Introducing the cronut:  the new Frankenpastry that is half croissant, half doughnut. Yes, yes, the daily supply of 300 at Dominique Ansel’s SoHo bakery is gone in a flash, even with a limit of two per person. It’s delectably cream-filled and flakily layered. But really, it’s just the latest iteration of the croissant in the last 325 years or so.

MUST EAT CRONUT

That does look real good, but empty!  It's supposed to be "cream-filled" but it looks like it's just got some frosting on the top...not that I'd pass it up, though.

I'm watching the Blu-ray of "At Long Last Love" in my very own home!  It's widescreen, even!  I was wondering what the "Isolated Score Track" sounded like...if it was the songs or just the orchestra.  Well, it's just instrumental music, but it doesn't sound like the orchestrations in the actual movie.  However, I just listened to Madeline Kahn singing "Find Me a Primitive Man" and on the isolated score track, you can just barely hear her during the tacit moments of the orchestra, like they actually took out her vocals.  Interesting.

BUT IT'S WIDESCREEN!!
