I just realized after more than 50 years of singing that darn song that the song actually describes a tea kettle not a tea pot

No surgery can be scheduled until I have my follow-up appointment with the MRSA doctor next Thursday.

VIBES for ALL Clear from the MRSA DR

Hopefully I will only have to see the nurse to have my nose swabbed.

she would have field day with me -  she'd need a mop

Does your hubby brew the tea or does he use a tea bag?

we have a proper "Brown Betty" tea pot that we heat with boiling water  before starting the tea a,d which sits under a tea cozy for  the required  5 minute brewing time,  but we do use  tea bags for everyday use -  we do have tinned teas and tea balls for special ocassions  but its a lot of mess and bother to use everyday

I love making proper tea.

Surprised to see Viggo Mortensen in a small role in "Witness."

I have finished entering fixes, I had had my conversation with muse Margaret, and I have sent the book to Grant.  I'm SO happy I don't have to enter fixes anymore - I will have to proof once the galley is done, but that's pretty easy.

Just purchased the Blu and Ray of the complete Downton Abbey series - but from the UK.  Apparently the PBS versions are severely edited.

I thought all of the DVD and Blu and Ray were going to be the UK version because to my knowledge ( and lord knows, I have the LEAST amount about DVD's around these parts) the version streaming on Netflix is the UK version

Oh, I'm finally in for the eve. DP and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner.  I had the club and he had the burrito.  We shared the Avocado Egg rolls.  No cheesecake was consumed or brought home.  And that, dear friends, is that.

No, the US release is of the cut versions, at least that's my understanding - plus only season one is available here.

And that is why I don't claim to know much :)

Only that you will love what you see.
