And will someone tell me what I am doing up at six o'clock in the morning?
TThey're here from Phoenix and announced to us yesterday as we were heading back to the subway that it was their first time using an umbrella.
I personally think it's all of the ugly clothes that Eleanor Parker wore in THE SOUND OF MUSIC that sealed her fate.
What is this thing of which you speak? Umbrella?
Good morning!
I got almost 9 hours of sleep last night, the most in many a year. Amazing.
A beautiful day here, if again too warm for my tastes this early in June. The cool spell they were predicting still hasn't arrived. Drat!
We're havin' a heat wave
A tropical heat wave
The temperature's risin'
It isn't surprisin'
We certainly can "Man-Tan"!
Due to the long sleep, I'm running behind this morning. Shortly I will have to leave to do my usual Friday errands.
I know the major one.
I do!
Don't speak!
Let me.
No. Don't speak!
It's the kitchen floor.
Yes?
No, Don't speak!
You spoke.
Ron - When did the languishing begin?
Is it mental languish perhaps?
I never learned a human languish.
Hi all!
Did I mention that we have not had rain in such a very long time but guess what we had yesterday when I had to drive all the way to Plant City?
You guessed it. Rain! Buckets of the stuff. I could barely see to drive. I have to admit that my fear of driving in rain wasn't as great since I felt more secure in Bonny. :)
Was there ever a recording of said opera? There must have been, for me to have a vague memory of it.
It's nice to see Jose posting again. :)
Had a good brisk jog, too, in my new jean shorts - I rather looked lithe and svelte with abs and buns of steel.
Di dee di! Dee di dee di!

Jose thank you for the pictures!! Now how about postingthe ones you "couldn't" show at the table! ;) ;D
Have you thought about putting out a calendar?? ;)
And now here I am with my special guest for the evening, as well as some other guy... I think he wrote the music for the show... Alas, he was just on loan that night from Madame Tussaud's.

Which one?
The one wearing eyeglasses.
8)
I think dear reader Jose would approve.
But before I go...
Just in to fill in that proverbial blank... Below is another pic from Opening Night... From Left to Right: Jason, Rachel York (currently starring in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), James and myself.

What beautiful children! John Michael is beginning to look alot like his Uncle JoJo!!
Which one?
Trying to decide what to do tonight. Hmmmm.
Maybe you could call the hotline, we are bored.
I think the haineshisway.com calendar should feature me in a variety of erotic poses with my new lithe and lean body.
Isn't it a good thing if people don't need to call the hotline??? :)
What a great idea! A Kritzerland calendar with some of the great art work that we have seen on your CDs and your books. I like it!
As some of you know, PennyO has asked me to not only direct her show (the four-hander version) and help her with it, but to replace all the existing songs with originals by yours truly. I've been having a lot of fun doing so - two are now completely complete.
Possibly, but it could also mean that people are too busy engaging in risky behavior. Oh well, I'll just talk to them on Monday morning when they call all freaked out about what they did tonight.
I think I've been doing this work too long. :)
Oh man, I missed the swearing in of new citizens today. I love to go to that. It's so cool to see the people who have worked for years and years just waiting for the day they will become citizens. It's really inspiring.
Miss Cindy Williams will be arriving at about 5:45 and we will then trek to the Wood of West. We were almost going to have to pick up Miss Penny Marshall, but she's just got back into town and has jet lag so will not be there.
George - you never know. We'll have to see how these first two sell - one other thing I'm thinking about doing is putting out the original director's cut of The Creature Wasn't Nice, along with its bastardized theatrical version. We shall see.

You mean.... people become US citizens just by using rude language?!
If I had known....
(Note to TCB: I am joking! Granted, it's quite dull but I'm joking!
Signed: your faithfull "resident potty mind"! < I guess it takes one to know one! ;)>)
Good Evening!
Well... I made it downtown to James' office... Hopefully, the uptown trains will be running again later tonight - the rain is really wreaking havoc on the subway system today. -I'm just glad I don't work in Queens... No trains at all in or out from Queens Plaza - or some stop like that.
Well... That's all for now... We're heading out to dinner...
Laters...
Less than 100 posts? Is this the day after the Tony Awards?

DR Jose, handsome photos of yourself and your family!!! You make a good Uncle JoJo!
Anyone want to come and join me for a "buff" hunt!!! They are roaming the prairie... The arts council now has them all placed for viewing.
