Well, you've read the notes, the notes gave 226%, and now it is time for you to post until the going the distance cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: EUPHORIA!
-
First post after BK.
-
Good night.
-
Good night, Tom.
-
Don't you hate it when you take a nap (with the TV and lights still on) before you go to sleep? :P I hate it when that happens. So now, I need to actually go to sleep.
Have a good day, all!
-
Good morning, all!
-
I may cancel my City Center day with Joshie and spend it instead lying on a heating pad.
-
I slept very badly. Because of the surgery next week, I am now off the Naproxin, Tylenol, Advil PM, and aspirin. I can only take tizanidine, and I'm running out.
-
Feel better, DR TCB! Like you, I'm a bit rattled by that boating fire. I feel so sorry for the families of the victims.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Feel better vibes for all.
-
Good morning, all.
-
I suppose I should get moving soon. But I really needed a morning of rest, and that’s what I’m getting, damn it.
-
Getting stuff done at least.....
DR JANE I think DR ELMORE is correct....the tabby kitty's lease isn't up yet....I don't know any other reason for the delay....or at least I haven't been informed.....perhaps I shall find out.
It will be on indoor kitty with a Himalyan kitty playmate....
-
Congrats and PUSH vibes for MR BK and the INDIEGOGO Campaign.
Perhaps Rozinkski could put his file on a flash drive and send it to you.
-
My question for ASK BK DAY -
A lot of Once Upon A Time...in Hollywood seems to say that television shows shot routinely on Sunday....was that the case? I thought Sunday was NOT a regular shooting day for television episodes....
-
Good morning!

Vibes they become the best of friends.

Well, maybe I'm lucky I called off City Center today. Because of subway issues, Joshie was over an hour late to work. If I had gone in, I would have had to sit on the steps and wait for him for over an hour.
-
Wednesday morning greetings! Sorry to have been E & T for several days - no particular reason. We had a pretty quiet Labor Day weekend because Richard didn't feel well, but we did manage to get to Cincinnati on Monday to hear our friend Rick play the carillon. Last night we took Rob and Mary Linda to dinner to celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary (today) and Rob's 34th birthday (Saturday).

That would have been very uncomfortable.

