Well, you've read the notes, the notes had a high cost and were Xeroxed, and now it is time for you to post until the Xeroxed cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: BALMY!
-
Notes Xeroxed. Mimeographed.
-
Whatever became of wooden-as-oak Hart Bochner?
-
Son of character actor Lloyd Bochner.
-
Of “To Serve Man” fame.
-
Good morning.
-
I woke up with a headache, so maybe it will rain today.
-
I sure hope BK has plenty of flashlights and batteries available.
-
Good morning, all!
-
DR Laura, you are up awfully early!
-
Good morning, friends.
-
CONGRATULATIONS to DR George on his lofty new perch in the HHW firmament!
-
That movie experience sounds really cool, DR Rodzinski!
-
I remember seeing "To Fly" in an IMAX theater and feeling a little wheezy. Amazing, though.
-
It looks like I could see "Fly Over America" at the Mall of America for $22. Didn't know about it before now.
-
I haven't been to the Mall since we moved back to Minnesota in 2013. It's only about 10 minutes from here.
-
Elmore, I decided to quit trying to go back to sleep. I have a weather headache.
I decided this is a good time to bake a cake for the potluck. The storm is supposed to hit about noon. So we'll see what happens at church. Hopefully it won't be too bad. I don't have far to get back home.
-
That flying experience sounds like the ride at Disney's California Adventure, which is awesome.
-
DR Laura, maybe you should consider making a clafoutis.
-
Congrats to DR GEORGE on his millstone.
-
I think it was cheaper when monks did the copying.
-
Hurricane Hilary vibes for all in its path!
-
I went to see AG last night at the theeder.
-
Musical comedy my ASS!
-
Lackluster but the cast was game.....not our best.
-
Good morning
-
Congratulations to BK on finishing the book
-
Congratulations to George on his lofty new plateau
-
Rodzinski that fly over Canada show sounds wonderful
-
Gotta get to church
-
Ooh page 2
-
I loved seeing my friend Brian and we had a nice conversation before the show and during intermission.
HOWEVER - after he and his mother left the theeder, I found out why he was in town.....his father passed away!
I felt so bad afterwards.....so I messaged him my condolences this morning. He gave a nice reply.
Happy and sad at the same time.
-
Get there on time DR VIXMOM.

Good morning, everyone.
Happy Sunday (in case you didn't know what day it is).
Today is Zoom day for me, and I look forward to ketchupping with friends.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Got to sleep in a little longer than usual, which was nice.
-
I haven't used a store's photocopying services in some years. What are the current rates? I have no idea. I'm thinking I used to pay 3 or 4 cents per page at the do-it-yourself machines, and I used to do double-sided copying of scores at something that seemed reasonable, and that a complete score would run me $20, maybe closer to $30...? I dunno, it's been since the early 2000s that I've done any. These days I scan for PDF copies and only print the occasional copy on the b&w laser printer at home.
-
Happy Sunday to everyone. Today on the Broadway Radio Show we are celebrating 800 Episodes!!! I have a very special guest and a fun twist on the usual format of the show; so, check it out!

Good morning, all.
-
Anyone ever notice there are musicals named 3hree, Six and Nine?
-
Of course, there are other numerical musicals — Seventh Heaven and 13 Daughters — but not just numbers by themselves.
-
Congratulations, Donald, on 800 shows!
-
Congratulations, George, on your new plateau.
-
Headache begone vibes for Laura. But not until rainfall.
-
I used to get those headaches in Florida before the daily afternoon shower.
-
I’m lazy today.
-
Nothing new.
-
I guess I'm up - maybe three or four hours of sleep, maybe less.
-
I knew there was the possibility that Little Toni's would not sit well with me and once again that's true. The ONLY thing I can really eat there is pasta with butter or salad. There is something in their red sauce that I cannot digest - maybe too acidic for me and all the Pepcids in the world don't help.
-
Congrats to DR DONALD! 800 is quite an accomplishment.
-
This is a ME day so I am enjoying it.
-
Putting a few ambiguous comments on Facebook and giving credit where credit is/if due.

