Last night’s school concert was better than it had any right to be.
It’s a weird batch of kids, and surprisingly, they somehow shaped up very nicely for the concert. These things are unpredictable, to say the least.
Best wishes to Bruce on his written DMV exam!!
Best of luck to BK at the DMV. Sounds like a rock opera.
Back from the DMV. Passed the eye test with flying colors - photo taken - then they gave me kiosk 13 for the test - 13. I moved to 12 after failing the first two tries by one question. Failed twelve by one question and three attempts was the limit. But the guy at the desk was really nice and gave me instructions on how to do the eLearning option - can't fail that. So, I came right home, really irritated, did the eLearning thing, which took about forty-five minutes, passed, and now I have to go back tomorrow but with no appointment. There are no appointments until the 21st. So, they do have an option called get in line you can do online so tomorrow as soon as I'm up I'll try that. Hopefully, everything can be completed tomorrow, just in the nick of time.
Worth noting - many around me also failed three times. Why? Because I'm pretty sure they have six or seven questions that are things buried in the booklet and that you would never need to know if you were driving. It's really infuriating.

Having passed the eLearning option, does this mean you don't need to take the test again and can just pick up your license tomorrow?

So, I guess my apartment complex has a new manager - which I guess is fine. The one that was here before was really MIA the most time - only available through text message. Her and 2 others came in to inspect my place, they weren’t friendly at all. I had to throw the boys in the bedroom and then hold them when they inspected the bedroom - I’m not sure what they were inspecting at all…. Well, so much for a quiet place to live where you’re left alone.

That's terrible! :P

I hate tests like that. Used to have to take them at work.
Here’s a photo of the Time covers.

I am entertaining myself tonight by filling out online insurance forms.
Of course the bad news is they are unable to create my glasses
J-Lo is apparently starring in the film version of Kander and Ebb’s Kiss of the Spider Woman.
The good news is we will owe $705.98 less on the credit card than we previously thought
So I must look, for another (private) optician who will know doubt charge more for the one pair of glasses than I was paying for two complete sets

Christmas decorating is quite simple, really.
