Well, you've read the notes, the note blew, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently blowing out their candles.
-
And the word of the day is: DIMINUTION!
-
Morning all.
That is all.
Next Friday Bruce will be in New York.

TOD
A Streetcar Named Desire
The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby (the 2 part RSC epic)
Deathtrap
Honorable Mention
This Property Is Condemned
I directed the play and for the female lead I cast a woman of color because she was the best actress who auditioned for the role. And the critics felt it brought a new slant to the play. I didn't look at it that way. I chose the person for the role.

TOD:
INHERIT THE WIND (despite my negative personal feelings toward Jerome Lawrence)
THE SUNSHINE BOYS
THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER
I've never seen a live professional production of either INHERIT THE WIND or THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER, but I did see Jack Albetson & Sam Levene do THE SUNSHINE BOYS in Los Angeles at the Schubert.

Thursday morning greetings! Cool and rainy here in SW OH after quite a thunderstorm early this morning. I have a busy day ahead during which I shall have to ponder the TOD.
-
Good Morning. And Thursday, too!
-
My three favourite plays off the top of my head today (this could change tomorrow would be:
CYRANO DE BERGERAC by Rostand
THE REAL THING by Tom Stoppard
THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST by Oscar Wilde
-
Good morning, all.
-
Good morning, all! I slept late once again. I had a weird dream about brushing my teeth and getting toothpaste all over the floor at some summer theatre where I was working.
Last night, my big recording nightmare happened: I sent out the schedule with a map to the Academy, and coloratura soprano Marnie Breckinridge sent me back an email asking "are we not recording 'Das Geheimness?' I have the music." I had completely left it off the schedule so I had to find a time in that week's sessions where we could record it. I sent a proposed schedule back to Marnie and she confirmed this morning that the date was fine. Another bullet dodged.
Today, I have to return a defective CD to Amazon; the CD says Vol. 40 but it's got the same contents as Vol 39 of the Complete Johann Strauss II Edition from Marco Polo/Naxos, so I fear all copies of Vol 40 may be screwed up. I also have to reply to a long email from the gentleman whose foundation is funding ths recording. After that, it's back to my Herbert reports and corrections.
-
TOD:
There are so many possibilities, but here are three that stand out at this moment in the morning.
1. Cyrano de Bergerac -- I saw a lavish production of this at Actor's Theater of Louisville. Jon Jory had wanted to stage it for years. He had a great cast -- except for his wife as Roxanne. She was weak, which made her unattractive and you never quite understood all that the wonderful Cyrano saw in her. I would love to see a better staging.
2. The Merry Wives of Windsor -- I saw an outdoor, Shakespeare in the Park production of this show every single evening that it ran, it was so wonderful. And it was never better than when the director replaced the leading lady and performed with script behind a fan. She was spectacular in ways the actress could never quite measure up to.
3. Joe Turner's Come and Gone -- The original production with Delroy Lindo remains as powerful an evening of theater as I have ever experienced.
I also thoroughly enjoyed some great performers in great plays: Joanne Woodward in "Ghosts," Richard Thomas in "Peer Gynt" and Judith Ivey and Ed Harris in "Precious Sons" (in an early preview before the script was apparently gutted before opening).
-
Concerning the TOD, I agree with DR Charles Pogue; I have too many favorite plays and my whims change daily. If I'm feeling partial to Restoration and 18th Century comedy, it's this:
1. THE COUNTRY WIFE
2. THE SCHOOL FOR SCANDAL
3. SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER
If it's classic American 20th Century dramatic literature, I guess it would be:
1. A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE
2. LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT
3. AH, WILDERNESS
But on another day I might say iit's MARAT/SADE, WHAT THE BUTLER SAW, and ARSENIC AND OLD LACE!
But, of all the plays ever written, I guess number one for me is KING LEAR, now and forever.
I have the same problem with opera.

Oh my TOD -
Importance of Being Earnest
The Glass Menagerie
Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf
and - Othello & Henry V

Thanks to all for the review comments.....I don't know what that meant either, DR CILLA LIZ....I have always been funny.
Great pics from DR JOSE yesterday - a niece & DR EDISAURUS and Greg!
-
Hopefully Myrtle-Belle is headed for a forever home.
-
Loved the Partridge Family clip!
-
DR JRand, congratulations on your big opening!
-
Oh, and JRand, you have a package of entertaining goodies headed your way!
Elmore, you also have something coming to you! And I mean that in the nicest way.
-
Well, only 4 more days and I will be in my apartment, permanently!
Despite all the car loads of stuff I have taken over already, it still seems like I have so much more still to pack up.
-
And in case no one yet noticed, Billie Mae Richards, the voice of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, passed away at age 88. Oh how I awaited that television special each year!!!
Thanks for the great entertainment, Billie Mae!