Moving toward three.

So I don't have to.

-
Feel better vibes for MR BK.
Are you getting ready for Hurricane Hilary?
-
A ream of paper is over $6 here now.
Copying 30 auditions sheets cost me $6 last month.
-

It's the tomatoes in the sauce. I have a problem with that, too.
-
Chocolate, also.
-
Well, it's certainly raining right now. Not a lot, though, kind of a light rainfall.
-
I went for a walk while the butter softened. It's cooler and humid and cloudy, so much nicer than it has been.
-
I copied minutes last week. I think it was ten cents per page.
-
Raining.
-
Hurricaning.
-
I am enjoying a sunshiney ME DAY.....I may go sit on the porch in my rocking chair in a bit.
-
No hurricane - already downgraded to a tropical storm.
-
GIT OFF MY LAWN, YOU WHIPPERSNAPPERS!
-
From DR Rodzinski:
The area in front of our seats disappeared and it literally felt like you were flying over vast areas of Canada, from east to west until we “flew” back over the very building the theater was in. About 15 minutes total.
Cool.
-
Yet it didn’t cause motion sickness like VR rides at Disney.
I'm glad I kept reading before asking about motion sickness.
-
CONGRATULATIONS, DR Donald, on 800 shows - very impressive! Love the twist in format on today's show.
-
DR Rodzinski I wonder if there is a 3D Wildlife Experience near you.
-
Back to a drizzle.
-
I woke up with a headache, so maybe it will rain today.
Fingers crossed.
-
I sure hope BK has plenty of flashlights and batteries available.
I would hope he always has those handy.
-
It sounds like anything went at Anything Goes. And maybe that's not a bad thing.
-
I loved seeing my friend Brian and we had a nice conversation before the show and during intermission.

Thank you, DR JANE.
It was quite a shock. Brian's father was a farmer his entire life. He raised Angus cattle and was the head of an organization that promoted the breed. He also worked as a meat cutter for several local supermarkets.
Last Sunday, he overturned his tractor while doing routine farm work at his farm. It was very sad.
I remember once many years....or decades ago....that Brian was late for a rehearsal and he said it was because he had to "pull a calf" and I said "you mean, out of the mud".....and then he informed me what that meant......
Only in the hinterlands would "pulling a calf" be a legitimate reason for being late to a rehearsal.

A tractor accident, very sad indeed.
I would expect "pulling a calf" would be an excellent reason for being late-lol

Good Morning - (almost afternoon here - 1 more minute). Back from church, off to a family gathering this afternoon that I'm excited to attend as I wasn't going to be able to if I had a show... and I don't... anyway. Speaking of shows Thanks for Playing - The Game Show Show was quite entertaining. It was written by locals and I believe this was their second run. It referenced every game show you could have imagined! But you had to pay attention. I laughed when others did not - just proves that I'm old and watched all the referenced game shows. It closes today, I would have returned if it ran longer.

I am tracking a few friends on Facebook that I expect to be the first of my friends to be in the path of Hillary.

Someone inspired me this week
-
I also made potato salad using what I had on hand. Potatoes, scallions, red onion, celery and kalamata olives. The dressing is a classic French of oil vinegar and Dijon mustard, poured on when the potatoes were hot, and then a little mayo when it was cool.
-
Then 2.5 hours of dance.
-
So I am exhausted now.
-
Congratulations DR George.
Thanks, Jane!

It sounds good except for the kalamata olives which aren't my favorite. I sure would like to try it.

Home from church. The winds are supposed to pick up any time now.
The butternut squash, cake, and watermelon salad all disappeared.
-
Well, the watermelon salad only disappeared because I sent it home with Sandra. She loves it; I think it's gross.
-
There's a word I haven't used in many years: gross.
-
Well, the watermelon salad only disappeared because I sent it home with Sandra. She loves it; I think it's gross.

