I went to the Pain Clinic yesterday.  They asked me how I was feeling.  I said okay, considering I hadn’t had any pain medication in over two weeks.  Every single person there said, “Oh no!  Why didn’t you call us to help you.”

Are you taking Friday off from work?   You should.  You should spend the day relaxing, going out for a nice lunch, and running thru your lines at a relaxed pace.

It was a strange day with the cats behaving stranger than usual. At one point I wanted to yell who are these facsimiles? Where are my babies?  I've noticed that they seem to be getting their winter coats. Are they going through some hormonal thing?

I, too, didn't know anything about Gerry Anderson or his creations. I did buy the Twilight Time issue of Thunderbirds Are Go on Blu-ray, back when I was acquiring many of their releases, because it sounded interesting enough. But I have never yet watched it.

I've shed a little tear for my brother, who's been my baby since the day he was born, June 17, 1957.  Whenever I think of him, he's still that age. I know that bypasses are pretty common, so I'm not too worried, but I'll breathe easier when it's over and I know he's okay.

I love the Supermarination movies and TV shows.

I think FireBALL XL-5 had my favorite theme song.  The two movies were lots of fun and highly recommended.

I have seen the documentary that MR BK writes about in the notes, and I also recommend it highly.....

I finally left the house and went to a few stores and the bank.....since it had been about 10 days, I had to pick up the staples.

And I just kept putting things in my cart....and more things.

There is a new self checking system at WalMart.....so I had to ask for help twice.....and then a third time.  As I left the lady said - "You did good!"

Watching more of the circus that is the Darrell Brooks trial. Today the judge allowed him to rant for an astonishing fifty minutes, spewing his utter sovereign citizen BS - she finally stopped him and allowed the prosecution a response and they ripped him apart every which way they could. Then the judge was strong - she's really trying to keep a clean record so a mistrial can't be had. This guy is a real piece of work. When the coroner described the death and injuries of a dead kid, he gets all emotional and needs a break. Of course he does - maybe it finally occurred to him who was responsible for that death, but doubtful because he's always the victim. I think a different judge might be moving things along and shutting him down more, but that might enable him to appeal for a mistrial.

I have never wanted to beat the living daylights out of anyone more than this guy and his BS. They're trying to get in a last witness and he's dragging it out so they can't, asking questions that have already been answered, that are pointless, and frankly that paint him in an even worse light. He's re-traumatizing all these victims.
