Well, you've read the notes, the notes had perhaps too much notes, and now it is time for you to post until the eating too much cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: AUDACIOUS!
-
Notes finessed. Futzed.
-
Here is Guy Haines singing Scmidt & Jones' Evening Star:

Good morning, friends.

I miss the mountains.

Intricate stained glass!
-
On an ordinary Sunday.
-
Good morning, all!
-
My plan was to sleep in, so I set the alarm for 6:15. Around 2:30 I was awake3ned by a tremendous crash of thunder and lightning that sent Thatch and Stella into hiding. Annabelle left her cat tree to come lie beside me, and the storm raged for thirty minutes or so.
-
I* couldn't get back to sleep since I needed to know that Thatch was all right. Stella came out of hiding to join me and Annabelle. Around 4:30 Thatch came out of hiding and lay down next to me, and I fell asleep.
-
Because I had lost two hours of sleep, when the alarm rang, I turned it off and went back to bed. At 7:00, I decided it was time to rouse myself.
-
This morning, I will look over the scores I finished. Then, I will lay out No. 37, which is mostly based on No. 11. I'll lay out a blueprint of the new number, telling the copyist what sections of No. 11 can be lifted and pasted into the new score. Then I think I will lie down to chill out with my three rascals.
-
Tomorrow I will spend the day assembling No. 37 so I can take three scores to Staples on Wednesday.
-
DR ChasSmith, I have nine storage cartons for you. The weather forecast for Tuesday is scattered thunderstorms. Would you rather aim for Wednesday or Thursday?

Good morning, all.

Sounds like a good idea. Let’s do that. Thursday is the better day for me, if that works for you. Thank you, DR Elmore.

I have a little bit of time in which to rest, then I must get on with my hell day that will include a three-hour rehearsal with people I haven’t worked with followed by a recital with same. I am truly nuts. Right?

Good morning, all.

Slept almost nine hours. Felt good despite work dreams.

DR VIXMOM is dining out with a haid style - as they say in the mountains that DR singdaw misses.
-
I can't miss the mountains because I live in Indiana and the nobody ever wrote paean to the Mountains of Indiana - or the Mountains of Illinois for that matter.
-
Continued writing vibes for MR BK.
-
Best wishes to everyone on this fine Sunday morning!
-
Was that too audacious a greeting?
-
By the way...
-
Yes, we lefties get our own day since we are a "minority".

It is my understanding that green eyes are extremely rare among the population....something like only 2%?
I wonder if there is a "Happy Green-Eyed Humans" day?

Hello everyone. There's a new Broadway Radio Show up on the site...the Musical Legacy of Sheldon Harnick. He was one of Broadway's greatest songwriters and we'll hear songs from his long career including, of course, from his Broadway shows like She Loves Me, Fiorello, Rex, The Apple Tree and Fiddler on the Roof. Check it out:

Here is a strange thing;
Did you know that people whose eyes are different colors (i.e. one eye one color and the other a different color) suffer (?) from HETEROCHROMIA?
That's correct. And that is the word. HETEROCHROMIA.
So, you know that most folks have eyes of the same color, which is HOMOCHROMIA!
Exactly. HOMOCHROMIA.
Which, I guess, means they are "homos", eye-colorwise.

I can't miss the mountains because I live in Indiana and the nobody ever wrote paean to the Mountains of Indiana - or the Mountains of Illinois for that matter.
I used to travel through the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee just to get back to Indianapolis from Greenville SC (back in the days when I taught military journalism at the Defense Information School, which was in Lawrence at that time).
I always knew I was close to Indy when everything flattened out...thousands of acres upon thousands of acres of flat lands, many of them with corn.

Up again. I took a little nap.

Good Morning - I'm off to church for a short stint this morning. Then to get home and put that trifle together and then off to a matinee and a cast party - which I won't stay too long because the boys will need to be fed.

Happy Lefty’s Day Ron!

One of my brothers is a lefty

He’ll be delighted to know he has a day

Sunday afternoon greetings! Long time, no see…
-
The moving prep continues here. On Thursday I took another carload to the book sale site. Friday afternoon the young couple next door took away our entire LP collection. They both work at a record store in the Cincinnati ‘burbs and are going to “broker” the sale for us.
-
LP collections are quite popular these days DR GINNY!
-
I hope DR CHAS SMITH survives his day!
-
We were apprised last week that demolition has begun on the house that’s being remodeled for us and we should have a better idea of our moving date before the end of this month.

I had never heard of Cecil Armstrong Gibbs until today, when I heard his waltz "Dusk," and fell i love with it. Here's my friend John Wilson conducting it:

Well, this was a fun article to read through:
Oregon church puts out the most hilarious and inclusive messages (https://scoop.upworthy.com/oregon-church-epic-sign-game-goes-viral-inclusive-political-messages-531262-531262-531262)
'Jesus was most critical of those who used religion as an excuse to marginalize others. We are merely seeking to follow Jesus in the best way we can.'

Weekend 2 in the books. Great audience for a Sunday matinee. Then we had a cast party where the trifle was consumed and everyone liked it. Unfortunately, the pretzels got soggy so they were more chewy than crunchy. Then I had to get home to feed the boys (tuppence a bag) and here we are. The weather is really weird, almost like "fire" weather - windy, muggy, there was a rainbow earlier, just very strange. Glad to be home this eve.
-
Boys, not boyds.
-
Last 15 minutes of Last of Us. I enjoyed season one.
-
But I have the new Brokenwood Mysteries to get to.
-
And Emily.
-
And a whole raft of new things from the library.
-
Woohoo! The temperature has dropped all the way to 88!
-
Woohoo! The temperature has dropped all the way to 88!
Great news, John! ;)
-
Good night, all.
-
Singdaw saved our ASS.
-
I've done fourteen pages - took a two-hour break and almost just ordered some chicken pasta salad for a snack but I have to stop doing that. On the other hand, I've only had a patty melt and fries all the livelong day and night.
-
I might go for another page or two since I'm right in the middle of a section. We shall see.
-
So, I have two old DVRs from Comcast.
-
I haven't watched much broadcast TV in quite a while, so I have made the decision to return them and cancel TV.
-
But I have a couple of PBS programs on the DVR in my bedroom that I want to save to digital files.
-
I have to do that downstairs and hook it up to my Windows XP computer, which still works.
-
So, I brought my upstairs DVR downstairs and essentially swapped it with the DVR that's downstairs.
-
However, I didn't move my downstairs DVR, I just unhooked all the cables and hooked them up to my upstairs DVR.
-
PAGE TEN DANCE!!
-
I know that when unplugging a DVR that it takes a while for it to synch back up with my Comcast/Xfinity account, but after channel 3 (the non-hi-def local access channel) started working, I checked the standard-def PBS station on channel 9, and it was totally pixelated! :o
-
I hope that it'll just take a little while longer for everything to work again.
-
Ans actually, I don't need the channels to work, I just need my recorded programs to be there do that I can record those to my Windows XP computer.
-
If it's not working by the morning, I'll see what happens if I put it back upstairs.
-
If that doesn't work, it would mean that I lost the programs. :P
-
It's not the end of the world.
-
They were two operas that aren't on PBS's website, at least, that I can find.
-
They are opera versions of The Hours and I now forget what the other opera was. ::)
-
New notes are up.
-
Up are new notes.
-
I've seen them.
-
I've read them.
-
I wrote them.
-
Notes my ASS.
-
Oh, it was Medea!
