Well, you've read the notes, the notes were functioning and had a brain, and now it is time for you to post until the functioning, brainy cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: MULTIVERSE!
-
First post after BK!
-
And Congrats to TCB who has reached the 80,000+ posts milestone! :D
-
BK, Alexis Gershwin's show may not have been a great show, but I think it's cool that someone who's that closely related to them is actually still alive!
-
Look how close George and TCB are in terms of posting numbers.
-
Tom's ahead, though...darn it. >:(
;)
-
George, keep posting, you can pass him!!
-
How's her majesty, Queen Neve?
-
Bruce, have you remembered to get the ingredients for enchilada casserole?
-
George, keep posting, you can pass him!!
I can't. Tom was behind, then he caught up and passed me. ::)
-
Go Tom! ;D
-
And on that note (C#), I'm outta here.
Have a good day, all!
-
TOD
One Vixdad uses all the time, when he's done something to annoy me
"I do spy some looks of love in her"... from Much Ado About Nothing
It always makes me laugh and gets him out of trouble
-
Good morning, all.
-
Congratulations, Tom.
-
TOD 1:
Let’s kill all the lawyers.
Henry Vi, Part II
-
Good morning, all!
-
Thatch is playing with a toy on a stick, Annabelle watches the parade pass from the window, and I'm on my first cuppa.
-
Around 9:30 I will leave for City Center to see Joshie.
-
Good morning, all.
-
I am out of K-cuppa coffees, but am enjoying a nice K-cuppa tea.
-
Another full day off, which is a blessing. I’ll work on music, and probably a little whatnot, too.
-
Hamlet: "The lady doth protest too much"
Henry IV, Part 2: He hath eaten me out of house and home
A Midsummer Night's Dream: The object of art is to give life a shape

Cute 😊

I went right back to sleep after finishing my post last night and slept untill 5:00.
-
T.O.D.
"A hit, a very palpable hit."
That was my line.
I played "Oscric" in a University of Washington television production of HAMLET that aired in 1960.
It was directed by Rod Whitaker (later the author of THE EIGER SANCTION) and Marian Hailey, who later had a career on Broadway (HARVEY with James Stewart and Helen Hayes) and films LOVERS AND OTHER STRANGERS, played "Ophelia".

Windows are open!

TOD:
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition.

Oh, oh. DR TCB is catching up to me. I had better post ;)
-
I rarely look at my number of posts. It just makes me feel as if I talk too much about nothing, like I am doing right now :)
-
Home from City Center! I've spent the past hour trying to crop the pages of a pdf.
-
TOD 1:
Let’s kill all the lawyers.
Henry Vi, Part II
Another good one
-
I'm up, I'm up - just under nine hours of sleep.
-
In order to buy the ingredients for the casserole I must write them down - I can never remember anything in the market - but early next week, once we're past the Kritzerland show.
-
Topic of the Day:
Polonius in Hamlet:
This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
Farewell, my blessing season this in thee!
-
Congrats to DR TCB on his millstone.
-
I am listening to the WORKING CD....which I always enjoy.
-
I am listening to the WORKING CD....which I always enjoy.
Which version (http://castalbums.org/shows/Working/399/)? :)
-
Rehearsal in one hour.
-
I never even went to the mail place today.
-
I've just been choosing songs for the May show and listening to music.
-
Good afternoon.
-
A nice day with no plans, so I wasted it catching up with stuff around the house.
-
I might have to do that tomorrow.
-
Congratulations to TCB on his lofty new plateau
-
I have one of those slicers where you are supposed to hold the veggie with the guard while you run it back and forth and slice it up
-
But the sweet peppers were a little too small to be held properly with the guard
-
On a completely different topic I'll be typing without the use of my right forefinger for the next week or so
-
Yet who would have thought the old woman to have had so much blood in her?
-
On a completely different topic I'll be typing without the use of my right forefinger for the next week or so
:o NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
-
Vixdad took me to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner
-
He decided that perhaps we'd skip the salad tonight

