Well, you've read the notes, the notes didn't care who knew it, and now it is time for you to post until the I don't care who knows it cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: DELECTATION!
-
And now - Dino at the piano.
-
TCB's presence is noted and present.

TCB's presence is noted and present.
Thank you.
-
Good night, George.
-
Good night, Tom.

Kimmel, I want to thank you for saving my life yesterday. I had jury duty downtown and to sit in the juror room for eight hours. Fortunately, I had your book "Kritzerland" to read and read the whole thing and started "Kritzer Time". Without them, I would have thrown myself out the window. I was on the first floor but still.

Yup...great reads, all of 'em!

Today, my sister wants my help with putting up more plastic siding on her daughter's chicken shelter. Fortunately, it's just stapling corrugated plastic sheets to one side of the shelter.
-
And now, I'm off to sleep.
Have a good day, all!
-
But before I go...Tom and I had this interchange last night:
And George, I believe, is ushering for something about a dead dog.
Yes, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time...and it was very good!
Anybody I know in the show?
I don't know who you know. Shannon Olivia Agostinelli plays the lead's mother.
Nope, don’t know her.
Oh...I mentioned her because you two are Facebook friends. ::) I just assumed that you might've acted together at some point, or had at least met.
-
And NOW I'm going to bed. 8)
-
Sorry about your family drama DR TCB. :(
-
Good morning, all.
-
Ushering at 10 am for Nick Jr. Live. Nick being Nickelodeon, meaning children galore.
-
Good morning, all!
-
I fed the cats at 6:30 and went back to bed and slept another hour. It takes this cripple a lot of time to dress these days, and then I had computer updates to install. So here I am.
-
Annabelle is being very clingy this morning when she's not tossing things off shelves.
-
We did indeed watch the Sheridan Whiteside movie last night. I loved the Lizzie Borden actress and most pof the cast. I felt that too often Monty Woolley thought he was still on Broadway and playing to the back row of the house.
-
I'm back to my choral piece this morning, and I need to make a bodega run. There is next to nothing in this house to eat.
-
Kitty cleanup went smoothly, so I am happy it's over. I need to assemble my shopping list and make my market trip.
-
DR Laura, DR Ginny was working at the Miami University-Middletown campus library. My first memory is that I was checking out some books and she mentioned seeing me in a recent performance, but I cannot remember now what that was.
-
I was not a student but I had library cards for the Middletown Public Library, the campus library, the Hamilton Public Library, the Dayton Public library, and the Cincinnati Public Library.
-
Sunday.
-
Family vibes for DR TCB.
Surviving the children vibes for DR JOHN G.
-
Jon Provost has a new grandchild - just to make us feel old.
-
I forgot to do the TOD yesterday, so I will add the two movies I saw this year:
Downton Abbey The Movie
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood...
-
Rehearsal vibes for MR BK & Co.
-
I know what someone had a nightmare about last night:
-
HOLLY!!!!!!
-
Good morning, all.
-
Yesterday was an absurdly sneezy day, so I enjoyed a pretty solid Benadryl sleep.
-
I just finished copying the last of the eight episodes of FOSSE / VERDON off the DVR. Now I can watch them again at some point, in HD, but now they’re “mine” and they won’t be taking up DVR space.
I’m going to get a larger external hard drive that will be dedicated to DVR stuff that’s a keeper and any other such things. That can be plugged in to the Blu-ray player when something is to be watched, which is the most efficient way I know to store and manage all of those lovely gigabytes. If anyone has other ideas, please speak up. I can still burn things to disc whenever there’s a reason to.
-
And that, dear fellow readers, brings you up to date on my evening and morning.
Pretty exciting, eh?
-
This evening I have auditions for the next spoof show (two in a row? yep) that my author/director friend wrote. This one goes up in February.
-
I'm up, I'm up - five hours of sleep, I guess. Fell asleep around 1:15, but woke up at three with an upset tummy. Went back to bed at around four, fell asleep around four-thirty.
-
Glad jan had the Kritzer books to read!
-
Sunday morning greetings! Richard went to church and I’m taking it easy, per DR Jane’s orders. I have watched the first 2 episodes of season 3 of The Crown.
-

I think it was Pirates of Penzance, DR Elmore.
-
I shall shortly be on my way to the theater.

Eight hours! That is torture. A lot of reading can be done in that amount of time, and is much better with good reading. Thank goodness you had the books with you.

This is funny.

Thank you for following them so I don't have to worry about you :)
-
DR TCB I am sorry you are tempted to skip Christmas with your family. Have you discussed the uselessness of giving the cold shoulder with your niece?
Maybe her coping skills are down. How are her children doing?
-
Three hours after putting my flannel sheets into the washing machine I was finally able to get the spin cycle to work correctly and put the sheets into the dryer. I am extremely relieved.
-
I'm on a break from the choral piece. Stella, Thatch and I are watching TV. Annabelle is ignoring us this afternoon.
-
I survived the kids.
-
Actually, the kids were fairly good. The parents were another story.
-
Some didn't arrive until the intermission started. I guess it's just a San Antonio thing.

Somehow that doesn't surprise me.

