Well, you've read the notes, the notes were written in a month called May aka May, and now it is time for you to post until the May cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: PLETHORA!
-
First post after BK!
-
Second post after BK!

Well, I finished the off-the-Internet part of what I needed to do for Theater Artists Olympia, but now I need to do the rest on my new computer. I'll check Costco's prices for the Office suite, as well as some other on-line places. My sister's boyfriend would probably be willing to do some research for me. He's very good at it. :)
-
T.O.D.
Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, involved with that case was weird.. The family, the police department, the attorneys on both sides all performed like rejects from Central Casting.
Having said all that, I think her brother killed her.

Also, check Amazon. Sometimes their prices will surprise you.

Thanks! I don't usually think of Amazon for software.

Good night, George.
-
Good night, Tom.
-
Good morning, all!
-
After about five hours of sleep, I awoke at 2:30am, and then dozed on and off until 5:30. I'm ready to leave the apartment around 7:30 for my podiatrist appointment.
-
We had an early birthday celebration last night with some friends at the West Bank Cafe, which was even better than I'd remembered it being. Tomorrow's actual birthday will probably be relatively quiet, since it's mid-week and there's a lot of stuff to do.
-
The new New York City ferry seems to be a leading story here on the news, even with all that's going on in the world.
-
Or at least the new ferry routes. I guess there's been a ferry on a limited basis for a while!
-
Good morning to all
-
I hope everyone has a lusty month of may
-
Because this is the month where tons of wicked little thoughts merrily appear
-
Good morning.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Headed for the airport in a few. Nice trip so far.
-
Feel better vibes for TCB and Elmore.
Monday vibes for all.
-
Travel vibes for DR JOHN G.
Glad to hear DR TCB is feeling better.
DR GEORGE if you don't have to have the latest and greatest version, you can sometimes get an older version of Office/Suite for a nice price on Amazon....or Ebay. These are all still in the package with the activation codes provided.

TOD:
Strange case.....and I think it was an inside job.....father, mother, or brother.....they all acted guilty as hell...the ransom note written by the mother....the father going right to the body in a wine room in the basement that wasn't apparent to the naked eye....
I know that the DataLounge is NOT a good site.....but now and then when someone posts about this case or another child murder/abuse case....some poster comes on to say something and signs it Mrs. Patsy Ramsey, Formerly of Boulder, CO. It does make me laugh.

First post after Jane.

TOD:
I haven't a clue who did it. Theories abound. Facts are perplexing.
-
Here in Oakland, CA, the day is Monday, May 1.

That's May First, not "May I".

After a nice day in Barcelona with friends I am back on the ship sampling 2 different single malt scotches deciding which I prefer. I asked for peanuts and we were given mixed nuts that contained Brazil nuts. Brazil nuts are worse than hazel nuts for me. I finally have peanuts, however, they arrived too late as I am a bit tipsy. I cannot decide which scotch I prefer so I keep sampling them ;D

Good morning, all.

Back from the vet with our Poe, who was put through the wringer this morning.
He's resting now but we'll be keeping an eye on him through the day because he's recovering from not only the "excitement" of the carrier and the car and the place and the handling, but also sedation which was the only way they could do the bloodwork and finish checking him out more thoroughly.
We'll have results tomorrow or Wednesday, but we already found a shocking degree of dental disease which will necessitate some more extractions (he's had a number of them over the years). Poor guy. These cats really know how to hide stuff from us.
-
I didn't follow the case closely at the time, so the little I remember about it is from stories I read or saw on TV well after the fact. I agree with those who believe SOMEBODY in that family, or someone very close to them, has blood on their hands.
I also am one who is fairly horrified at the kind of life they put the girl through in the first place. That stuff just reeks of obscenity to me. So I am not predisposed in a kind way toward the parents from the get go.
-
Dental vibes for Poe!
-
Lately, I wake up after sleeping 6 - 6-1/2 hours. No matter how much I try to go back to sleep, my mind won't let me.
Yet, once I'm up, I'm sluggish for a while.
Here I sit in my office. If I were to close my eyes for three minutes, I'd sleep soundly until a noise awakened me.
-
Monday afternoon greetings! We were up and outta here early to meet my sister and her husband for breakfast. By 10am they were on their way home to Michigan, Richard was doing errands, and I was at the grocery store. He and I are both home now for a day of puttering.
-
Am getting very peckish for lunch. Yet, it's only 10:31 a.m.
-
I'm up, I'm up - a bit over eight hours of sleep - but I was up six or seven times during the night.
-
And the word of the day is: PLETHORA!
A word I finally don't have to look up!
-
Good morning
-
Today is DD Leo's 1st birthday. It's been a rather interesting year. I hope he takes the next year to calm down a bit. But we love him anyway!

