Oh, I remembered one other hilarious anachronism from The Girl - "quiet on set."  Note to dopey screenwriter - "on set" is a "now" term - when it began in the last few years I know not, but I loathe it.  They would have said "quiet" or "quiet on the set" but NEVER EVER "quiet on set."