On a completely different topic I'll be typing without the use of my right forefinger for the next week or so
:o NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
It's not as bad as it might have been, I didn't go to urgent care and Vixdad bandaged me nicely
-
So I say to Jane, salads are hazardous to your health
-
Or at least to mine
-
~~~Quick Finger Recovery Vibes for Vixmom!!~~~
Thank you kind sir!!
-
Actually my typing seems to have improved.
-
Perhaps it's my forefinger causing all the typos
-
I am now typing with my middle finger
-
Take no offense
-
None is intended
-
I would also like to file a formal complaint
-
Despite rushing home in eager anticipation, the newest Adrianna Hofstetter book was not in my mailbox this evening
-
And now, I must leave work. I went to Fred Meyer at my lunch break and returned an item that I decided I didn't want, so that's taken care of, but I need to do a little more shopping.
Until later.
-
A lull. ::)
-
I didn't go shopping, but I did go to Subway.
-
Rehearsal was fun and finally over.
-
I had a coupon, so that was good.
-
Listening to music and pondering why, at nine o'clock my time, we are on page THREE. Really?
-
The woman working at Subway wasn't very experienced, so that wasn't good...but not bad at all.
-
On a completely different topic I'll be typing without the use of my right forefinger for the next week or so
I was afraid you were going to say something like this.
-
She just didn't know about the refill button on their register, so at first she charged me full price for a refill, when normally they're only $1.00.
-
It took a minute or two, but it all got straightened out, and the sub sandwich that she made was quite tasty...and that's what's most important! :D
-
I don't know if it's a national policy or just locally, but if you bring back your Subway soda cups, you can get it refilled for only a dollar, instead of full price, which can be as much as $2.40 or so (I think).
-
So, it can be a BIG savings if you go regularly...
-
He decided that perhaps we'd skip the salad tonight
;D
-
...which I do.
-
That was my next question.
-
Good evening, all.
-
Where is everyone tonight?
-
I helped Joy with her dance class and then we went to visit two old friends who used to live in town and then moved to the Albany, N.Y., area.
-
Great to see them and a few more old friends.
-
Now I'm home and unwinding before bed.
-
Starting to watch I'll Cry Tomorrow with Miss Susan Hayward.
-
I think I prefer the real Lillian Roth.
-
But the bio pick is fascinating in its own way.
-
What, no one got their books today? :)
Shocking inefficiency shown by the post office
-
I've had enough of Miss Susan Hayward for one evening. She'll really have to cry tomorrow.
-
Good night, all.
-
Double, double, toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble!
-
Good night, all.
Parting is such sweet sorrow that I shall say goodnight till it be morrow.
-
So I say to Jane, salads are hazardous to your health
😁
-
Quick healing vibes for DR Vixmom.
Actually my typing seems to have improved.
You are paying closer attention;)
-
Good night, John.
Hi George.
Listening to a wonderful compendium of Benjamin Frankel film scores.
-
Right now, I'm balancing my checkbook.
-
I gotta tell you.
Had some low-fat Cheez-Its for my snack and some caramels for my sweet snack and now I am snacked out.
-
It is 2:15 in the am
-
My book still hasn't arrived
Guess I'll stop hanging around the mailbox and go to bed
Good evening.
Thank you to all for the congratulations on my posing total.
I'm listening to the 2006 London revival of Blondel as I'm balancing my checkbook. According to the CastAlbums.org listing (http://castalbums.org/recordings/Blondel-2006-London-Revival-Cast/13866/):
Recorded from the sound desk for archive purposes during the run at the Pleasance Theatre.
Oh, wow, is that the musical based the life of Joan Blondel? I have heard great things about it.
-
Whatever happened to the musical version of ANTHONT ADVERSE?
Whatever happened to the musical version of ANTHONT ADVERSE?
That, of course, is a line stolen from that Broadway smash, CRITIC’S CHOICE.
-
I had the unfortunate honor of doing that awful show back in the 70’s!
-
Good evening, my Washington friends! How are we this evening?
-
Not on Broadway!
-
Hello, jan! I saw you cheering on George to beat me at post totals!
-
You did say I was a troublemaker so you started it, Poopyhead.
-
Hello, jan! I saw you cheering on George to beat me at post totals!
You're safe, Tom. It won't happen. You passed me up a long time ago and are continuing the trend. :)
-
You did say I was a troublemaker so you started it, Poopyhead.
A troublemaker? From me, that is a compliment.
-
And that is Mr. Poopyhead to you.
-
George, are you saying Tom is a blabbermouth?
-
I only call my seniors Mr.
-
George, are you saying Tom is a blabbermouth?
Shouldn’t that be blabberhand?
-
And if that's a complement, how would you insult me?
-
I want to go see SHAZAM.
-
George, are you saying Tom is a blabbermouth?
I'm not saying ANYTHING! ::)
