Well, you've read the notes, the notes were named Norman, and now it is time for you to post until Norman and just be done with it cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: FLORIFEROUS!
-
Norman?? Is that you?
-
Last night, I mentioned that my tablet had 15 apps updated. jan asked:
How come?
I have two tablets, and it's been a few days since I used this tablet and it was updated through Wi-Fi.
-
It's pretty exciting to read about the upcoming recording of the three different commentaries! Can't wait to hear them all!
-
And now, I'm off to bed.
Have a good day, all!
-
Good morning, all.
-
I wish I were still asleep.
-
But it’s off to joys that the day will bring.
-
Good morning, all!
-
I slept quite late. Annabelle is furious.

Good morning.
-
Happy belated birthday to DR JRand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Good morning, all.
-
Whoa. That's a lifetime's worth of operettas, DR Elmore. What a great list!
-
Getting a late start on my day, and better get moving soon.
-
Tonight, no rehearsal for the likes of moi, and I'm taking the opportunity to go to my favorite theater to see PILLOW TALK on the big screen.
https://bedfordplayhouse.org/movies/pillow-talk/
I believe they said last month that this, like the other classics they've been showing, will be in full 4K. Looking forward to it.
-
There must be a boy!
As Doris sang....
-
thanks again to everyone for the excellent and appreciated birthday wishes...they were most appreciated.
Last night after rehearsal my sister Molly and I watched the first FOUR episodes of the original DYNASTY. It really is a good show and has some interesting folks and storylines.
Of course Miss Joan Collins does not appear in this season, so there were no catfights or BIG shoulder pads.
-
My voice today is somewhere between Paul Robson and Carol Channing....
-
TOD:
I like DR ELMORE's list - especially:
The White Horse Inn - which I purchased on his recommendation and I love to watch it now and then.....it's a honey!
HMS Pinafore - my favorite G/S.
But of course my absolute favorite is:
The Pleasant Peasant by Lucy Friml and Ethel Romberg.....I am the good prince Lancelot, I like to sing and dance a lot....
-
I'm up, I'm up - barely - seven hours of sleep - forgot someone was coming to drop something off.
-
Since my hip survived yesterday I am off to another water zumba class.
-
I’ll add Rose-Marie to Elmore’s list and single out Pirates of Penzance from the G/S shows.
-
184%. C'mon, we can go the distance, like Hercules.
-
Topic of the Day (stealing some from Larry's list):
Bitter Sweet

The Pirates of Penzance
Rose-Marie

-
How could I forget Candide?
-
Off in a bit for Act Two Rehearsal of PICNIC.
-
But first....Page Two....
-
How could I forget Candide?
It was on my list, DR JRand69!
-
Um, page TWO??? Is this a sick joke? Is this some kind of malarky?
-
Back from packages and getting two Subway sandwiches - one for the main meal, which I've eaten already, and one for later tonight, perhaps after I've jogged.
-
Just put up two lots of seven each of fun published musical theater sheet music, all with original show art - priced to move :)
-
On Facebook, this is apparently share amber alert stories day. I've had six come across my feed in the last hour - all old, some with happy endings, and tragically some not. Why does Facebook just turn everyone into unthinking morons? I really need an answer. They share this shit without even clicking on the article to a) see if it's current, and b) if it's not, see that it's old and what the outcome was, in which case why would you be so moronic as to share it.
-
And someone needs to 'splain to me why we're on page two and why NO ONE is here.
-
Long day. Longer evening ahead.