That's true. I just need to make sure that it works with Windows 10. I haven't had it for very long, so I don't know that much about it. :-\

Dental recovery vibes for Poe from us as well!

My day is over. Joshie and I went through the inconsistancies in the brass mutes for all of Act One, and Act Two to "Goona Goona Lagoon." Tomorrow, we'll finish up.
-
DR Ron Pulliam, that sock aid is amazing! It has made my life so much easier. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Good vibes for poor Poe!

Which came first, the chicken soup or the eggs for the omelet?

I believe it was when they both crossed the road.

My dad loves these kinds of books. I think I might need to get this for him for Father's Day (in addition to the requisite B&N gift card). :)

Hello, everyone.
-
Gotta get ready for dancing.
-
It's 90 here and I'm not used to that anymore.
-
Hello, everyone.
Hello, Jeanne!

Recovery vibes for DK Poe.

It will be an early night for me. I am really sleepy.

Lately, I wake up after sleeping 6 - 6-1/2 hours. No matter how much I try to go back to sleep, my mind won't let me.

Welcome to the world of insomnia. I often wake up at 3:30 or 4:30 and simply can't go back to sleep. Enough sleep to keep me awake, but not enough sleep to feel good the next day. If I haven't sleep much I find that I need to eat more, I need the extra fuel.
-
Happy Birthday, Leo!
Does he get cake and ice cream for his party or Milk Bone?
-
Hi, John G.
Glad you had a nice trip. I used to find that short trips--2-4 days--were easier to schedule and did me a world of good.
-
Larry, I was glad to see your news about BACKBEARD. It looks like a fun show. But if you're doing orchestrations won't you be rather rushed?
-
I concur with BK that it's a bad allergy season--at least for those of us in Southern California. We desperately needed all that rain, but it means more mold now and more bugs this summer. Ugh!
-
TTFN.

Stavisky (http://www4.screenarchives.com/title_detail.cfm/ID/33184/STAVISKY-EXPANDED-500-EDITION/) has arrived in Tumwater!

All the way...over the ocean, even.

-
Had a fun first rehearsal.

Be back later.

Whatever happened to Gilbert O'Sullivan?
-
Apparently he is still around
-
On April 22 he did a solo act in a record store at Notting Hill
-
I love the movie Notting Hill
-
I especially love the one long take that covers the year she is gone while the song Ain't no sunshine while she's gone plays
-
It's worth watching the movie just gif that one scene
-
Wonderful movie story telling

I have been awake since 4:30 am. This morning we plan to go to the gym early before taking the cruise shuttle to Valencia, Spain.

Goldie Hawn is on Jimmy Fallon
-
She must have a portrait in her attic

Yesterday we had a nice day walking the quiet sections of Barcelona with friends. We shall see them again before the end of the month at our 50th high school reunion.
-
Good night
-
Watching an odd but very good video of Othello that emphasizes the comedy of the piece, which makes the violence all the more upsetting.
It's also oddly modern day and some period in the past at the same time. It's from the Royal Shakespeare Company.
I think it's also unabridged, as it runs 3 hours. I can't finish it all tonight.
-
The Tony nominations are due tomorrow, I think.
I'm hoping for many for Come From Away.
-
Good night, Vixmom.
-
I had a bad allergy attack in Colorado and took a half a Benedryl last night. It has left me in a fog most of the day today.
-
Good night, all.
-
I'm home.
-
This morning, my phone had a systems update. It went well enough, but for some damned reason, an NFL app was very rudely installed on my phone! WTF? I was able to disable it, but it otherwise can't be deleted. WHY??
-
I came home and turned on my tablet. IT had a systems update, too. Fortunately, no NFL app (or any other unwanted app) was installed on it.
-
NFL app? Not For Luminaries? Never Fly Low? Nougats For Locusts? Nouns for Lyrics? New French Literature? Now For Later?

And fortunately, I found the installation disc to the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 edition that I bought in 2009! It included three users, and I still had one left. It installed very easily and it actually works on my Windows 10 computer! Hoo and Ray!
-
I'm bidin' my time 'cause that's the kind of guy I'm.
-
I have had, all evening, the urge to go buy some cherry chip ice cream but I have resisted temptation and will continue to do so.
-
Good evening!
-
I slept most of the day.
-
I guess you can say, "Relapse!"
-
I never left the house.
-
One more post.

Hi, Tom.

Hello.
-
Ready to post some damn notes.
-
Page six? Really?
-
One minute to notes - you've been warned.

What would Ravel do?