Great pics from DR JOSE yesterday - a niece & DR EDISAURUS and Greg!
I forgot to mention that! Great photos. Your niece is adorable, and I miss Amy & Greg!
I will be completely absorbed by this recording until the sessions are over, and I apologize now.

Elmore, you also have something coming to you! And I mean that in the nicest way.
I am already terrified. So, DR MBarnum, has anyone received a change of address or do we send things to you c/o General Delivery, Oregon Penal System?

I received the parcel today, DR MBARNUM.....thanks!

Back from my first appointment of the day - haircut by Tina.
I, too, enjoyed DR Jose's photos and the ones he posted on Facebook and Twitter.

I'm up - good thing I set the alarm to go off - I would probably have slept until noon.

I was most amused by your $14 Mac and Cheese....was it as good as what you had at Shapiro's in Indy?

I'm not sure you'll be able to see this, but this is the very funny (IMHO) video put together by the church I work for for our Fall Kick Off. The music section starts about 2 1/2 minutes in. A lot of the congregation are high-tech people at Intel and the like, as you can tell from the HD video. :)

Morning, all! How-DEE! Well, I'm jes' so proud to be here! (Sorry, just finished talking with my friend from Nashville...)
TOD (like most everyone else, this is my list as of right now. Liable to change in 10 minutes):
1) Shakespeare's Cymbeline - the most over-the-top, convoluted mix of crazy plot devices that the Bard ever pulled out of his... brain. If I ever teach high school Shakespeare, I'm burning Hamlet and Romeo, and giving the kiddies this one and Titus Andronicus Best production ever: The Pearl Theatre Company's.
2) Company - Never get tired of this show, always find something new. Favorite production: Helen Hayes Theater in Nyack, with Donna McKechnie as Joanne, Alix Korey as Amy, and Norm Lewis as Bobby. After having just seen a video of the abomination that was the Sam Mandes version, I wanted to kiss the director of this production: no gimmicks, straightforward trusting of the material, with just a sprinkling of creativity when needed (the only time I've seen the pot scene not suck half the momentum out of the show). Runner-up: an amateur production at the DiCapro Opera House, with an MD that worked magic on reducing the orchestration for his tiny pit.
3) Sunshine Boys - the recent Broadway revival with Tony Randall and Jack Klugman. Two old men sitting at a table, saying nothing, drinking tea, as one stirs sugar into his mug, and I was falling off my seat laughing my fool head off.
-
Was that the year it ran with "Two Gentlemen of Verona?" (I've got a rather embarassing/amusing story involved with that production)
-
Cute video, DR JMK - thanks for sharing!
-
JRand, be sure to watch MURDER IN THE BLUE ROOM...one of my all time favorite movies...and some great songs, if you like 1940s swing music. The 3 Jazzy Belles are rather amusing, also, I think.
-
DR Elmore, the return address on your package will contain my new address.
-
I will be sure to watch it, DRMBARNUM....right after OSS 117.
DR JMK the video segment for Methodist Idol was most amusing.....

TOD - hmmm, I haven't seen very many plays. I could probably list the few plays that I've seen and that might be my top 3. However, I've seen some really bad plays. Our Country's Good comes to mind. Worst three + hours of my life!!

That would have been a good April Fool's article. Matthew.

DR Elmore, the return address on your package will contain my new address.
Does that mean I can't mark it RETURN TO SENDER and toss it back into a post box?

I agree there! Timberlake Wertenbaker turned a fantastic novel, THE PLAYMAKER, into a lot of tedious boredom.

However in reviving this story our theatrical challenge is to find something new to say.
Really - why not tell the story as originlly conceived - and tell it really well!

Mike, if you haven't noticed, I haven't sent the South Pacific and "High School Stories" DVDs yet, so I'd better get your new address, too. :)
But for everyone, the good news is that I'm getting the widescreen SP DVDs tonight! Larry (my sister's boyfriend) made it and I'm sure that it'll look great...I'll make sure tonight.

