It is called THE SHOP THAT MUST NOT BE NAMED . We got the 5 year old a t-shi3that says "I solemly swear I am up to no good, Harry Potter" It is written in gothic script. We purchased 2 items for each of them, small enough to fit in our full carry-on bags.

The employees were extremely helful.

I thought it meant that music is good, but running is not. Has anyone gotten a heart attack or even pulled a tendon because of listening to music?

We were never friends but knew each other, yet she saw on fb we would be here and took the time to come see us. It was a very enjoyable afternoon catching up and getting to know each other better.

If that's what Impossible burger meat tastes like keep me out of it. How this would either fool or satisfy anyone is anyone's guess. And yet, they flock. This was like eating rigatoni with shrubs made to look like meat.

Post by: ChasSmith on September 29, 2019, 07:46:41 PM: Exhausted, allergied, Benadryled, Bourboned (not necessarily in that order), and ready for a fourteen-hour sleep. Yeah, as if.

Fräulein Kost was very sick and couldn’t go on, and we don’t have understudies. But one of the Kit Kat Girls doubled and fulfilled the basics beautifully. No skin off my nose except to cut “Married” down to one verse with no chanteuse. A fraught performance nonetheless, and I was ready to go to bed at 5 pm.

Instead, I ate some crap and drove an hour to these auditions I was subbing for, for which (count ‘em) three people showed up so we sat and talked for two hours in a chilly theater. By then I was feeling like I have an actual cold, DAMN IT TO HELL. So I’m all ready to be knocked out and am hoping for the best — namely, that the Benadryl will dry me up by morning and it will be apparent that I have no cold at all.

I had most of the major works but not the piano concertos, so that was one thing I found at Amoeba, a two-CD set of Szell and Leon Fleisher - I'm listening to the first of them now - I can't imagine a better-sounding version, frankly. The two albums were originally on Epic Records - superbly produced, perfect orchestra/piano blend. And that boy Brahms really could write a tune.

Got that home, and just like the box I got three months ago, smells like it was sprayed with pesticide. Sell by date, as was the other box, is 12/2019. I'm suspecting that they're still selling that same batch and this time I will be VERY strong about them getting the entire batch off the shelves.

Post by: vixmom on September 29, 2019, 09:29:06 PM: I bought a sweet onion, several green zucchini, sweet peppers, mushrooms and tiny tomatoes on the vine and peeled and sliced and put them all in a skillet with a dash of olive oil and a tablespoon of Penzeys sunny Paris blend and tossed that all together and let the onion brown up a bit then added some chicken broth , covered it and lowered the heat and let it simmer

I know! I had to close my skylight last night because it was so cold...not freezing, of course, but definitely need-to-close-the-window cold!
