Well, you're read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland at Vitello's 101, and now it is time for you to post until the 101 cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: EMBOSOM!
-
And now - Dino at the piano.
-
First post after BK.
-
Great picture of BK and the Kritzerland Cast!
-
To continue from last night...I got the hollow wall mount things out of my sister's bathroom wall, but of course, they left holes, but my sister can patch those up and repaint them.
-
After that, I went to my parents' house and their garbage disposal was leaking when you turned on the water. So, she decided to just take it out and not get a new one. They don't really use it anymore, anyway. She'll need to get someone to take it out and reassemble the pipes under the kitchen sink...but it won't be me! We moved the fridge (it was heavy!) and cleaned the floor under it, then moved it back. Pretty simple.
-
After all of that was done, I went to the Hawk's Prairie Taco Del Mar, then Costco, then came home and did some laundry.
-
And now, I'm off to bed.
Have a good day, all!
-
Good morning, all!
-
I'm happy to hear that last night's show went well.
-
Last night I slept better than I had in a couple of nights. Sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps a lot, but it's awkward and I'll be happy when/if I can stop. Annabelle and Thatch stayed with me. Whenever Stella showed up, all she wanted to do was wrestle them.
-
This morning I will stop at my pharmacy for more Tizanidine before I head to City Center. I would rather stay home, but I need the work and I have a good time working with Joshie.
-
DR Laura, belated anniversary wishes.
-
Yesterday while I was channel surfing, I saw a bit of a PBS program on muscle pains and I'm wondering how much of this current situation has to do with improperly sitting at the computer rather than a new attack of what hit me in 2013.
-
Good morning, all.
-
You’re not a bad person, Laura. You just take note of things.
-
George, I think you are the nicest person I know.
-
Congratulations to BK on the successful 9th anniversary show
-
Jane I am glad the bad weather passed you by
-
John I don't understand your sherbet comment, could you explain?
-
So nice that Kevin met with Ben and Anthony. I miss Ben.
-
Strongest vibes for pain relief for Elmore
-
Bad news about your charger TCB...
-
Well time to take a shower and get dressed for work
-
Vibesfor alovely day for everyone
-
We did not patrol this morning, and Annabelle has not pestered me about it. As soon as I brush my teeth, I'm ready to head out.
-
BK,
Congrats on the successful show!
-
My high school did THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER during my Junior year.
Unfortunately, I was was involved in community theater at the time and couldn't be in it.
Who is playing Sheridan Whiteside?
I think that BK would be an excellent choice.
:D
-
I just posted this trailer for AUNT ADDIE on YouTube.
Enjoy!

-
Good morning, all.
-
In about an hour I'll be heading up to Rhinebeck, NY to rescue that poor video and get it sent off to BK.
There should, of course, be no problem. So naturally, I had dreams about us looking at his iPad and the correct video not being there. :) Lordy. Sometimes I think our own damned dreams will be the death of us.
-
Have a very good day, everyone!
-
Good news about DR CHAS SMITH and the video.
-
Congrats to MR BK & Co on their successful show.
-
DR VIXMOM is ViXdAd'S car still driveable?

With all the work DR GEORGE does on his sister's chicken coop - I think it's more of a Chicken Co-Op.

Monday morning greetings! Please forgive me for being E & T so much lately. I'm on a very steep learning curve with a new volunteer job for DAR. It involves genealogy research and more administrivia for our local chapter than I'd anticipated. And spreadsheets - yikes!