What a day I am having. I decided last night that I really needed to get caught up on my bookwork at the office before the auditor from the state bar came through to audit my trust account. I had a feeling....anyway this morning Edith and I were going through our cases. We mentioned one case and in her walked. We talked about another and she called. Then I made the mistake of mentioning the auditor. Yup, in he walked. They do surprise audits on trust accounts. Well, I am a bit behind on my books, so I told him that and asked to have until Monday. He said that was fine and scheduled an appointment. I'm not worried about it at all, but he really caught me off guard. After this is over I am definitely going to hire an accountant.

Dear Sherlock, pass this on the Jane and Keith:

LATIMES (http://travel.latimes.com/daily-deal-blog/index.php/walt-disney-world-ne-7514/)
Walt Disney World: New luxury pet ‘hotel’ is a sellout
The newest resort facility to open at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla., already has sold out its VIP suites every weekend until January, and spaces are filling quickly for next year.
That’s “VIP” as in “very important pet.”
The Best Friends Pet Care “hotel,” which is exclusively for cats and dogs and certain other creatures (but no humans), opened Labor Day weekend with 250 pets and received more than 600 reservations in its first week of operation, spokeswoman Deb Bennetts said.
The upscale kennel, which holds up to 270 dogs and 30 cats for day care or overnight boarding, is already getting booked up for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods.
“While we still have some space, anyone planning to visit Walt Disney World with a pet between mid-November and early January should call very soon,” Bennetts wrote Monday in an e-mail.
Dogs, aside from service animals, are not allowed in any of the theme parks, resorts or buses at the Florida amusement park.
The pet palace, which sits opposite Disney’s Port Orleans Resort and covers 50,000 square feet, includes rooms, suites, a dogs-only water park and an outdoor dog walk that skirts the natural wetlands around the park.
Humans may take their pooches on walks in a dog-park-type setting.

These very last episodes of AS THE WORLD TURNS are really amazing. If the writing and acting for the past year had been this good, maybe the show wouldn't be going off the air. A lot of it has to do, I suspect, with the actors' emotions about the closing tomorrow, but they're really quite wonderful.

I've had rounds of emails, schedules, and other madness. Outside of an hour break for the post office, the market, and making tuna salad for lunches at the studio this week, with a few breaks to compose songs for KING KONG - Joshie and I want to orchestrate it! - all I've accomplished today so far is recording business.
-
I was most amused by your $14 Mac and Cheese....was it as good as what you had at Shapiro's in Indy?
Shapiro's was masterful compared to this - and the size of this thing was so ridiculously small - it probably cost them all of twelve cents to make it.

"The Skin of Our Teeth" - Thornton Wilder
"Twelfth Night" - William Shakespeare - Even a somewhat less-than-good production always seems to make me smile.
"The History Boys" - Alan Bennett - I was fortunate enough to see the Broadway production twice. Wish I could have seen it three or four more times. At least the movie version retains most of the cast if not all of the charm and magic.

Since I'm totally re-writing Key 2 for SB (that's Sunset Blvd in internet lingo) I've begun going through the piano/conductor score and the patch lists from R&H and creating the K2 part from what I can make from everything. "Let's Have Lunch" has 30 changes... that's a bit much I think.

The diva tenor is campaigning for those key changes and now he's pushing for the employment of a well-known Manhattan Finale transposer who works fast and cheap and whose work looks the same. My copyists on the project do beautiful work and are paid union rates and I would never use this guy. If this tenor weren't on an ego trip, we might find that he sounds fine in the songs. He's singing into a microphone, not the back of the Met. He's beginning to work my last nerve.
The producer sent the info on how we enter the recording studio at the Academy and all the singers have been alerted.

Until you said something I read that as Disneyland, not World.
Lots of people, like us, travel with their dogs. Finding a good place to leave the dog while enjoying a special activity is difficult. We can't leave Sherlock in the hotel room and all day in a car is out of the question. Of course in warm weather we wouldn't leave him in the car unattended at all.

Tonight is the last night of it's official NYC Theatrical Release, and even though it's not a perfect movie, I would like to see it again. *And if you've read of the comments about it on NYTimes.com, well... Some thought-provoking reading.
Laters...

