Well, you've read the notes, the notes were patiently impatient, and now it is time for you to post until the patiently impatient cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: ENDURANCE!
-
Bruce, now you have me craving Ah Fong's.
-
Good morning, friends.
-
Thanks for the information on key fobs, DR George.
-
Also, the Blitzstein album looks very interesting. I was happy to find it on Apple Music. Thanks for the heads up!
-
I challenged Death to a pillow fight.

I was not prepared for the reaper cushions.

There once was a lady named Bright

Who could travel much faster than light.

She departed one day

In a relative way

And returned on the previous night.

Good morning, all!

I would have posted 10minutes earlier, but Annabelle has insisted several that I hold her, pet her, and tell her I love her. Each time I put her down, she climbs back up, and I'm wondering if this isn't part of yesterday's wig-out. At the moment she's sitting next to the computer, keeping an eye on me.
-
I slept badly. I kept running over today's agenda: clearing out the bathroom, broom and vacuum cleaner close to hand, mop, and the big question: do I have Pine-sol in stock?
-
Whilst preparing your lamb cake, you may also want to decorate your Easter moose:
-
Because an Easter moose is the best kind of moose.
-
I read that somewhere.
-
I have no reason to doubt it.
-
My experience of mooses (meece?) is not extensive.
-
That moose is probably actually a buck.
-
So just ignore all those previous posts.
-
Missing DR TCB.
-
And hoping that DR DR Iris is surviving and that caring for her mother is not too onerous.
-
Come to think of it, where is DR Jeanne?
-
And what about Naomi?
-
One more sordid little post.
-
Two.
-
Thanks for the information on key fobs, DR George.
Also, the Blitzstein album looks very interesting. I was happy to find it on Apple Music. Thanks for the heads up!
You're welcome on both counts, Singdaw!

DR George, you're either up very late or very early.
-
DR Jane's Japan time zone is also throwing me for a loop.
-
But her garden photos on FB from yesterday (today?) are most seemly and beautiful.
-
What if Seemly wore a gown with no seams?
-
Seemly's seamstress seems san seams.
-
Say THAT ten times fast!
-
Good morning, all.
-
Bad night of sleeplessness.
-
Read half a chapter of Zola and that failed to put me to sleep.
-
DR George, you're either up very late or very early.
A little bit of both. ::)
-
I turned on another fan.
-
Nothing worked.
-
And now I have to get up.
-
And now I have to get up.
Don't you hate it when that happens?

DR singdaw, I do not believe that's a moose. The antlers are wrong. That's a deer

I am taking a fresh air break with the oscillating fans before I go down for the mail. Then I return to the bathroom with the vacuum and broom. It's going to be 70F today in Manhattan.
-
For the school's 2-week spring break, Ann and Jen went to Italy. It was not a success. Jen came down with Covid again. They got home last night. I was worried they might not be able to travel.

You are correct, DR elmore3003.

In a few minutes I must trap a cat and head out to the cat place for his annual checkup and vaccinations.

After that I’ll have a short break before heading out again to carry a banner and seize a day.

DR Jane's Japan time zone is also throwing me for a loop.
Me too ;D

I hope DR Jrand will share a couple of Keith's scenic photos from today.

Reading Virginia Woolf’s Jacob’s Room. She refers to performing seals, just like Hart did. I wonder what portents two references in two days this brings.

I came to Japan hoping to see the cherry blossoms. Boy, did I see them today at a beautiful Japanese garden.

Second break to empty the vacuum cleaner. There was tgoo much wet litter under the litter pad, so I most likely cannot mop the floor until Thursday. Tomorrow I have to doctors' appointments at the same location, so I will be out and about longer than I would care to be.w
-
The humidity must be high; I am sweating like crazy. I have to go back to the bathroom and wash all the items - cleaning supplies mostly - that were sitting on the floor under the sink and change the cats' water.
-
Back - from the cat place.
Where they put both Mikey and my wallet through the wringer today. Whew.
-
Guess who doesn’t like having his blood drawn. Oh, man.
If I didn’t have a rehearsal today, I’d be ready for a drink.

