One of my staff is here with her daughter and at one point I saw my staff member with a big grin on her face. :D

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

Okay, maybe not when he was born, but when the Magi arrived.

actually I been taught that the arrival of the magi was more likely 18 - 24 months after the birth, not the night of the birth as is seen in popular culture.  That is why when Herod was trying to eliminate Him the order was to kill all the Jewish boys 2 or younger

You know, Ann, some updated photos of whatever has been going on in your life would be appreciated.  ;-)

I would like to second that motion and call for vote

I had to sneak the look out but I don't think that it was noticeable.

Cosco was outrageous today - a humungous number of people rather inanely buying a handful of things, as if they were in a regular supermarket.  Not stuff like the huge boxes or amounts of things - just regular things - how much can these idiots be saving?

This idiot rather often stops into Costco to buy a single roitisorrie chicken.  It saves me about j
$3.  And more importantly 2 hours

Have you ever bought the rotisserie chicken meat off of the bone?

In our local Costcos  I have never seen the cooked meat sold off the bone. Byt they do make homemade chicken soup and chicken pot pies with unsold cooked chickens

Tonight's Good Friday Tennenbrae service was very moving.. The choir, string choir and both bell choirs were wonderful, the Vixter I reprised our roles as readers during the darkening of the church ( I read from Isaiah and she reads the Gospel  readings)

Which is why I rephrased my comment.

Finished with my viewing, and am now sitting here like so much fish.  I could do some writing if I felt like it but I don't.  I just feel like sitting here like so much fish and may even go to bed early.  Furthermore, this feels more like a Saturday night than a Friday night - why is that?

I am not enjoying KILLING JESUS.   I think I would rather be watching JESUS OF NAZARETH.

All I've had since my Cobb salad at noon is some low-cal low-fat ice cream.  I also did a short jog - first time in months.  Difficult.  Hungry.  Me want In 'N' Out.

I recorded this for my dad.  I don't know if he liked it or not, yet.

I buy very little at a time at Costco because I shop with cash. I have to make sure I don't go over the amount I have with me. I refuse to get an American Express card.

I'm glad Nicky is home. Joshie is always so glad to see me when I get back.

You can, of course, use a debit card, if you wish.

It was announced last month (I think) that Costco had not renewed its contract with American Express and was going to go with Visa credit.