Back to work....
Umm... Remind me to send you a copy of the Key 2 book from Mary Poppins. -There's one 10-measure sequence that has 7 changes - two of which involve a footswitch patch change, a volume level change AND a MIDI-lever change. -And those happen in the same measure!
Thanks, Jose. I feel much better!!!!

You're welcome, DR Matthew. 30 changes in one song is nothing. My Key 3 book for AIDA had 200+ changes for Act One alone.

I've played that book... And made all the changes on a sound module, no foot pedal or anything, just the buttons on the Dr Synth. Barely made it. :)

Is there an opera of KING LEAR? And if so, by whom?
-
Okay, let me state it clearly - no STORMS during or after my trip to NY. Nice, calm weather. Period.
-
Slow.
-
Reallllly slow.
-
Back from a sandwich and onion rings. I'll jog around six.
-
DR JRand, congratulations on your big opening!
::) ::) ::)

There have been several operatic versions. according to GROVE'S DICTIONARY OF OPERA:
Cordelia (1854) by Semeladis
Il re Lear (1883) by Ghislanzoni
Le Roi Lear (1888) by Raynaud
Cordelia (1913) by Cottrau
Re Lear (1939) by Frazzi
Koenig Lear (1955) by van Durme
Koenig Lear (1956) by Gerhard
Lear (1978) by Reimann
There are several more. Both Verdi and Benjamin Britten wanted to write operas based on the play. The Reimann opera was recorded after its 1978 premiere.

You were adorable, Jeffrey. But if anyone asks me, I will deny that I am a Methodist.

After "King Kong," "King Lear" sounds like no fun at all as a musical. It's still my favorite play. Ever.

I am really surprised that three people named LONG DAYS JOURNEY as one of their top three plays.

BK, you surprised me. I didn't expect you to like Ben McKenzie's work.

This must be Surprise Thursday. Everything seems to surprise me. Well, except for MBarnum's engagement to Jack LaLaine.

I am really surprised that three people named LONG DAYS JOURNEY as one of their top three plays.
Why? It's a great play. I was lucky to see Jason Robards and Colleen Dewhurst do it in rep with AH! WILDERNESS, the happy fantasy and the cruel reality, back-to-back. Absolutely brilliant.

I agree. It is a great play. Colleen talked very lovingly about the show. However, I think we had trouble getting three people to see the play on any given night.

It's very queer

BK, you surprised me. I didn't expect you to like Ben McKenzie's work.
How come? I know he didn't do this production at the Long Wharf or Roundabout, but I thought he did a nice job. Again, for me the show belonged to Keira Keeley, who was the best Laura I've ever seen - I found her on Facebook and told her so and she told me I'd made her day :) Now, I wonder if she sings?
-

He will be.
-
I actually have never seen Long Day's Journey on stage. I grew to love it from first reading it and then seeing the superb Sidney Lumet film - they showed that at the Huntington Hartford Theater - the only film shown there in decades of it being a legit house. I used to do Jamie's "Listen kid, you'll be going away soon" monologue quite often in drama class.

I know that Jrand really likes him, but I lump him in the mumbling actor category.

Since when has that stopped Mike from getting engaged?

"He's Huge"
"Dinosaur Sing-Along"
"I Can See Hoboken from Here"
"My Monkey and Me"
I thought that was DR Jose's theme

I am love, love, loving Diane Schuur's Schuur Fire CD. Lots of latin stuff, including a lovely rendition of Mendes-Bergman's "Look Around."

Come on, Cilla, we need a frenzy!

Hot news from My Job! It looks like next year we will be going to two furlough days a month.
-
Talk about Surprise Thursday.....the guy from the state bar who audits our trust accounts showed up. I was not ready for hime at all. They try to surprise people so he was quite amused. Anyway, he's giving me until Monday to catch up on my book work. I've decided that between this and the other wirk I need to do I'm not going to go to the preservation conference in Red Oak tomorrow. I may still go on Saturday, but I really want to stay home. So, I am.
-
Frenzy, I'm still in shock from this morning.

Hot news from My Job! It looks like next year we will be going to two furlough days a month.
And that does not include the 7% across the board cut that the Governor ordered before leaving for China. Or the 10% across the board cut scheduled for January.

HOLY CRAPBALLS!! :o

I need to go back to the office. I have one ledger that just doesn't want to balance. I'm sure it's something obvious that I'm just not seeing. So, I'm going to go over it all again. I'll find it, it's just one of those pain in the ass things

I couldn't have said it better myself.