Well I went back to CVS today. I went in and raised both middle fingers and walked around the store hollering: "Which one of you SOBs pulled the curtain on me yesterday?!!!!"
-
Actually I went inside and went to the pharmacy and picked up my prescriptions.
Then since that went so well and the young lady was very nice, I asked her to help me set up mail delivery.....it took about 10 minutes.
I then told her why I wanted delivery....and she said....."Oh my.....I'm sorry."
So I really NEVER have to set foot in the store again.
-
Very good, DR Jrand72.
-
And thanks for sharing DR Jane's photos.

What my parents used to call white trash and crackers.

I gather Trump is misbehaving today. I've m,issed it all since I've been working in the bathroom. I've accomplished all I can today, and it's still a disgusting mess.
-
Does Trump ever behave?
-
As Reno Sweeney says, "Let's Misbehave."

I can see the poster now:
The Former Guy IS Reno Sweeney!

Hope you don't mind; I corrected the typo. :)
Thanks. And I just corrected it in my original post. ;D

I've got the bathroom decent enough to take a bath. I actually accomplished a good deal today. If the flooding hadn't reached the litter under the litter mat, I mighthave been able to mop the floor. I suspect that's Friday's chore.
-
They certainly threw the book at Trump today. How thrilling!
-
I'm up, I'm up - seven hours of sleep - got up just after eleven.
-
Got the designed book, so began going through it and it looks great. It's shorter than I thought it would be given the 300-page manuscript and word count and yet it's come out at 230 pages or thereabouts. Same font, same font size as usual. The big difference is that we always put new chapters on the right and if a chapter ends on the right we leave a blank page on the left. In my books where there are twenty chapters or so, that can add a lot of pages. This book is ten and only once did the page on the left have to be blank. Anyway, glancing through it it looks really good. I'm having other eyes give it a go-through, since I just did last week. I'll check for bad hyphens, but I haven't found a single one yet. So far, it's only one global fix in the right side header and italicizing the addendum, which I think will look better that way. That's it so far.
-
Also, a little birdie told me that one of the film festivals we entered may have good news - can't talk about it for another couple of days.
-
I will definitely achieve a new plateau at some point today or tonight.
-
Food just arrived - two tacos from the local Mexican jernt.

All kinds of good news from MR BK today!
-
My cousin has cast 46 people in her production of GREASE.
Forty-six!
-
Also, a little birdie told me that one of the film festivals we entered may have good news - can't talk about it for another couple of days.
Sounds exciting! ;D

Oh, look! It's Page Five!!

They certainly threw the book at Trump today. How thrilling!
Can't wait to read all about it!

I will definitely achieve a new plateau at some point today or tonight.
Hopefully someone can capture it!
-
I have rehearsal tonight, so I might not be able to...depending on when it happens.
-
My cousin has cast 46 people in her production of GREASE.
Forty-six!
Is that the kind of situation where if you show up to auditions you're cast?
-
I've been in shows like that.
-
They can be fun if the director and choreographer know how to herd cats. ;)
-
My cousin has cast 46 people in her production of GREASE.
Forty-six!
That's almost a cast of thousands!
-
Great news from BK on many fronts.
-
:)
-
Babe Ruth deafening Lou Gehrig.
-
More interesting news I can't talk about yet - maybe in the notes depending on a conversation after I do the podcast.
-
My neighbor Pixie came by to check on me, and we had a nice visit. She left, I took a bath, and now Annabelle and I couldn't decide what to do for dinner. I ended up having colby cheese and crackers. I just wasn't in the mood to cook.
-

