Impossible to believe it's June. Just impossible.
We watched the Hedy Lamarr documentary, too.
Thought it was quite good.
Jane, there are several great Caesar salads in LA - I especially love the old school Dan Tana's Caesar - maybe next time you guys are here...
Happy anniversary, Jane and Keith!

Dr Mohr says the problem is a vestige of Annabelle's dental surgery, and that all is well.
Is everyone who RSVP'd planned for seats for the PNW HHw day and then the June 14th Last Starfighter final dress-slash-preview still good for that day? I'd like to let the theater know to confirm, since I need to tell them I need an aisle for me, for example.
(Seating's not tight for getting in that particular night, that perf they think never is; but sounds like they may even try if possible to hold us 5 specific "good" seats. Like as i said, I really need an aisle, and any other specific needs for our group.)
Happy anniversary, Jane and Keith!
I need to find out what happened to the Soup of DR GEORGE.
DR JOHN G - An Annie joke from FDR in REEFER MADNESS....I am intrigued but my curiosity is not so great that I would actually watch the movie.

George, what a scary food story.

I've just wasted too much time, thanks to my idiot HMO's refusal to pay for X-rays last October. The whole situation is irritating beyond belief because now I have to deal with the X-ray lab billing, my insurance company, my primary doctor, and the referral doctor. Since this is from October, God knows how many more unpaid bills I will receive before this mess is cleaned up. My HMO cannot even find the missing payment I made and they claim I didn't, even after I've sent them the canceled checks.
Goddamned motherf**kers.

What is this Hedy Lamarr documentary many of you mentioned? Title, please! My Netflix search didn't turn up any documentaries.
How's the work progressing on the property, Chas?

Nothing significant happening yet. Insurance adjuster comes out Sunday, earliest day I could get. My contractor-to-be has been looking it all over in the meantime and will have his report and estimate ready by then or soon thereafter. We’ve been doing various and sundry cleanup and preparing for the eventual onslaught of work to begin. But we don’t know when that will be.
Happy Anniversary to DR JANE & KEITH.
Vixmom, don’t Google enchiladas. Come to San Antonio and eat your way through an educational tour.

Thought it was quite good.
And another thumb’s up.
Lauren Bacall, supposedly dubbed by Andy Williams, just sang How Little We Know. Fun.

This year's squash harvest -- so far -- made for a great dinner.
Does anyone know how DR Ron's mother is doing?
Or maybe that's just the new algorithms

I feel like I must have missed a few posts somewhere. :)
Good evening.
We had a very nice Freedom Day. Omelettes and pie. Plus a Star Wars movie.
Friday afternoon greetings from Owensboro, Kentucky, my father’s hometown. We are here for Fr. Richard to conduct Sunday’s service for a small congregation. Tomorrow we’re going to do some family history exploring.

I officially have the day off from work, so I'm committed to being there! :D
Happy Anniversary to Jane and Keith.

I don't know if I'm ready for tomorrow's competition. But it's coming whether I'm ready or not.
Jane - I've been hoping for hotel prices to drop in Redmond, but it seems it's one of those towns that has deals on weekends (but is big for business on weekdays). I've been toying with staying near the airport the two nights, which would make getting to the airport Friday morning very easy.
Maybe George and TCB have an idea of what part of Seattle is convenient for them as to meeting up during the day on Thursday. Looks like after whatever we decide as plans for the afternoon, we should try to be at Redmond Town Center by 6, pick up the tickets (assuming I can't get those in hand Wed. night) and maybe have dinner in that complex?
Happy Anniversary to Jane and Keith!!!

I wish I were going on the west coast meetup
Happy Anniversary to Jane and Keith!
Forty nine years1. That is very impressive.
Combined.
I am still planning on being there on July 14.

Well, I need to leave work now and head to the theater. Tonight starts the last weekend of Cinder Edna! I'm sure everything will go quite well. It's been a pretty solid show, right from the beginning. ;D
Be back later!

The librarian I prefer to check out with and whose name is also John told me today that the library increased the amount of reservations you can make from 25 to 50 items. He also said you can now check out up to 10 videos at a time, which is great on those weeks when everything comes in all at once.
