I watched the first part of Ken Burns' new country music documentary last night. My Appalachian Kentucky dad would have loved it. I enjoyed it a lot and I'm looking forward to part 2 next week.

MR BK spoke about the Cd mailers in the notes.....I have to say that whoever is putting the labels on them now is covering up the tear tab so it makes it nearly impossible to open the package.

Physical therapy was painful, but I am so happy I am back to it. Gurjeet is such a wonderful therapist, and I was welcomed back by the Jen and Lisa. Everyone else there is new since I was there last in 2016. Since this issue is a new one, the stretches were new and really painful, but I felt better after. Now I'm aching. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

I also have just been asked to be part of the October 27 remounting of the play! My scene partner Jeff will be in California that weekend, so I'll actually be performing with another actor. I've never done that before. It'll be an(other) adventure!

I soaked in a tub, the kitties had their bedtime treats, and I will shortly turn off the computer and watch part two of this country music epic. My doctor finally sent me a message asking me if I remembered taking a pain killer tramadol, so I guess that's what my prescription will be tomorrow.