Missing DR TCB.
Thanks, slingblade!
-
Hey, DR TCB!
-
How I feel when I have to scroll to my year of birth on the Internet:
-
Hope you have been feeling a bit more sprightly lately, DR TCB.
-
BK is walking down the red carpet.
-
Preparing his remarks.
-
Places, everyone!
-
Ready to ring up the curtain.
-
Interesting news sounds exciting!
-
Yes, DR GEORGE that's what the cast list sounds like.....
-
DR GEORGE you should have listed Friday nights as a conflicts on your Audition Sheet.
-
You are welcome DR JANE.
-
Look at this unique gate!
-
My cousin has cast 46 people in her production of GREASE.
Forty-six!
That's almost a cast of thousands!
All it needs now is VAL KILMER IS MOSES!
-
Hope you have been feeling a bit more sprightly lately, DR TCB.
A bad couple of days, singdaw.
-
My own fault. Too much salt in my diet.
-
Beautiful photos, Jane!

I take it you aren't in Kansas, anymore.
-
Or even Vancouver!
-
SEVEN!
-
Ring light set up, shaved and will shower shortly.
-
Or shortly shower.
-
Not necessarily in that order.
-
Well, our first read-through/rehearsal tonight has been cancelled...in person!
-
The director caught Covid :-\ so we'll be rehearsing online for this whole week.
-
Fortunately, it was all "table work" anyway, so reading online won't be a problem.
-
I'm not familiar with how much of Sanditon Austen finished. But I like the way the writers did.
Maybe parts of the first episode. That’s about it.
The dragonesque sex scene in the first season might have been in another draft of the novel.
-
Hi, Tom!
-
Watching A Man Called Otto. It’s not A Man Called Ove.
-
I do not do any kind of table work for any show. First rehearsal, a little speech, and we're up on our feet blocking and finding the play. I HATE table reads and any kind of yakking about the show and characters. I'm sure I'm in the minority about that.
-
Hoping against hope for Wisconsin tonight. The state supreme court election, that is.
-
Sorry about your health, DR TCB. Glad you were here for a bit, and ~~~STRONGEST VIBES OF HEALING AND COMFORT~~~ for you!!!!!!

Thanks for answering my question, DR John G.
-
In March 2020, these were installed extensively throughout the country.
And they haven't been refilled since.

-
Good night, friends.

Having to do this through Zoom makes it not a bad thing, but I think that the director does all this because it's a college production, and there are a few theater students in the cast (not many, though), and they are "learning" all aspects of theater. Just my 2¢.
-
Theeder is my life.
-
I like the fingerprints that DR singdaw posted.
-
Feel better vibes for DR TCB.
-
Where is DR RODZINSKI?
-
I guess MR BK feels about table reads the way I feel about Theeder Games.....
-
Podcast was fun.

I guess MR BK feels about table reads the way I feel about Theeder Games.....
I'm not a fan of Theeder Games, either.::)

Otto had some good performances, despite a director who seemed to be not up to the task. It would have been better had it not been so maudlin at the end.
-
It’s ice time.
-
It’s time for bed.
-
But it’s also time for a page turn.
-
Uno mas!

Ocho!
-
Good night, all.
-
We do not like this page eight malarkey and where IS Rodzinski?
-
VERY close to my new plateau.
-
Maybe we should just get there so George can screen shot it.
-
Why not?
-
Pretty close now.
-
Eight more posts.
-
Eating macaroons.
-
Only had the two tacos.
-
Now I'm having two macaroons.
-
That's four items of food for those who are counting.
-
I'm counting.
-
Ever closer.
-
One more after this.
-
And here it is - drum roll - 125,000 postings.

I was able to capture the plateau! Hang on while I modify it so that it can be uploaded.

Congrats, BK!! ;D

Look at this unique gate!
I like it.