IMHO the word is lazy. My favorite "shared" missing people posts are Americans sharing post from the UK, let alone the fact the person was missing two years ago and found hours later.
One friend admitted she knows she can count on me to find out the truth :o >:(
-
I do not want to be the facebook missing person/pet police.
-
Most times opening the notification will show an update. It takes all of two seconds.
-
Sometimes reading the comments will provide an answer. Ok, I get that can be a bit more work.
-
Googling the missing person will often provide an answer.
-
And someone needs to 'splain to me why we're on page two and why NO ONE is here.
My rant in response to your rant gave us a few more posts ;)
-
After my water zumba class I quickly ate something & then we headed out to do errands.
-
I'm getting so angry with Indiegogo. We went up to 189% when the two lots of sheet music went - great. Someone just took a Kritzerland CD perk for 100 bucks. The total has not gone up nor has the percentage. One wonders if they're screwing up and if that's ever made right or I just lose that dough and the percentage stays the same. And you can't get a person to talk to - EVER.
-
:(
Indiegogo Vibes!
-
Good afternoon.
-
Another perk taken - we're now up to 191% in one place and 192% elsewhere on the site. Puuuuuuush - we're sooooo close :)
-
And someone needs to 'splain to me why we're on page two and why NO ONE is here.
End of month invoicing and report creating. Now, I have to scan every invoice and make PDFs for everything! :P
-
:(
Indiegogo Vibes!
~~~DITTO!!~~~
-
Page two? Pish-tosh.
-
Tosh-pish.
-
Not sure about a jog - it's so hot out, even now.
Sounds like fun, not ;)
We took a short walk, only 3 miles, in the shade today.
Definitely NOT! But it's the wave of the future, so I need to get used to it. ::)
-
I suppose you will get used to it.
-
Bruce I just went to facebook & found your newest post & commented. I hope that helps your algorithms.
-
I’ll add Rose-Marie to Elmore’s list and single out Pirates of Penzance from the G/S shows.
And Morey Amsterdam and Rose Marie were the original "Buddy and Sally" - I've assumed James Goldman was watching them on TV when he named the "Follies" characters Buddy and Sally.
-
If James Goldman had been watching a different sitcom, wouldn't that mean "In Buddy's Eyes" could have had a different hook?
-
In Gomer's Eyes?
-
In Goober's Eyes?
-
In Jethro's Eyes?
-
TOD
Pirates of Penzance
The Mikado
HMS Pinafore
A Little Night Music
Jesus Christ Superstar
193%!!! So close to a beautiful and lovely round number. And I just had a call from Gerrit Graham - he's going to try and put himself on tape talking about the film and we'll include that as an extra.
-
Today I bought tickets to https://www.newyorktheatreguide.com/show/cyrano
-
I heard about it several weeks ago and mentioned it to Vixdad
-
He said he would be interested in seeing it,a rare theatrical visit for him
-
For the first time ever I had the website cued up so I was ready to hit “buy” as soon as the tickets went on sale.
-
And I was successful,
-
Tonight for dinner I made chicken breasts in the handy dandy airfryer
-
I just seasoned them with some Penzeys blends and tossed them in
-
Instead of potatoes I’ve been making vegetable mixtures
-
Today’s was sliced onions, sliced yellow squash , sliced white mushrooms, sliced red, yellow and orange sweet peppers, sliced cherry tomatoes, a sprinkle of olive oil and a teaspoon of Penzeys sunny Paris
It was really good
-
Oh and some fresh long island grown corn in the cob
-
BK...you should mosey over to the Indiegogo site
-
Congrats!!
-
But wait...there's more!! :D
-
Congratulations on 200%!
-
I'd rather have 200% of him than any percent of him or all of anybody else at all.
-
I've started watching Whatever Happened to Baby Jane. I don't know that I've ever seen this. Can that be possible?
-
Congratulations to BK on achieving the magical 200%
-
I'd rather have 200% of him than any percent of him or all of anybody else at all.
:))
-
Good night, all.
-
And now, I must be off. I've been here at work for far too long! :o
Be back later!
-
I just received this new IPad cover I bought the other day
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PPYGN3W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
-
I thought it was fun and it’s even better in person
-
Back from a three-mile jog. Now, get me off this damn page.
-
So, we have a week from today to get the fees covered so we can actually clear the 10K, which is really what this puppy's gonna cost when all is said and done as well as done and said.
What do they take in fees?
-
Too damn much - about ten percent these days, plus the five they withhold - fifteen in all, so we'll simply try to cover as much of that as we can in the next seven days.
Wow that’s crazy
And I was successful,
Congrats. I hope you both enjoy the show.
-
But wait...there's more!! :D
Thanks for capturing the exciting moment.
CONGRATULATIONS BRUCE!
I saw that when I was looking at new tablets and thought it was great. From what I can tell it doesn't have a picket inside which I need for a few notes. Mostly I keep all 4 of our library card numbers since I can't remember them.
That is. Good vibes you get it covered.
-
The neighbors to the south have been in their yard talking at the top of their lungs for three HOURS. I can't go out there because I can't use my voice like I'd need to - I asked Grant to come but it's too late for him. If they don't shut the hell up by eleven or eleven fifteen then I'll have to deal with it.
-
Good evening.
-
Page 4? Really?
-
Where the hell is everyone?
-
This will not do.
-
Where is BK when we need him to be posting?
-
Perhaps he’s busy typing up the notes for tomorrow
-
But he should be able to do both!
-
Today was so so.
-
I went and gave my blood and my other fluids.
-
Then when I got home, I moved wrong when I was taking that the scooter out of the trunk.
-
So, I guess I pulled something in my side.
-
I don’t really know what’s on my side that I could call, but I assume it’s a muscle or something.
-
I ended up having to take my first pain pill at 2:30 in the afternoon
-
so that was the end of my day.
-
Oh, but I also stopped at the neighborhood pot shop on my way home.
-
Good grief
-
How many posts are on this damn page
-
Are we getting close?
-
One more post.
-
Page 5
-
Tom, are you the stoner of this group?
-
Jump on in ladies......
-
You need to be more careful so you don't zig when you should zag. Feel better!
-
Tom, are you the stoner of this group?
The stoner? No, not hardly. I buy this Solace cream that I rub on my neck and my leg to help with the pain.
-
I was indeed typing up the notes, which are now ready to be posted.
-
Is this going to be another no-show evening for darling George?
-
I blame Jose.
-
The main active ingredient is the CBD oil, but it has a very small amount of THC.
-
Is it time to change the day?
-
I must hurry.
-
Not quite midnight yet.
-
Is vixmom really here this late?
-
Tom, does that cream really work? My neck and hip could use something for the pain.
-
There is far too much me on this page!
-
And the previous page!
-
That's pretty cool, Vixmom!
-
It really does work. I wasn’t able to turn my head to the right, and now I can.
-
Hi, Tom and BK and jan.
-
BK, if you just post ONE more post, you'll be at 101010!
-
Hi, George, how was your day? Mine was weird.
-
But wait...there's more!! :D
Thanks for capturing the exciting moment.
Glad I could!
-
Okay, screenshot THIS.
-
Got it! Hang on.
