Well, you've read the notes, the notes were rainy notes, and now it is time for you to post until the rainy cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: BUCOLIC!
-
I was just about to post this last night:
So, this happened at the casino today yesterday:

Sandy’s husband, Stewart, is a major Baltimore hero.
They are such good people.
Stewart has saved our local newspaper.
“The Baltimore Banner was founded by Stewart Bainum, a businessman and philanthropist who has committed $50 million dollars over the next several years to establish and sustain the nonprofit newsroom devoted to local coverage of local news.”
We love him in Baltimore.

Jo Anne Worley is one of the funniest and kindest people I have ever met.
When my daughter was 9 years old, she performed the role of Molly, with Jo Anne Worley as Miss Hannigan.
She was very encouraging, and we shared many laughs together, especially about shoes and dogs.
She is very committed to the humane treatment of dogs and animal rescue.
A wonderful person.
-
BK, your lyrics to “People” are very good!
-
I am sorry that Alby Potts didn’t win.
Tough competition this year.
-
Back to Jo Anne Worley…this is her organization:
She’s the President.
Welcome to Actors and Others for Animals .At Actors and Others for Animals we strongly believe that all of us have a responsibility to protect and care for the pets we take into our homes and hearts and to the discarded and unwanted animals who end up in shelters. Through the money we raise, our core work is to ensure that low and/or fixed income individuals are able to have their pets spayed and neutered to reduce birth rates and to enrich their quality of life. And because many of those same pet guardians find themselves lacking the funds to care for their pets when they becomes sick or injured, we provide help to both navigate the veterinary health system and to provide financial assistance.

And Congrats on the small modern major miracle, BK!

Sorry I couldn't capture the exact moment, but Iris reached a momentous millstone! Congrats, Iris!

Thank you, George!

Good morning.
-
I'm hoping California saves some rain for us. We are supposed to get it starting tomorrow night.
-
BK, Jeanne, and all drivers in L.A., please be careful.
Flooded streets and heavy rain reported.
Sending weather vibes!
-
I'm hoping California saves some rain for us. We are supposed to get it starting tomorrow night.
Laura, looks like 100% chance of rain for Phoenix on Tuesday night.
-
Phoenix smells so good when it rains.
It’s because of the creosote bush.
I remember it from summer monsoons, but don’t know if it’s the same during the winter months.
-
We'll take it, DR Iris!
-
Good morning, friends.
-
CONGRATULATIONS for DR George on his big winnings + his smart new red fryer.
-
CONGRATULATIONS to DR DR Iris on her lofty new perch in the HHW firmament!!!!!!!
-
Good morning, all!
-
BK, the Robbys should give an award for best presenter.
-
I slept great until 5:00, at which time I hada panic attack and a kitty attack when Annabelle crawled under the blankets to get warm and Thatch jumpled onto the bed to lie dow next to me. The panic attack concerned the 2023 taxes. I haven't made my appointment yet to see my accountant.
-
I wonder if Jo Anne Worley would write a blurb for Annabelle & Thatch?
-
More tax work today.
-
Yesterday I mentioned I had lost two packages since December. I forgot the third. It mightbe someone in the building, but I* personally think, looking at the amount of wrong cartons and envelopes the postal carriers leave here, that it's the post office's fault.
-
Page Two.
-
BK's account of the Robbys was quite entertaining.
-
Yes DR FREDDIE I left the flash drive with Gwen at the Box Office. i don't think the theeder is open on Mondays.....so we shall see what happens.
I am not TOO optimistic but time will tell.
-
Congrats to DR IRIS on her millstone.
-
I ordered a Big Boy Combo once but it wasn't at a restaurant.
-
I shall be on my way in a few minutes to my yearly exam with my regular Doctor.....and I may stop over at OLLIE'S on the way home and use my 15% off entire purchase coupon.
-
.
-
Shower with your friend who is a weatherperson.
-
100% chance of rain.
-
It's raining men?
-
Good morning, all.
-
I slept like a rock, after watching Black Narcissus and staying up kind of late catching up on a few things. The one dream I know I had was just before waking up this morning, and it had me doing such a silly thing and trying lamely to explain it to people that I was very relieved to find it was only a dream.
-
My days are completely off. Because of Kristi and Nathan going out of town yesterday, it felt like a Saturday all day and evening. They return later today, and this is for all the world like a Sunday. The feeling is so strong this time that I’ll be in danger of screwing up appointments and rehearsals this week if I don’t leave reminders for myself all over the place.
-
For now, another cup of coffee and I must get to work on stuff. Later!
-
Kitty cleanup finished, bed made, email sent to Jeremy Clayton about finishing book illustrations, and phone calls made to Ann and Jen and my accountant. I'm ready for a nap.
-

