Richard Sherman called and he'll be coming over tomorrow afternoon after rehearsal to work on our song.  He read me some fixes he made, all of which were things I was about to suggest to him, so we're definitely on the same wavelength.  It's really fun and better now, and when he comes I'll make my final little suggestion and that will be that.

BK, is this the first time you've collaborated on a song? I know your scores have generally been your own.

The only other time I've collaborated on a song is with David Wechter - two of the Brain songs had partial music by him and in those two songs a handful of lyric lines were by him.

A Special Citation sounds like a new type of parking ticket.

A Special Citation sounds like a Major Award.

Jeanne - Has anyone pointed out that you're 22 posts away from a doozy of a milestone?

No, you're the first to notice. I hadn't realized that. Thanks for mentioning it.

James Avery from THE CLOSER has died.

Oh, and from THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR.

And I just read that Juanita Moore died.  She was "an Academy Award nominee for her role as Lana Turner's black friend in the classic weeper 'Imitation of Life'."

Have written another half page, so almost nine pages.  It's all set up at this point, and introducing the major characters and trying to keep all that interesting and fun.

Just added Mickey Dolenz to our benefit cast.  I'll talk to him in the morning and settle on his number.

One of The Monkees!!  Cool!