TCB, Sounds like what I heard in our gubernatorial debate. The governor kept saying he's balanced the budget....he didn't mention it was via across the board cuts, layoffs, furloughs etc. and we should be happy about this?
-
Sorrry that it's happening to you too
-
Did BK ever answer my question yesterday about Jill O'Hara? That was the second time I have asked that question. Anybody?

I really need to go back to the office for awhile. I left everything on so I'd have to go back. Now I need to go back, even if it's just to shut everything off., lol

My Lovely Wife was in that production of Cyrano you saw at Actors...as one of the ladies at play.
-
And with 27 years invested in the state; what do I do? Quit my job and go work as a greeter at WAL-MART?
-
Other possibilities:
"The Savages Don't Wear Undies Under Those Pelts"
A Song For Kong ("She never calls, she never writes")
Don't Monkey With Old Broadway.
-

G'night!
-
Margery Pinchwife's letter scene is one of the best, along with the bone china. SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER's Mrs Hardcastle, although she's got precedents like Lady Wishfort, has to be the first "camp" character in literature. Every time she comes onstage I laugh myself silly.
I also like Vanbrugh's THE RELAPSE; who couldn't love a country bumpkin named Hoyden Tunbelly?
-
G'night!
Bed so soon?

Had to deal with an insurance agent today about health insurance rates. It seems like mine will likely triple at the end of the month when COBRA runs out. There goes every last free cent I have and then some.
I need a job.

Thanks John. We can give him a bath now too. :) Funny just last weekend someone comment how clean he felt. I guess all the brush pays off even if we think he is dirty. I feel bad for him because I know a bath will make his skin less itchy.

Great pics from DR JOSE yesterday - a niece & DR EDISAURUS and Greg!
I forgot to mention that! Great photos. Your niece is adorable, and I miss Amy & Greg!
I will be completely absorbed by this recording until the sessions are over, and I apologize now.
Miss you, too, Lar---I hope your sessions go better than you could ever imagine!

Thanks George. Are you still at work or at home?
I'm at work right now, but just about to leave. I have to bring a DVD to my niece, but that shouldn't take long...then back home to finish what needs to be finished (my resumé). But then I still need to photocopy a couple of things at work tomorrow, and THEN it'll all be done.
-
And now, I'm off to my niece's, then home...and then to sleep! I haven't gotten enough sleep this entire week!

And the word of the day is: DIMINUTION!
And The Song Of The Day Is: I WANNA BE AROUND TO PICK UP THE PIECES
That song has an interesting history. People used to send Johnny Mercer song ideas all the time and he would throw them all into a drawer. A lady from Ohio, Sadie Vimmerstedt, sent him this line as a song title because she was upset about Frank Sinatra leaving his wife! Johnny ran into it one day and decided to make it into a song. (She sent it to: Johnny Mercer-Songwriter-New York and the post office got it to him!)
Johnny Mercer was one of the most generous people ever, (one of the many things not addressed in the recent bio doc) and this song is characteristic of that because he gave Sadie full collaborator credit and split the royalties with her 50/50, even though she had only provided the title. She went on a lot of talk shows, and told her story, and finally she told Johnny: "I'm tired! I think I'm going to get out of show business"!
She and her children took wonderful vacations every year form the royalty money and sent Johnny postcards from all over the world, which made him very happy!

TCB - she sings Promises in the key of Gb.

I want to see photos of bk's new 'do!
-
TCB, Sorry to hear about the crappy news at your job. Oy!
-
I got a job out of the blue last week with TLC that's been keeping me busy. They basically handed me a bunch of tapes and asked for a sales tape for their "Family" shows. So I've had to load in episodes of LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD, LITTLE COUPLE, KATE PLUS 8, 19 KIDS AND COUNTING, and 2 new shows: QUINTS BY SURPRISE and SEXTUPLETS IN THE CITY.
I think watching these shows could be a safe and effective means of birth control that even the Catholics couldn't object to!
The Quints show is really good; I actually like it, and I don't normally like these sorts of shows!
-
And now, I'm off to my niece's, then home...and then to sleep! I haven't gotten enough sleep this entire week!
I hope you finished your resume earlier enough to get some sleep.