I really enjoyed the "People"/"Robby" lyric in the Notes!
-
Sorry I couldn't capture the exact moment, but Iris reached a momentous millstone! Congrats, Iris!
Congratulations on 3000, Iris!
-
Rodzinski, sorry I missed your "Hello, Freddie" last night.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Congratulations, Iris 3000.
-
Sounds like the deluxe version.
-
Unlike the mot too super burger.
-
Slept nine and a half hours.
-
And I want more.
-
Great lyrics, BK.
-
Did People mag ever fo a version? People who read People …?
-
Why stop here?
-
We’re almost to three.
-
See? Three! Whee!
-
I enjoyed reading about MR BK's personal appearance at the Robby Awards.
And the lyrics were most entertaining.....as was the patter!
-
DR IRIS I am a Joanne Worley fan from way back (she's from Indiana, I think) and she is just so funny......I think the she did 42nd Street on tour in the Carole Cook part (another actress I love) or maybe she replaced Carole on Broadway.....but she brings it EVERYTIME.
-
Thanks DR FREDDIE.
-
I will reveal the title/subject of my play when I receive the message from the theeder professional.
-
I am baking some pork chops for the next few days.
At first I typed Porch Chops which is interesting.
-
Good morning
-
I hope the VIXGRANDSON is enjoying his new day here.
He hasn't signed up on HHW yet - so we will depend on DR VIXMOM for news if NOT photographs.

DR FREDDIE interesting to a small crowd perhaps.

I went to Ollie's and as I was unloading my basket, the cashier said: "Are you an Ollie's Reward Member?" And I said "Yes." And she said: "What's your phone number?" And I said "Yes, I'm using a coupon."
So it took me a moment to get the coupon from my wallet which when she scanned it would give her all the info she needed.
AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!
Bad form, Lori!

My doctor has suggested Physical Therapy for my legs and balance.
So they will call me about an appointment.
I don't think I've ever felt so old since I got a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Back from banking. Streets are pretty empty. Raining steadily.
-
Cashing the check - about four minutes total.
-
Depositing the check down the street at my branch - not a soul in the bank - two minutes and out.
-
Jo Anne Worley has the best laugh in the world. I just love that sound.
She also made a wonderful Letitia Restoria Primrose in On the 20th Century. I would have loved to see her Rose in Gypsy. I bet dhe was phenomenal.

I went into a bank today to get some $2 bills for this weekend’s Lunar New Year’s celebration. In China, you only give even amounts of money to people in red envelopes. The bills has to be even too. This is a sign of luck.
Giving a person an odd amount, or even two $1 bills, is something you do at funerals. I think the envelope in that case is white.

I have a large tote bag in which I dump all of my deductible receipts from the previous year on Jan. 1. I just picked it up to work with it, and it weighed more than usual. I set the bag on my lap and looked inside to find Annabelle was sleeping there. I hated to wake her but I did.

King Charlas has cancer! :(
Details not revealed.
It is rather shocking considering his parents long lives and, as far as we know, were cancer free.
Actually both of his parents had cancer. Queen Elizabeth suffered with painful bone marrow cancer for quite some time, but managed to keep it a secret. His father, Prince Philip was diagnosed with prostate cancer, but the Royal family refused to confirm or deny it. Very private family.
-
After it was reported by several newspapers, the Royal family asked them to remove the diagnosis, and would not confirm anything.
The Guardian followed up.
A cancer specialist reportedly told the paper: "It's become an open secret within the medical community that Philip has prostate cancer."
He was 87 at the time.
-
King Charles has human flaws- who doesn’t? - but he seems to be a good person and a strong and thoughtful leader.
I wish him well.

Many people don't know that Pringles were originally invented for wreath building.
-
Does anyone remember the McDLT?
It was phased out in the early 90s, I believe.
It was served in a two-sided container which was supposed to keep the burger hot and the lettuce, onion, cheese, and tomato cool.
I liked them, but like most things that I like, they went the way of the Dodo bird.

I liked them, but like most things that I like, they went the way of the Dodo bird.
I remember those. I also remember a former co-worker telling me that she ordered one, but didn't want them to put it in the Styrofoam container, just some paper wrappers or a cardboard box. She said that they couldn't (or wouldn't) do that. She then declined to order the item.
