My sleep was good, too, but I had a weird dream. I was eating dinner in a restaurant with a man and a woman. In the dream, I knew them, but I don't actually have a clue who they were other than an amalgam of some unpleasant people I have known.

The first issue was that the man was unhappy with what I ordered. And when my food came, they both finished their meals while I was not halfway through mine.

And at the end, there was confusion over the check. Bottom line: The cashier didn't know if my meal had already been paid for or whether I should pay separately. The man and woman were impatiently waiting for me at the restaurant door.

Very strange and annoying.

To my delight, Rachel Maddow had her show last night and covered the Georgia congressman's "day-before-tour" in great detail. That man is a menace. Washington should tar-and-feather him.

Tonight we do our first blocking/choreography - the opening number.

There is a cast member that I needed for TWO days to block his songs with the cast. And last night he told the AD that he had a conflict on ONE of the days.....which messes up the entire rehearsal schedule.....so one of his days was moved to the TBA day we have....

And there's a big fat woman who suddenly has six MORE conflicts. If she wasn't a friend and darling of the vocal director - she would be out on her ample backside.

Wow.

When I broke my shoulder, once I could begin to use my arm I still couldn't drive my car. Past cars, and our current car would have been much easier.
