Sorry to hear about DR Elmore's wasted energy on the bus trips this morning.
TOD:
Panic Room
Cellular
Being a woman myself, I like to see films where women are self-reliant and smart and don't just wait around to be rescued by a man.
DR Elmore, when is your kitten coming home?
Awww. They are so cute. You like stripes. I've had about everything except a Siamese and a calico.
Movies like THE CREEPING TERROR, DR JOHN G?
Miracles happening, hopefully. Thank you all for your excellent vibes and xylophones - whew for now.
My therapist, Erik, worked on me yesterday and almost every place he touched was tender. Ugh! I've been sore today as a result. Not sleeping well hasn't helped.

That happened to me after PT yesterday. Hope you feel better soon. Or less sore.
Larry, aside from the horrible transit situation, are you feeling better?

Better, thanks, but I still feel that my stomach is simply waiting for the chance to go wild. the fact that my brother Randy has been ailing with something similar makes me think we're sharing the same virus.
My pick of the kitties would probably be Paris, though I like Jay, too.
Fred, I really enjoyed your Anything Goes parody from the other night.

I think I'm basically keeping an eye on things so that if these babies are not adopted, I can sweep in and save them from euthanasia. I would do that in a pinch, but I suspect that by the time I'm ready to go to 110th Street and put my money down, there will be several more rounds of intense kitty crushes.

Continued healing vibes to Jrand and good health vibes to all.
Jane, I encourage you to give NEWTON'S LAW a try. It's a good show, well done, and the plots weren't at all predictable. It just isn't MISS FISHER.
I don't do this very often but our friend Cliff sure could use some super strong good vibes. He has been in the hospital way too long, this time, and needs to go home.
Try to remember
When you were so tender
(from the physical therapy musical)
I hope DR George does not one sleep today.

Well, I did one sleep, I'm sure...whatever the heck that was supposed to mean. Fortunately, I did not oversleep. I did get to work in time to get a ride to our All-Staff Day Retreat.
;)
It turned out this time. Yay! Not like the last time, which was quite a dismal failure.
Next week is all days in the Sixties.
And now, I must go! My friend Margo are going to have dinner at Red Robin, then go see two movies shown by the Olympia Film Society (http://olympiafilmsociety.org): The Big Sick, and Brigsby Bear.
Be back later!

You know the song "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley* Square" by The Manhattan Transfer? I've always wanted to have a cat named Berkeley*. :)
*pronounced 'Barkly'