It looks like a sailboat club was out boating today, loads of them just hanging out on the river along our walking path. I don't think I have ever seen so many varieties of grey sails, plus a couple of black ones. They were perfect on this drizzly day.
-
The autumn leaves on the bank behind them made for a pretty backdrop.
-
I watched a day of NatGeo series about prisoners on Death Row....it was interesting and informative.....
There are a lot of crazy people on both sides of the Death Penalty issue.....
-
Back from another run-through - a tiny bit smoother and, shockingly, act three, even with all the line calls, ran exactly thirty-five minutes - we'll shave at least five to ten off that. But act one and two really have to start coming down.
-
Stopped at Gelson's and got several little things for food.
-
I ate too much food today.
-
I should have done little things for food.
-
DR Jennifer congrats on getting an advance copy of the latest D.D. Warren novel.
-
Keith's popping corn & we are going to watch something, what I don't know yet.
-
Finished with my viewing - terrible movie - Honey Boy. The fact anyone bankrolled what was something Shia La Beouf had to do in re-hab (write a story or script about his life and problems with daddy) is unbelievable really.
-
Another screener came yesterday, which I picked up today - something called Cliffs of Freedom - sounds pretty bad.
-
Went to Bible study tonight. I made another candy cane pie to take. It was placed next to a hot pot and the filling sort of melted. Placed in the freezer for about 30 minutes, it managed to settle a little. It tasted good but it was soft.
-
Where is everyone today?
-
I'm a little tired.
-
Watching the rest of Straw Dogs. More violent than I even remembered it being.
-
And I like the characters even less.
-
Yet I loved the movie, as horrifying as it was. Now watching a documentary about Sam Peckinpah.
-
Poldark is over unless they do a movie special.
-
I think I've had enough of Sam Peckinpah tonight, though I'm enjoying the talking heads.
-
Actually, the kids were fairly good. The parents were another story.
I hear ya! ::)
-
Some didn't arrive until the intermission started. I guess it's just a San Antonio thing.
No, it's happened here in Olympia, too.
-
Not as much with children's shows, but it does happen...especially the end-of-year ballet school recitals.
-
Where is everyone today?
Today, I went to my sister's to put up some more plastic siding on the chicken shelter thing.
-
Then I went to Taco Del Mar in Lacey for my meal of the day.
-
I had to go to Lacey's Taco Del Mar because Tumwater's Taco Del Mar closed last month. :(
-
I used to go there every Monday because of their "Double Punch Monday."
-
They have a punch card and for every $5 you spend, you get a punch on the card (fortunately, not in the face ;) ).
-
When you get 10 punches on the card, you can get $5 off your next purchase.
-
But on Mondays, you get TWO punches for every $5 you spend! :D
-
And then I came home and have burned the DVDs for 42nd Street for several Hainsies and Kimlets!
-
Poldark is over unless they do a movie special.
The whole series?
-
Tonight's episode is also a pledge drive.
-
I've been recording this for my friend Margo, and I can cut out all the pledge drive stuff.
-
Well...
-
...since...
-
...we're...
-
...so close, it's time for the...
-
When you get 10 punches on the card, you can get $5 off your next purchase.
Are you able to use the punch card at the Lacey location?
-
PAGE FOUR DANCE!!
-
When you get 10 punches on the card, you can get $5 off your next purchase.
Are you able to use the punch card at the Lacey location?
Yes. The shape of the punch is proprietary, so it's good at any Taco Del Mar that uses that specific shape. :) I had four, count 'em, FOUR fully punched cards! You can only redeem one at a time, which is fine with me. I actually used one of mine today.
-
A question for the several Hainsies and Kimlets who are getting 42nd Street from me (John, Jrand, Kevin, Tom and Vixmom): I'm also recording The King and I and the upcoming Kinky Boots (which I saw in the movie theater and LOVED). Would any of you want either of these also?
-
There's also Red and the upcoming Much Ado About Nothing? If you do, the five discs can be sent at one time in one package. But if you want only the one title, that's fine, too. Just let me know.

It is good you had saved them while accumulating the extra punches. Enjoy your next 3 visits with the cards 😊

Thanks, Jane! I will!

Good night, Jane.
-
And now...
-
Gratuitous Post #100!
-
So, I have a Kindle e-reader.
-
Timberland Regional Library's OverDrive limits are 8 holds and 12 checkouts.
-
Those are mostly based on the amount of money that Timberland has to spend on the downloadables.
-
I never really looked into the reciprocal agreements that Timberland has with other libraries in Washington state...until last week. :)
-
Pierce County Library allowed me to sign up for an online library card, and I could almost instantly start downloading their OverDrive titles!
-
THEY allow (can afford to allow) their patrons 20 holds and up to 30, count 'em, 30 checkouts!
-
I've been filling in a few series that I've been getting through Timberland, but titles where Pierce County has copies available and Timberland has holds on them so they're not yet available. ;)
-
I was then able to remove my Timberland holds and add holds to items on my wish list.
-
I think I need to check out (pun intended ;D ) Seattle Public to see what's available from them!
-
Jane, since you live in Washington now, YOU might also be able to get downloadable from other libraries in the state.
-
Good evening.
-
Hi, Tom.
-
Hello, George.
-
Nice day today.
-
I did do some housework, but not all of it.
-
I didn’t do any laundry.
-
I will change the sheets tomorrow.
-

No, just 42ND STREET will be fine. Thanks.
-
One more post.

Tomorrow, it's back to work for me. :P

Shannon was one of the Hot Box girls when I did GUYS AND DOLLS back in 2009. At the time, her last name was Campbell, not Agostinelli. All of the girls asked if they could friend me, and I said sure. That is all I can tell you.

I have to remember to delete RED.
-
It is past midnight.
-
Ahh. That makes sense. I've had a few people friend me like that and I've never seen them again.
-
We need more posts.
-
And fast.
-
Did you have the mondo burrito?
-
I usually get the bowl.
-
It has all of the parts of the burrito, without the cover.
-
Cover = tortilla
-
Faster George, faster.
-
Did you have the mondo burrito?
I actually did, but without the rice.
-
I usually get the mondito, but I really hadn't had anything else to eat so far, so I went big...kinda.
-
Doesn’t your job require you to type?
-
I usually get the mondito, but I really hadn't had anything else to eat so far, so I went big...kinda.
I don’t know what a mondito is.
