I came home (I didn't get home until after midnight), I fed my cat, started to watch some TV and turned on my tablet, then promptly fell asleep. I just woke up a little bit ago. ::)

I have to be at the 11:00 orchestra reading of High Button Shoes, and before then I must hit the 68th Street post office and make a stop at the Warner Music Group at Broadway and 50th Street. I'll leave here around 9:00, but before then I've got to tidy up, clean the litter, make my patrol with Annabelle, fill the humidifier, get soem breakfast and take my meds.

What I'm able to glance at on our stage monitor looks stunning, and I'm hopeful that they decide to run it tonight with mics and costumes. If they opt not to do that, they will at least run the show straight through with lighting and I'll enjoy concentrating on the characters and the choreography.

(“Our” = probably 20 to 30 people, including anyone from the orchestra who cares to attend. The only compromise will be listening to the MD bang on the piano, and I don’t care about that.)

The two cheese slices are seventy each. I used mustard and ketchup so no calories there. Total for the two, which were VERY filling: 760, so not bad at all.

Before wasting my time with the insurance company I checked to see if we had mail from them. I only saw a plain envelope. Well guess what was in the plain envelope. I do not understand why mail from the pre-approval department is sent in plain envelopes. The return info only shows the address, not the name of the company.

Sooo annoying. I think we trashed my first pre-approval for PT because it had a name we didn't recognize. Now I open all mail & look inside.

Actually, it wasn't. And it wasn't a real training, per se...it was more of a meeting between the staff and consessionaires. Those of us who were there just sat with a couple of the front-of-house staff, one of whom was the volunteer coordinator, and they went through the existing document of procedures, and we all talked about what we really do, and what we should do, and what changes should be made, and what changes can be made. It was fun and informative and helpful to all of us. :)

I managed to finish my errands today without getting wet.

That's good. It sprinkled a little down here, but not too much.

Actually, it wasn't. And it wasn't a real training, per se...it was more of a meeting between the staff and consessionaires. Those of us who were there just sat with a couple of the front-of-house staff, one of whom was the volunteer coordinator, and they went through the existing document of procedures, and we all talked about what we really do, and what we should do, and what changes should be made, and what changes can be made. It was fun and informative and helpful to all of us. :)

Good. I am glad it was useful and enjoyable.
