I have a church meeting atnoon, my original plan was to hear head out around 1030 after the 9 service and resetting for the 1030, I had coffee hour all set up as self serve and Musa came in to set up for their 3 Kings celebration at 1so I didn't have to clean up

Today is supposed to be our last day of this frigid weather. It is really unbelievable. The crazier part is that it has also been snowing. I don't really understand how it can snow when it is so cold. In the past it has either snowed or been freezing, not both. :(

The Olympic Committee chose its three members of the Men's Singles Figure Skating Team:
Nathan Chen, Vincent Zhou, and Adam Rippon.......even though only the first two were in the top three at nationals last night.
Ross Miner, who placed second last night, was skipped over in place of Rippon who placed 4th......for various reasons. Too bad....

Sunday afternoon greetings! It is "warming" up a bit here is SW Ohio, but along with the higher temps comes a Winter Weather Advisory that starts at midnight. It calls for snow, freezing, and that dreaded "wintery mix." My Current Events Club has already cancelled for tomorrow afternoon.

I am back from the dentist. As I feared, the problem isn't with the temporary crown--that's what it feels like, though--but with the root canal itself. He may have to go back in. We're trying some other things first.
I'll be seeing him again on Tuesday. I like my dentist, but I'm seeing far too much of him.

Started watching The Missouri Breaks. Great cast, but the whole thing after a half hour feels like a McCabe and Mrs. Miller wannabe. And Arthur Penn can't do Altman. All of the loop voices in the background are so intentional and clear, concise and complete that you never ask anything further. You just go from scene to scene and think, McCabe did that one better. And then there's Brando. Weird doesn't begin to cover it.

I took it to mean whoever is emotionally closest, so distant relatives can be closer and be in smaller circles.

Back from a spectacularly great young people show, which I called A Young Person's Guide to Kritzerland. Every kid came through beautifully - there wasn't a flub in the entire show and we had a completely full house despite some no-shows due to illness. The audience was great and very responsive - lots of patter laughs, too, which isn't always the case at the young people shows.

It won't show because Photobucket changed their hot-linking (3rd party hosting) policy. "The free account does not allow any image linking or 3rd party image hosting." You now have to have their:

You can continue to load your photos to Photobucket and send links to people for them to download, but you (and the HHW account users) can't post photo links to any website the way we've been doing for all these years!

No. I've pretty much stopped using Photobucket. I have an app on my phone that can resize photos if they're too large a file size (192KB) to post through HHW's "Attachments and other options" link when you preview a post. Otherwise, I only hot-link from existing photos already on the Internet. :-\