Happy 8th anniversary to Rob and Mary Linda!
-
Happy 34th birthday to Rob!
-

I can't imagine what they're going through. :(

Feel better vibes for all.
~~~Ditto!!~~~
A Very Happy Anniversary to Rob and Mary Linda, and an early Happy Birthday to Rob!! :D
My question for ASK BK DAY -
A lot of Once Upon A Time...in Hollywood seems to say that television shows shot routinely on Sunday....was that the case? I thought Sunday was NOT a regular shooting day for television episodes....
A good deal of the movie is fantasy - no shows shot on Sunday EVER because the overtime would have been prohibitive.
-
I'm up, I'm up - nine and a half hours of sleep.
-
Happy Birthday to Rob! Happy Birthday to Rob and Mary Linda!
-
Thank you to DRs Jane, George, and KevinH for the wishes for Rob and Mary Linda. Their wedding seems like yesterday and his birth seems like the day before that.
-
First of all: 229%!!!
Second of all, according to Indiegogo we're in our final thirty-five hours. How can that be? I began the campaign on a Tuesday at one - shouldn't it be done tomorrow at one? I mean, if they're correct, then we're done at one in the morning tomorrow night - that's not conducive to last-minute stuff.
-
I just saw footage of the Bahamas damage. My doctor told me yesterday that she and her family were on the last plane out before the airports were closed on Monday.
-
All day lying on a heating pad and every step is a painful ordeal. The worst part is standing at the sink or stove.
-
Annabelle's been awfully clingy and needy for the past week. She wants to be held constantly and she's been staying with me all night along with Thatch. I don't know if she's trying to comfort me because she knows I'm in a great deal of physical pain or if it's the change in the weather. I hope she's not ailing too.
-
230!!!
-
Feel better vibes and xylophones for elmore.
-
Picked up a package and had a roast beef sandwich - so good the other day, say slightly off today - bread slightly stale (should have sent it back) and just not as good.
-
:o Oh, my goodness!
I suppose getting an explanation for this is difficult.
Scary, and very lucky.
I am very sorry. Your surgery can't come soon enough so you can take the good pain meds again.
She could sense how you feel. Vibes she is not ailing too.
DR Vixmom what is the weather forecast in the Vixter's neighborhood?
-
232%!!! They have not updated the totals on our finances page since this morning - normally that's updated pretty frequently, although I don't really check it that often, but just doing some simple math with the contributions that have come in since, we've hopefully covered the money they're withholding. Won't know for sure until the tally changes, but I've written it all down so they cannot pull anything.
-
Also, packaging for the big new release was approved a few moments ago, so definitely announcing in the new notes.
I am pleased to announce the storm missed central Florida. Vixter and hubby each texted independently to let me know all was well and they are moved back home
Pain free vibes to Elmore
Went for my annual cardiologist appointment, all is well there too.
That is sweet that hubby also sent you a text. How many days were they at their friend's?
Wonderful!
-
Yes, just saw the 234%!!! They finally updated the figures.
-
And Vixmom has brought us to Page Three!
;)
That she did :)
-
For whatever reasons, I've been saying for the past two days the storm would not hit Florida. Happy was right.
-
Let's get off page three quickly, shall we?
-
You are very lucky.
Great news all around from vixmom!
Was it here that I read this about Rudolph and I also saw that it's true about Dumbo: Both Dumbo (big ears) and Rudolph (his nose so bright) are examples of heroes bullied for their other-ness, and it doesn't stop until a capitalist finds a way to use (or exploit) the disability for profit.
-
The power went out for about a minute. Ya think if the entitled of Studio City and Sherman Oaks would perhaps not keep their air conditioners running at full blast twenty-four hours a day, in addition to keeping every other utility running that perhaps that wouldn't have happened. But they'll keep on doing it, just the same.
-
Good evening, all.
-
Congratulations on 234%!
-
Living through hurricanes is never fun. Many vibes for the Bahamas and folks in Dorian's path.
-
Had a horrible dinner tonight at a Chinese buffet that used to be good. You need disgusting meals every once in a while to make you appreciate the good. This was very bad. Only a seafood salad was fresh because, well, they weren't trying to keep it hot. They weren't trying very hard to keep many things hot -- and they were succeeding. Won't be making a repeat visit.
-
Watching a bootleg of the London City of Angels. It's not great visually, but the sound is good. And I love this score.
-
Great news, Vixmom!
-
I need to get to bed.
-
But I want to hear more City of Angels. Funny, but the Brits don't get the humor. Few of the jokes land.
-
Page three? REALLY? What in tarnation is going on around here this week???
-
However, for the handful of folks who may tune in - we've just had the most incredible last hour - and - drum roll: 246%
-
Now, get me off this damn page!
-
Page four? REALLY?
-
Finished with my viewing.
-
We've gone up twenty percent since I wrote these here notes. Most of the big jump in the last hour is one guy who took about seven hundred bucks' worth of perks. This same person did the same thing with the Carol Christmas campaign. I was wondering if he'd come in and here he is.
That's FANTASTIC!! :D
I'm home, working on my lines for Seven Cars at Boston Harbor Marina.
-
In some (all?) of my previous posts about this play, I forgot that the word "Marina" in the title.
-
::)
-
;)
-
Gratuitous Post #101!
-
;D
-
We have our first rehearsal tomorrow!
-
And it opens in only 11, count 'em, ELEVEN days!!
[Post fixed.]
:o
-
Pray for Rosemay's Baby!!
-
And now, I'm off to more memorizing!
-
So I spent hours trying to put together a photo book of the wedding and just before I finished the site crashed
-
Auuuuuugh
Good evening.
Had you saved any of it while you were working?
-
Hi, George.
-
Hi, vixmom.
-
Hi, Tom and Vixmom.
Un-uh, George! That should be two posts!!
-
Well, I have 52 lines in my scene, and only had to look at a few of them...but of course, that's not going through it all with another person.
-
Hi, Tom and Vixmom.
Un-uh, George! That should be two posts!!
Oops!
Today was old actors lunch.
Today was old actors lunch.
Did you enjoy it?
It was nice. The only problem was that the three actor there today are all in SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE.
-
So, of course, it made me feel down because I am not in a show.
-
And RAGTIME looks to be the only option this season, and that is not until late Spring.
-
I've already been cast in MAMMA MIA and that also doesn't go up until June!
-
George, I can’t believe you counted your number of lines!
-
George, I can’t believe you counted your number of lines!
Well, I wrote them all out on a small note pad, and wanted to keep track of how much I memorized each time I worked on them...and I just do that, so shut up.
;)
-
:-*
-
When I played Sancho Panza, that was the first time I used note cards to help me learn my lines.
-
I had written them all out and had about a hundred cards.
-
But they weren't specifically numbered...or attached to each other!
-
I dropped them like they were a deck of cards and I was playing 52 Pick-Up Times Two!
-
:o
-
Hang on while I change the topic.
-
Ever since then, I've used small note pads with the spiral binding at the top.
-
I write my cue line on the front side, then my line on the back of that page so I can't see ut until I flip it over. Then I can see the next cue line, then flip it over, etc.
-
Whew! Got the last two sentences in!
-