The diva tenor situation is worse: the MD sent my private comments about the poor copyist to the tenor who's response was essentially was "he charges $80; Larry can proofread them. I just need approval from the producer." And in what copious free time do I perform this proofreading? And in what universe does the singer without the MD decide what's best for him? My copy budget was closed last month and I am loathe to tell the producer we need to have more money spent on transpositions bcause a diva is trying to hold me over a barrel.
I suppose he's a great tenor because there's resonance where his brain should be.
I don't think he will be working with me again after this one.

Yea for Friday and the weekend. 8)
I need to be very serious this weekend about sorthing through the rest of the stuff I want to get rid of, before the cold weather in this here Ventura sets in. I'm not sure how damp things get inside the house.
I'm not sure how cold I'll be either, there were no heaters in 1912 (and no heater now). Socks, sweatshirts and blankets have kept me warm. :)

It's very queer
Our Lear is here to stay
LEAR BLUE TUESDAY
On a Lear day, you can see Cordelia.

Nice do
Nice cat
Well, that "nice cat" is now in deep doo-doo, because that's what she just did next to her litter box.
>:(
-
Maybe she was mad about having her picture taken and posted on the internet ;)

Sherlock received the all clear from the vet and doesn't have to return. She plans on using the cream, that worked so well, more often on other pets.
Great news, Jane!!
Love the Mercer stories. His lyrics for "The Good Companions" are aces in my book. And I treasure that volume of complete lyrics that came out last year.

I know cats like that. Still, it was a fun photo.

I know that in my dreams tonight Johnny Mercer will be working a musical version of "King Kong" and "King Lear" combined. With a title like "Two Kings." Songs will include a duet between the nude, mad Lear and the wounded Kong as they rage, "When we are born, we cry that we are come/To this great stage of fools." I can hear a Charleston for the melody.

And so, good night, all. Pleasant dreams.

we had some very violent weather - there is some talk that there was a tornado in Staten Isladn and Brooklyn
trees were down all over squishing cars and killing someone in Queens .. I am happy I had our half dead tree removed the other day
Vixdad eneded up witha 4 hour commute, packed in like sardines because so many of the train lines had to be cancelled due to debris on the tracks black outs all over the place - luckily we were spared
I hear they clsoed Penn Station because of ovecrowding
-
Lear, I here,
Makes you cry a lot
Also, Lear I hear
Is real long
-
It's not that Hamlet that excites me
That thrills and delights me
Oh, no, it's just the Learness of you.
-
Good Evening!
Well... Apparently there was enough damage from the storm earlier in Queens that some subway lines were "disrupted", and almost all of the LIRR was shut down. Right now, I have a friend on a QM7 bus that's been sitting on the bridge for the past hour. And there were still a whole bunch of stranded commuters standing on the platform at Penn Station who were waiting for an E train at 11:00.

Or what you just said, DR vixmom. ;)
I'm glad that vixdad eventually made it home.

DR TCB - :-\
*Have you checked what the starting salary is at Wal-Mart? ;)
-Alas, I guess there is some "comfort" in the fact that you're not the only one affected by the upcoming cuts. And in this day and age, better to be "reduced" rather than "released".
-
TOD :
Lettice and Lovage - I saw Maggie Smith in this - I don't think I ever laughed so much in my life
-
DR George - It's nice to see you not on the board right now. I hope your application and resumé is coming together at the not-so-last-minute.
-
i fell asleep midpost
gnight
-
I'm glad you had that tree removed, too, Vixmom. Just in time!
-
Goodnight, DR vixmom.
-
DR Cillaliz - I hope you have a good and productive time at home this weekend.
-
And speaking of sleep... I need some.
Goodnight.

The words "great" and "tenor" shouldn't be allowed in the same sentence.

George, just saw your message--anamorphic, if it's not too late!
As Jupiter would say: "Pleeeeeeease and thank ya"!

Got it!

And now, I'm off to my niece's, then home...and then to sleep! I haven't gotten enough sleep this entire week!
I hope you finished your resume earlier enough to get some sleep.
It is finished!! I just need to photocopy a couple of pages tomorrow and then TURN IT IN!!
And if they don't like it, they can lump it!
;D

Congrats!

Nice do
Nice cat
Ditto and ditto!

Well, I'm back because, as I posted just a few minutes ago, MY RESUME AND APPLICATION STUFF IS ALL DONE!! (except for the aforementioned photocopying)
-
And NOW I'm going to check my e-mails then go to bed.
Good night, all!
