Well, you've read the notes, the notes had both Kimmel and Haines, and the zillion to one odds, and now it is time for you to post until the zillion cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: AMALGAMATE!
-
Here's the thing: We all know how potent the patented haineshisway.com vibes and xylophones are and so I would keep them coming no matter what you hear on the news, what's reported, because they thrive on drama - just keep 'em coming all day and all evening. Remember four years ago - despite the media doing what it always does, things worked out the way they absolutely needed to and that is what must happen. Heed my words - we all need to celebrate so you know what to do with postings today and tonight.
-
And the word of the day is what needs to happen, oh, yes, the word of the day is what needs to happen.

That's pretty interesting about the Guy Haines/Melchior Kimmel/BK connection!

Good morning, all!

That's pretty interesting about the Guy Haines/Melchior Kimmel/BK connection!
Yep!
-
I sslept well from 9:00 to 2:30. After that, I was the kitties' plaything at the mercy of Thatch and Stella.
-
Hopefully, the days of waking to over 70 emails will cease until the Christmas frenzy begins. I am so sick of political ads on TV and email.
-
There is a well-intentioned ad - since it's supporting a Democrat - in which the "man on the street" speaker refers 5-10 times about saving his So-shecurity. I had never heard that before.
-
Joshie may show up today with some Gypsy scores, probably the Exit Music and Bows.
-
On Thursday, Jen is coming down to help me set up my new HP printer. I am loving tis new table. The old one was maybe 44 years old. I think I bought it at Macy's just after I moved into this apartment.
-
Good morning, all.
-
About ready to head to the polls.
-
BK, is Patricia Highsmith secretly watching your life?
-
More vibes for a favorable outcome.

I hope Jane and Keith have arrived safely home

Good morning, friends.
-
And others.
-
When I was at work I search the interweb for a chiropractor close to my office
-
And I found a Dr Hoffman about 10 minutes away and set up a lunchtime appointment
-
It was worth every penny of the $50 I paid, he managed to relax the muscles and release my frozen back
-
Last night when I got home I used a hearing pad and a pain pill and slept peacefully from about 11 ish to 530 when a pesky bladder awoke me
-
But then I managed another hour or so of sleep
-
My back is feeling much better today and I’m currently on the heating pad in the recliner before I try a hot shower
-
I have another appointment for this evening after work
-
I wonder how much of back ache was due to my anxiety about today
-
JRand, I am so sorry about your cousin’s daughter, I must have missed the sad news if you posted about it earlier.
May memories bring comfort to you, and the rest of her family and all who loved her
-
That is great news, DR vixmom. May the relief continue.
-
Kimmel and Haines! Sounds like a club act!

Back from doing my duty. It was painless because I waited until the pre-going-to-work voters were done and at work. In the following lull there were only a dozen or so of us there, and I was in and out within five minutes.
-
I wish nothing but the best for all of us, everywhere.
-
I'll be at rehearsal all evening, and that's best for me because I can't be tempted to turn the TV on until very late.
-
Vibes vibes vibes!

Kimmel and Haines, Haberdashers
-
Wouldn't you love to cast Kimmel and Haines as the two fathers in The Fantasticks?
I know I would.
-
Hmm. Kimmel and Haines. I think their law firm helped my cousin (from, you know, that side of the family - sshhh!) beat a rap in St. Louie.
-
Yes. Yes, it is.
I need my MEDICINE, DR singdaw.
-
Glad to hear that DR VIXMOM is having better back days.
-
Thanks to all for the kind words about my cousin's daughter.
She had battled cancer for 13 years - in various places....a long rode.
Of course the other sad thing is that it is the same cousin whose son, Jack, was killed a few years ago when a gasoline truck collided with his pickup truck.
-
And thanks for the thoughts about my friend.
We may never know.
-
But enough about me!
-
DR ELMORE's new table looks very nice.

It is 66 degrees heading to 74 degrees.

HHW vibes that the world will right itself today.

It's been two days since we changed the clock to "fall back," but somehow it still feels like 10:42 a.m. even though the clocks all say it's an hour earlier.

But enough about me!
Never enough about you, Jrand!

I like your thinking, DR Freddie.
-
I'm back for a moment. I had forgotten to mention last night's dream. I was in a rehearsal with Leonard Bernstein for a concert that included the overture to Candide. He and I were talking after the rehearsal, and I decided that I would start a new theatre company in the emptry department store space at 79th and Broadway, and open with a production of Candide. Lenny was very happy.
-
When do tickets go on sale?
-
LOL DR FREDDIE.
-
I know DR CHAS SMITH - I know.
-
So except for DR CHAS SMITH in rehearsal - where will everybody be watching election coverage?
I think I'll probably go with CNN and local Channel Six - the ABC affiliate.....although I may switch to Fox 59 - NOT FOX NEWS - just the local Fox network affiliate.
-
Best thoughts to your family, JRand.
-
Vibes, marimbas, xylophones, and glockenspiels for tonight. My sister is coming over for our usual election watch night. Steve Kornacki on MSNBC is a gem.
-
In 2000 when we watched the results we saw Rob Reiner proposition a very young Jon King on CNN when everyone was really punchy. We don't know anybody else who saw that, but years ago I found a CNN transcript that confirmed we didn't hallucinate that.
-
Alas I don't seem to have downloaded the transcript or taken a screenshot, and now I can't find it again.

Honestly, I don't expect results on the POTUS part for a couple of days.

Hello, everyone.
-
Condolences to Jrand and family.
-
I woke up at 5am, wide awake. I would have preferred to sleep until 7, but it was not to be. 4.5 hours sleep. Ugh.
-
I voted. I prefer to fill out my ballot at home, then take it to the polling place on Election Day. California always has many down-ballot races, many of which are new to me. That’s what I did, but today there was a long line to vote in person. No line to drop-off. I’ve never ever seen a line to vote here.
Then I went to Trader Joe’s. The place was sooo quiet! As the checker said to me, “They’re voting.” Yup.
-
I’ll be watching election coverage on PBS. That is, if I can stay awake. I don’t expect much news tonight. But it will be interesting. Will The Donald declare himself the winner? God only knows what could happen. He does love to be disruptive.
-
I received an email the other day from Bernie Sanders, saying that no matter who wins there’ s a lot of work to do. I agree.
Trump is turning me into an activist, and, I suspect there are many others who feel the same. Good for Democrats, bad for Trump and his causes. I feel there’s a growing anti-maga movement. After all, Liz Cheney’s voting Democratic.
Enough for my political ramblings.

Yesterday I went to one ladies’ meeting in the afternoon and another in the evening.

We did our best here, but sadly, all the negative nellies elsewhere but so much bad into the ether that they got what they put out, I guess, although we don't know what's what yet. However, the one thing I know is that the Democrats should contest every single loss, just like the Republicans did - not the illegal stuff, but just drag it out. We'll all know tomorrow. If it's not good news, you can put it squarely on the shoulders of the media, just like in 2016. And on Elon Musk, who is a disgusting piece of merde.

Very much a joke. Something like, "It's a magic night, anything could happen. For instance, a significant relationship between you and me could happen tonight." John King looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
