good work session, I had a hood meeting with Rob and the cjoreograher, and I have a song and dance to orchestrate this weekend. This is my last major number, and Joshie has two that he and I may work on together. I'll take my score in Monday and he and I can go through it.

A hood meeting? Is that clan-speak? Or Vixtyping?

Bootleg - I'm going to report it.

I blame DR vixmom.
At Half Price Books, I found a complete recording of William Bolcom's A View from the Bridge.
The big find was a two-volume box sets with the librettos of Show Boat, As Thousands Cheer, On the Town and many more. I didn't buy it a few months ago because they wanted $35 for it. Today it was $10.

I'd never known about this, but I just happened across it on Amazon a couple of days ago. I added it to my wish list.

It probably costs more than $3.
What time do people get up on the other coast?
No wait, don't answer that online.
Wish I could see Second Samuel
Had some chicken soup and a bagel, then came right home. I could seriously live without having allergy issues on top of fighting the good fight. Really, enough already.
Listened to the first chapter - so many pick-ups that have to be done - wrong words, mispronunciations, etc. There has to be a better way of doing this - this fellow has done hundreds of them, but I have to imagine either they let this stuff slide or he spends lots of time doing pick-ups. And we brought Brittney back for the second time to do over three lines - she did, she left, he sent them to me and they weren't there - the before was there and the after but not the lines. So, she has to come back a third time. I think the answer is next time I'll read the book and record it. This fellow admits he's a technological luddite - he never pauses the recording - he apparently doesn't know how, so we get minutes going by while airplanes are overhead - seems so silly to me. But when it's right, it's lots of fun, but editing this thing is going to be a nightmare, frankly and I don't know if it's worth it. At some point, I may just decide to spend the two days doing it myself and then editing in the gals.

I am sorry.
VIBES YOU ARE PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED RECORDING!!!
I usually get up between 4 and 5 a.m. Sometimes I sleep in. Until 6.
Wish I could seeing Second Samuel

I've got my email response from Jury Duty, so I can mail my summons in tomorrow. It's too late yo get to the PO and City Center on time.

Nah. You credit her with your skills. Credit is so much nicer than blame.

Good evening.
Good evening.
I have made the DR Laura quote! I feel as excited as Vixmom did!
