Title: FAULTY CHEESE

Well, you've read the notes, the notes were faulty and a little cheesy, and now it is time for you to post until the faulty cows come home.

Well, today I have to go through the boxes that I moved to my new area and either recycle most of the paper that I've been keeping in piles or boxes.  Or, if they're only printed on one side, we can use them to reprint our workslips.  Every item that's ordered for the library is received in our system, and a workslip is generated so that everyone who handles each item throughout the process knows what to do with it. :)

The damned NYC ACC euthanized two dogs yesterday.  I believe one, Baxter, was being punished for being an adoption return.  Too many dogs leave the ACC with a superb assessment and get returned for whatever reason, only to be re-assessed as a dog with serious issues, ending up on the euthanasia list.

This poor stray 5-month old puppy, unfortunately named Letter Bank by the ACC morons, was murdered yesterday as well got "behavioral issues."  A dog this young should be in adoptions with specifications, like trainer necessary.  He was only 35 lbs and I see nothing in his video to warrant a lethal injection.

Congrats to DR TCB. I am so happy for you!  But I was curious about this as well (if the director's friend got the role). If so then maybe he should have just pre-cast her. It seems very unfair for people to waste their time when he has already decided to cast his friend. I am so sorry for Tracy. I hope that she gets a role in something else more perfect for her.

About six months ago, my cold water faucet in the tub started leaking.  In the past month it's become a flow, and my super came to look it over yesterday.  He couldn'rt repair it, so the plumbers showed up today and repaired it.  They were really wonderful and very tolerant of the nosy Annabelle and Stella who were fascinated by their work.

I had to scroll down to the map to find the original Giradelli ice cream shop.  There are now 3 levels of shops and restaurants that were once the the chocolate factory.

The Original Ghirardelli is my favorite stop at the wharf, though technically I suppose it is next door to the wharf.

Clam chowder in a sour dough bread bowl, delicious.

To me the wharf has grown too big and has lost much of its charm from my youth.

And I want to see Sting in The Last Ship.

That would be cool!  I don't know how good the show itself is, though.  Hopefully, it's good!

The director’s (female) best friend is indeed cast in the role that Tracy wanted in the show.  It really angers me that our director invited Tracy to the callbacks when she obviously had no intention of casting her.

All of the other people at callbacks were given three or more sides to do.  Tracy was given one side.  Tracy keeps wondering why she was invited to be there at all.

I assume the director didn't ask if anyone wanted to read for a part that they didn't get asked to read.  I've gone to auditions where the director was kind enough to do that.  pug usually does that.

When I auditioned for Mamma Mia, Rich the director essentially said that he doesn't want to see people read for parts that he hasn't asked you to read for. :-\

Tracy used to do a lot of shows each year, but then her job and marriage got in the way and she kind of stepped away from theater (like Prince Harry).  Then the marriage ended and she was basically left with no social life, except her job.

The director did say that, but said that would have to be at the end of the callbacks.  Unfortunately, she kept dismissing people as she went along, so none of us were left at the end.