I am rlieved for you and hope you sleep again tonight.
-
Jane I am glad the bad weather passed you by
Thank you. We could have used that warning system in Michigan.
-
Good luck with the charger DR TCB.
-
So nice that Kevin met with Ben and Anthony. I miss Ben.
I also miss him.
-
DR TCB I am surprised my Vancouver tornado was all over your news. All I saw last night when I searched were warnings about it and most of those were for Portland.
-
Bruce, nice photo from last night.
-
DR Chas you are very kind to drive an hour each way to get the video.
-
I'm up, I'm up - six hours of sleep.
-
Gerrit called and ChasSmith texted and video is uploading to We Transfer - don't know how those things actually work, but Gerrit is leaving and I presume even while his iPad is in sleep mode the upload continues - the video is eleven minutes so that's going to take a couple of hours, maybe more, if uploads to Dropbox are any indication - it took eight hours or more to upload the film. So, hopefully I'll have it in the next couple of hours.
-
DR VIXMOM is ViXdAd'S car still driveable?
Yes the damage is relatively minor but in these days of plastic everything it’s going to mean a new rear bumper and left tail light
-
With all the work DR GEORGE does on his sister's chicken coop - I think it's more of a Chicken Co-Op.
I hope he gets free eggs at least
-
George, I think you are the nicest person I know.
Thanks, Vixmom. :-*
-
Of course, I have my moments of non-niceness, but I try. ;)
-
Strongest vibes for pain relief for Elmore
~~~SUPER DITTO!!~~~
Very generous of you Chas, and we who will benefit thank you!
I agree! :))
-
DR VIXMOM is ViXdAd'S car still driveable?
Yes the damage is relatively minor but in these days of plastic everything it’s going to mean a new rear bumper and left tail light
And just because it's plastic, doesn't mean that it's going to be cheap. :P
Oh, no! Peter Nichols: British playwright dies aged 92 (https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-49637439). :(
....The musical comedy Privates on Parade was inspired by Nichols' own experiences in the real-life Combined Services Entertainment, which provided live entertainment to the British armed forces.
It was adapted for the big screen in 1982, starring John Cleese, and was revived in 2012 as the opening production of the first season from the Michael Grandage Company at the Noël Coward Theatre in London, with Simon Russell Beale in the lead.
His other plays include The National Health, Forget-Me-Not Lane and The Freeway.
-
I've been home for about 30 minutes. The first thing I did was take off my shoes and lie on a heating pad.
-
Today I proofread one of my favorite Mack & Mabel songs, "Look What Happened To Mabel." I wasn't sure about guesstimating my time this morning, but I got to the pharmacy around 9:30m and then to City Center by 10:00. That was great timing, but it doesn't always run that smoothly.
-
I am back, and I pray that the upload is continuing without interruption! :)
-
John I don't understand your sherbet comment, could you explain?
They misspelled it sherbert, not sherbet, on their menu.
I got my new drivers license today along with a notice that my chest x-ray for the pre-surgery tests was was denied by my HMO and I owe for it. I guess I'll be fighting with my HMO and West side Radiology tomorrow.
-
Back from an unplanned but fun lunch with David Wechter, over at Corky's - very good!
-
I'm concerned about the upload, which has NOT arrived. I don't know how these things work, but Gerrit was leaving and what if the iPad goes to sleep, which, of course, it would, does the upload continue automatically? I know that's the case on the COMPUTER when I upload to Dropbox - if it takes ten hours I go to bed and the computer is in sleep mode, but the upload completes. I have a back-up plan should it be necessary, which I'm prying it's not, but I don't know if ChasSmith will be up for it. Well, let's hope for the best. No Indiegogo funds yet - if it goes to Thursday, then I'll e-mail them. By now, all the cc stuff should have gone through successfully and completed so there really is no reason to hold funds, although in the old days it was always two weeks.
John I don't understand your sherbet comment, could you explain?
They misspelled it sherbert, not sherbet, on their menu.
"Sherbet Or Sherbert? - Everything After Z by Dictionary.com
https://www.dictionary.com › sherbet-or-sherbert
Sherbert (pronounced “shur-bert”) is a common misspelling of sherbet that resulted from a common mispronunciation. Its prevalence has resulted in its inclusion in some dictionaries as an alternative spelling. Both pronunciations will get you a scoop of a light, frozen, fruit-based refreshment in the US."
-
Ooops I always says Shur-bert.
When the doctor orders a test for me and I call to set up the appointment, I will be told if I need pre-approval for the test. An appointment won't be made until the pre-approval is received.
I have the referral from my doctor. That should cover it.
-
I hope so. I am finding more tests & treatments, all referred by my doctors, that didn't use to need pre-approval do now. If your insurance required the pre-approval they should not have done the x-ray.
Vibes you easily get this straightened out.
-
No video - am assuming it didn't work for whatever reason. I texted Gerrit and told him to keep his iPad lit up to see if the transfer will continue. I asked ChasSmith to call after his rehearsal so we can figure out the next step.
Time for bed.
-
Good night, all.
-
I gotta tell you.
Dear reader ChasSmith is going above and beyond on this - very grateful. We have more options, though, including Gerrit overnighting his iPad here, in which case I would immediately take it to the authoring place and let them pull the damn video off.
I had my Trousdale grilled sandwich for lunch - that's it - plus a chocolate donut and ice cream on top of it just because I needed it. But now I'm thinking about maybe another sandwich.
I was hungry for a Big Mac and that's what I got - when Eric was eating his onstage I got a craving.
TCB were you able to resolve your charger issues?
Yes, I was hoping to see a good news post by now.
-
Somebody rang our doorbell at 11 pm
-
Vixdad answered, which I certainly would not have done without first looking out the window
-
I didn’t realize what was going on because I was listening to video with my earphones and didn’t hear the bell
-
There was no one there
-
But the weird thing is that there was no one anywhere, not running down the street not hiding behind a car, the front gate was closed and latched
-
It was like the bell just rang itself , it only took Vixdad about 10 seconds to get to the door, there just wasn’t enough time for anyone to disappear
-
Although I am relieved it was no one instead of someone
-
One hears such horror stories lately about home invasions
-
Wells it’s a quarter to two
-
That’s AM
-
I should be sleeping
-
So good night
Well no one can say we didn’t get to page 5
-
Good evening.
Well, I now have a new charger for my scooter. It is amazing what $75.00 will accomplish.
-
I seriously considered buying a new scooter. Wheelchair Haven has some really sweet new models.
-
Several of them now have small headlights on them. That would come in handy in this development that has very few lights in the parking lot area.
It rained like crazy here today.
-
This is not our typical September weather.
-
It is usually our nicest month of the year.
-
Of course, I spent more time out driving in the rain than necessary. I got home from buying the new charger and I raced into the bedroom to hook it up before the scooter died. The cords were all wrapped up with those plastic ties that they use on prisoners.
-
I couldn’t get the damn thing off of the cord, so I picked up a pair of scissors and proceeded to cut the cord in half.
LMAO!
-
So, in spite of the heavy rain, I had to drive back to Fife to replace the new scooter.
-
I am a senile old man.
Hi, Tom.