Hope you have been feeling a bit more sprightly lately, DR TCB.
A bad couple of days, singdaw.
I am sorry. You have too many of those.
-
My own fault. Too much salt in my diet.
It is hard eating low salt foods.
-
Beautiful photos, Jane!
Thank you.
-
I take it you aren't in Kansas, anymore.
;D
-
Or even Vancouver!
Not even in BC.
-
We are on a cruise where once again the cookies are disappointing.
-
The soups have been delicious.
-
The director caught Covid :-\ so we'll be rehearsing online for this whole week.
Too bad.
-
I hope we stay covid free. We are two of the few people who wear masks on the bus tours.
-
Watching A Man Called Otto. It’s not A Man Called Ove.
I figured as much. Is it still enjoyable?
-
The cat in the ads is cute.
-
Otto had some good performances, despite a director who seemed to be not up to the task. It would have been better had it not been so maudlin at the end.
:o
-
Finished with my viewing.
-
With my viewing I'm finished.
-
Had some popcorn after the macaroons.
-
But I shan't have any macaroons after the popcorn.
-
Page nine.
-
Hi
-
I fell asleep
-
Now I’m up
-
But I should be sleeping
-
So I’ll try that
-
Glad to see TCB here
-
Congratulations to BK on new plateau

Lovely travel photos from Jane

Good night
-
The director caught Covid :-\ so we'll be rehearsing online for this whole week.
Too bad.
She's vaccinated and said it feels like a mild cold, so it's not horrible for her.

I hope we stay covid free. We are two of the few people who wear masks on the bus tours.
~~~Stay Covid-Free Vibes for Jane and Keith!!~~~
-
I do hope Rodzinski is all right.
-
Now what?
-
Page ten?
-
Had some popcorn after the macaroons.
We had some popcorn after visiting a Sake brewery.
-
Any chance of that, I wonder?
-
I wonder as I wander and I wander as I wonder.
-
Not necessarily in that order.
-
Where'd George go? Doing a table reading?
-
Down a rabbit hole?
-
Over the rainbow?
-
Under the volcano?
-
We know he's somewhere.
-
Where'd George go? Doing a table reading?
Watching MSNBC.
-
Neither of us are fans of Sake. We both tasted the sweet plum Sake, then I tasted a stronger one that was decent.
-
Somewhere out there.
-
Page ten has arrived.
-
Very fascinating.
-
To me, bad Sake tastes like rubbing alcohol.
-
I've never tasted Saki.
-
Isn't it rich?
-
To me, bad Sake tastes like rubbing alcohol.
Now, I don't want to. :P
-
Isn't it queer?
-
Lovely travel photos from Jane
Thank you.
-
How can we get through the night
Till eleven is here?
Send in the posts.
-
I want to know what FILTER Keith is using on these photographs.
-
Isn't it queer?
I resemble that remark. ;)
-
I need to have that filter.
-
The director caught Covid :-\ so we'll be rehearsing online for this whole week.
Too bad.
She's vaccinated and said it feels like a mild cold, so it's not horrible for her.
Good. I am concerned about missing out on the sights in Japan more than being sick.
-
Filter, flavor, flip-top box. What's that from?
-
And being confined to a small cabin on a ship.
-
Jane will know, since she smoked like a chimney when she was twelve.
-
I hope we stay covid free. We are two of the few people who wear masks on the bus tours.
~~~Stay Covid-Free Vibes for Jane and Keith!!~~~
Thank you very much.
-
Filter, flavor, flip-top box. What's that from?
I know not. :-\
-
I want to know what FILTER Keith is using on these photographs.
Lol, none.
-
Marlboro cigarettes - and I never even smoked.
-
Not like Jane, who smoked like a chimney pre-puberty.
-
Marlboro cigarettes - and I never even smoked.
Well the Marlboro man was cool.
-
Well, if Keith is not using a filter, do you have a portrait rotting away in your cellar, because you look like you're fourteen.
-
New notes are up.
-
Up are new notes.
-
I've seen them.
-
I've read them.
-
I wrote them.

What of it?