I am getting reports from my So. California friends of no shaking, to a little shaking, Wow, what a shake!

They all heard the earthquake alarms go off.
-
Bruce what did you hear and feel?

I never find watermelon salad as good as just watermelon by itself.

I don't think I have ever had watermelon salad.
-
Not that I am rushing to try it ;)
-
DR RON PULLIAM not even close to pulling a finger and I was immediately sorry I asked for an explanation.

The rain from Hilary started about 9 am here, light at first, then heavier for a few minutes, then light again. No rain at the moment. But the big surprise was the earthquake. We were all expecting the storm, but not an earthquake! It wasn’t bad here, just the usual shaking and window-rattling. The planet must really be angry.

I expected your shake to be mild there. I was wrong about the rain as I expected you to have more of it.

I was going to go for a walk and decided to skip the unhealthy air quality.
-
I expect it to be worse in Bend, and we will be walking there.
-
Once we park at the hotel we don't plan to use the car again until we leave, unless we are stuck there extra days.
-
I read this headline "Hospital Emergency Room Flooded In Rancho Mirage" and thought oh no, how many people were injured. Then I realized the ER area in the hospital was flooded due to the rain ;D

Today at our family gathering we did a root beer tasting - 8 different root beers and we have to guess what the brand was. I didn't do well - but it was a good time had by all.
Went for a 13.2 mile bike ride. Now it's time to figure out tomorrow - the first day of students. I technically don't teach until Thursday, but I am the student council "advisor" so we have things to do tomorrow morning before school, etc.
-
Did you decide which brand of root bear is your favorite?
-
DR Matthew have a very good tomorrow.
-
Craig also returns to the classroom tomorrow, however, he doesn't have students until Friday.
-
This is a new school for him, still 6th grade but now in a middle school instead of elementary.

IBC Root Beer came out on top for me. I don't really drink root beer, but if I did, I'll drink IBC from now on. LOL

Good night, friends.
-
Had a casting session. More people today but very not really organized. We saw maybe one person we could use. Callbacks tomorrow at seven and some new people are coming.
-
I stopped at the mail place on the way home but they'd closed early so I'll have to ship whenever they're open again.
-
Had Popeye's for food, Several markets were closed and some restaurants.
-
I did not feel the earthquake at all in the theater.
-
It's raining right now but it seems, at least today, to have come in pockets. It's been pretty steady for the last few hours.
-
I did begin proofing - got about eighteen pages in but was so tired from lack of sleep that I sat on the couch and fell asleep for three hours.
-
The news of course does their thing to panic everyone. Endless images of horrible flooding in "Southern California" only what they're showing you is Baja. I have seen nothing like that here or anywhere in the Valley. Some of the streets had a bit of water buildup.
-
Thankfully, no real winds.
-
But I don't think this rainfall is as hard as some we've had in the past year. Hopefully, it remains that way.

Good night, all.
-
Oh, John...you're really close to a momentous millstone, too! ;D
-
Earlier this evening they said it was going to be MUCH worse this evening. There hasn't been a drop of rain for two hours.
-
I slept again. But I have managed to proof forty-three pages so far. Not finding that much - a few typos, a few sentences that were too long so I just made them into two sentences - that kind of thing.
-
The Mystery Plays is going to have a performance tomorrow night.
-
TAO traditionally has a Sunday night performance so that other people "in the industry" (our friends who also do community theater) can see our shows.
-
But since we're at the mall now, and the mall closes at 6:00 on Sundays, and we open the doors at 7:10 for evening shows, the mall won't let us have Sunday night shows. :-\
-
And you've been WHERE? Down some damn rabbit hole?
-
So, a Monday night performance it will be.
-
And you've been WHERE? Down some damn rabbit hole?
