At my doctor’s appointment, I was quite open with the doc about the horrible pain I have been in for the last few weeks, and that I had to increase the number of pain pills I had been taking.  My pcp said that he understand about the pills, but he couldn’t prescribe anything because I was using that pain clinic they had sent me to.

Today, the pain clinic left me a message that he had declined my request for additional pills because this was not involved with the reason I had been taking the regular prescription.  They referred me back to my pcp, who also denied me.
