Good news about Jack's play!
And for those interested in the saga of the elusive package, I have just been advised that it arrived back in New Jersey yesterday morning
Thanks to the patented HWW vibes we had a great opening night at the theeder.
Big Laughs And Hefty Mitts!!
Good news about Jack's play!
Ah, sir, happy news, indeed.
—A Sondheim reference.
Or maybe it’s a Hugh Wheeler reference.
Negative!
ChasSmith, I have friends who are going, so I will ask them. I have seen the show too many times to want to see it again.
Negative!
Question for DR John G.:
The 50th anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar is in San Antonio right now through Sunday. Are you by any chance ushering or attending or going to be around there at all? What I'm looking for is the page in the program listing the musicians. I can find cast etc. online, but nothing on the band or orchestra. If you or someone there could grab and post or email an image of just that page, 'twould be greatly appreciated. If not, no worries! Either way, thanks!

Chas, check your FB dms
Last month I posted that the CDC had told people to ignore the expiration dates. Most of the boxes were dated for July and August, but they were all good thru the end of the year.
~~~CONTINUED RECOVERY VIBES~~~ for DR Jane and DR vixmom!!!!!
Tooth is feeling fine, throat is feeling fine, slept through the night, no sneezing ….
It’s sunny, warm and dry…
Time for the daily covid test.
Negative!
Do you know when you’ll have your surgery, Elmore?
Work said if I had the tests, take them if I want. But I definitely need to take it Monday, which I would do anyway because it’s before Tuesday morning’s flight.
Is this the one with covid?
While I was out this morning, I got a phone message. I just checked it. The recording project may not be dead yet. Oy!
Dr ChasSmith, if you want information on the size of the Jesus Christ Superstar band, can't you check with Concord or the IBDB for the last Broadway production. Lloyd Webber changes orchestrations on his shows like people change underwear.
I forgot to comment on that earlier - it's good news? Right?
Or maybe not. Hope DR elmore3003 has stock in Tylenol.
Plumbago in the yard!That's quite lovely.
And yes, she’s working from home.
Weird Day.
My VA doctor in nearby Aiken wanted me to come in to check out my occastional spells of vertigo/dizziness that I had spoken with my physical therapist about yesterday. I got an EKG and three blood pressure checks (prone, standing and sitting). Turns out, I am experiencing hypotension (sudden blood pressure drop) and adjustments have been made to my bp meds.
We shall see.
The things you learn on HHW..... Lord Lloyd-Webber wears underwear, and not underpants.
It is pretty. It's too bad that the name makes me think "it must be some horrible disease!" :)
I agree. That’s why I love saying it.
93% is the little-known follow-up to "Fifty Percent."
CDs really go fast. If you missed any, I'll go see if I have more Sondheim, which went instantly - I think there's one more - the most amazing thing has been Unsung Irving Berlin - I think six of those have gone with the wind.
AndhilarityPhase 10 will ensue!
I'm guessing.
I don’t suppose you have another A Little Night Music with Judi Dench
I wish. It took me years to find that one.
93%! An amazing day and hoping we might get to 95% by end of evening.
